Objective - This paper examines the influence of Good University Governance ('GUG') on Human Capital ('HC') and Quality, as well as the influence of CUG on HC through the use of Quality . Methodology/Technique - This research uses an explanatory survey design. The data was collected by visiting state and private universities in Indonesia that offer an S1 Accounting Study Program. Twenty cities were covered and responses to 70 questionnaires were processed. The influence of GUG on HC was analysed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM). Findings - The study found that GUG has a significant positive effect on Quality and GUG has a significant positive effect on HC. However, the influence of Quality on HC and the indirect influence of GUG on HC through Quality were negatively significant. Overall, the total influence of GUG on HC was positively significant. Novelty - This study suggests that GUG improves HC and the Quality of services in Indonesian universities. However, improved quality of HC seems to lead to a deterioration in the quality of university services. Further, quality of services fails to mediate the influence of GUG on HC. Type of Paper: Empirical Keywords: Good University Governance; Human Capital; Quality; S1 Accounting Study Program; Universities; Indonesia. JEL Classification: O15, I23, J24.

The sample consisted of 200 respondents: 101 females (50.5%) and 99 males (49.5%). The research methodology is based on the use of the quantitative method and causal research. For data analysis, the authors use the SEM (Structural Equation Model), SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science), and Amos 26 software. The results of this study show that service quality, innovation, price perception, promotion have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Along with this, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. So, the increase in customer satisfaction leads to an increase in customer loyalty, although this increase may not be felt immediately. However, customer satisfaction is a good strategy for the future, because customers will want to visit this theme park again and share their positive feedback with other people. Public trust in a profession is determined by the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, and quality of services or services that can be provided by the auditor profession. Although the auditor's work and performance procedures have tended to be supervised and determined strictly and formally by external institutions, studies have shown that the context of the internal environment has an effect on improving auditor performance. This study seeks to analyze the effect of organizational justice and job satisfaction in the auditor's environment on organizational commitment. It focuses more on behavioral accounting, specifically relating to the auditor's work environment, by taking the object of the treatment's influence in the organization's internal participation and involvement of auditors that is reflected by organizational commitment. By using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), the findings show that procedural justice and interactional justice are empirically proven to influence organizational commitment. On the other hand, distributive justice has no effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has also been proven empirically to have no effect on organizational commitment. These results provide input for public accounting firms so as not to overlook the fairness factor in providing rewards to auditors. In the case of fairness the awarding of rewards / awards to the auditor is not only limited to the amount of reward, but also the process for determining the amount of the reward.
