Under the conditions of today’s megarisks, the general level of instability of the world economy is only rising, the number of unprofitable organizations with overdue debts increases, and this creates additional threats to financial security of the states. In this regard, the presented research results have scientific and applied importance for risk management of financial security of economic entities on the basis of the suggested control and analytical concept. The suggested concept includes; monitoring, diagnostics, prevention of crisis situations, including bankruptcy, corporate fraud or financial irregularities in the economy. Accounting for the specifics of economic entities in the analysis, diagnostics and control of their activities is aimed at developing an effective management system for corporate fraud and bankruptcy prevention. The conceptual principles of information and analytical support, improved methods used in analyzing, evaluating and monitoring financial security contribute to the development of this methodology for economic analysis and control, ensuring their effectiveness and transparency. The comprehensive toolkit offered here for diagnosing financial security allows identifying the areas of increased bankruptcy risks, fraudulent actions or ineffective business management; unify the control process, thereby reducing labor intensity and improving the quality of control measures.

In the article, experimental studies of the neurocontroller of a laboratory installation of a quadrocopter link are presented. The latter is a nonlinear dynamic system. The input vector of the neurocontroller included the angle of inclination of the rod (a beam of the quadcopter) relative to the horizon, its angular velocity, and the angular velocity of the propeller. The output signal of the neurocontroller is proportional to the supply voltage of the propeller drive. In the article, the planning of experimental studies was carried out and eight indicators were selected, according to which the quality of the control process was evaluated. In addition, a qualitative analysis of the control process of the dynamic system motion was carried out with the corresponding graphical dependencies. The data obtained showed a good quality of control at a zero setpoint angle. For other values of the setpoint (-0.52 and -1.05 rad), the neurocontroller provides the rod aboutness to the setpoint angle and the control stability. However, the quality of control is not high. The reason for this effect has been established in the work. In order to improve the quality of control, the neurocontroller was modified by including an integral component in its structure. At the same time, the steady-state control error has significantly decreased with minor changes in other estimated indicators.

Variants of constructing control systems with a lagging argument for the positioning problem of an asyn-chronous electric motor (IM) and the problem of energy-saving AM control are considered. Variants of control of an asynchronous electric drive with IM on the basis of predicting its state are considered. The analytical de-sign of the predictor (ADP) is an asynchronous motor control algorithm based on the mathematical theory of optimal control (L.S. Pontryagin's maximum principle). The control algorithm (ADP) ensures the achievement of the minimum value of the target functional, which (functional), in contrast to the structure of the classical pre-dictive control system (Model Predictive Control - MPC), is clearly not part of the ADP. Calculations of the movements of an electric drive with an IM in the control modes of its state, taking into account delays along the channels for assessing its state and control, as well as using predictors, are given. The effectiveness of the in-troduction of predictors to improve the stability and quality of control of an electric drive with an IM has been established.

Production of orhtophoto maps from UAV-photogrammetry method depend on aerial data and control points that are measured by GNSS method. Quality control of orhtophoto maps need comparison coordinate from Check Points and orthophoto maps coordinate to calculate the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). So that, quality of control points is important in aerial data processing. In this research, baseline length, observation time, measurement method, and area characteristics will be discussed based on the GNSS concept to fulfill the accuracy standard of control points from the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS). The shorter baseline length, and the loner observation time, accuracy should be increase significantly, but it depends on the field situation and the accuracy required for the user. After all, the result of this research is to obtain control points design based on GNSS concept in Ciwidey Village, Bandung Regency

In laser cladding, match between the cladding powder beam and the laser beam is an important factors which directly affects the quality of cladding layer. It was conclused that the match principle between the cladding powder beam and the laser beam is that entire cladding powders are heating in effective diameter of laser beam and fall into effective region of laser beam on the substrate surface and combining with the actual match state of cladding powder beam and laser beam.

In modern conditions the competitiveness of organizations is provided by rational management decisions, which are taken depending on various factors and their impact on the cash flows of the organization. The theme of the study of factors and control measures influencing cash flow management for reducing the risk of bankruptcy is in all respects one of the most controversial and much cited. In the course of study the authors have summarized the approaches of Russian and foreign authors towards the concept "cash flow", revealed certain problems in the quality of decisions, arranged the factors increasing the degree of their effectiveness and directly affecting the financial performance of the organization. Application in the work of the organization of individual elements ("morale") of the group of environmental factors and standards of internal reporting will improve the efficiency of managerial decision-making in part of cash flows from different activities.

With the increment of public awareness towards ecological environment protection, green building has gradually become an integral part of construction development. Green building refers to a form of architecture that conforms to the current social development form and meets the requisites of energy conservation and environmental protection. The budget and cost control of green building construction project play very important roles in improving the quality of the construction and reducing the cost of the project. This paper mainly analyzes the problems and control measures in the new green building engineering budget and cost control.
