Para compreensão da dinâmica do espaço natural, a Geografia Física possuiu inúmeras interdisciplinaridades que a acompanham, e a caracterização geoambiental é uma delas, no propósito de reconhecimento dos elementos constituintes da paisagem. O presente trabalho foca na caracterização geoambiental do município de Milagres, município do sul cearense, e teve como metodologia, pesquisa bibliográfica e cartográfica acerca dos elementos geoambientais da área de estudo, assim como a elaboração de material cartográfico utilizando os programas ArcGis e Qgis. Partindo desse material foi realizado uma breve descrição deste município, focando fundamentalmente nas características ambientais. É essencial o estudo da área em que irá realizar pesquisas, buscando o aprofundamento dos saberes de seus aspectos geoambientais para se obter uma prévia do conhecimento do local que irá ser trabalhado.Palavras-chave: Caracterização Geoambiental; Cariri cearense; Milagres/CE. ABSTRACTFor the dynamics of the natural space, a physical geography had numerous interdisciplinarities that accompany it, and a geoenvironmental characterization is one of them, without the purpose of recognition of the constituent elements of the landscape. The process of analysis of the processes of risk analysis and analysis of the morphosculpture processes and their use in the soil and in the health and sciences / EC systems, which studies the thematic knowledge of geomorphological processes considering the knowledge about nature and values of culture and local landscape, however, the geoenvironmental characterization work of the municipality of Milagres / CE. The work had as a methodological objective, bibliographical research and the translation of the geoenvironmental elements of the study area. For this work, cartographic material was elaborated using the programs ArcGis and Qgis. Starting from this material was a detailed description of its area of study, as well as one of its environmental characteristics. What is essential for the selection of geoenvironmental data to obtain a preview of the knowledge about the work place that will be realized.Keywords: Geoenvironmental Characterization; Cariri cearense; Milagres/CE. RESUMENPara comprender la dinámica del espacio natural, la Geografía Física tiene numerosas interdisciplinarías que la acompañan, y la caracterización geoambiental es una de ellas, para reconocer los elementos constitutivos del paisaje. One of the most relevant features of musical pieces is the selection and utilization of musical elements by composers. For connecting the musical properties of a melodic line as a whole with those of its constituent elements, we propose a representation for musical intervals based on physical quantities and a statistical model based on the minimization of relative entropy. The representation contains information about the size, location in the register, and level of tonal consonance of musical intervals. The statistical model involves expected values of relevant physical quantities that can be adopted as macroscopic constraints with musical meaning. We studied the occurrences of musical intervals in 20 melodic lines from seven masterpieces of Western tonal music. We found that all melodic lines are strictly ordered in terms of the physical quantities of the representation and that the formalism is suitable for approximately reproducing the final selection of musical intervals made by the composers, as well as for describing musical features as the asymmetry in the use of ascending and descending intervals, transposition processes, and the mean dissonance of a melodic line.

<p><em>The concept of “the ordinary” has become an ever more usual reference in the analysis of certain architectonic and territorial situations; but also social ones, which seem to escape any order set by planning. Nonetheless, the word still carries a rather ambiguous meaning, because not only the term is in itself polysemic, but also because it can have several interpretations, sometimes in a contradictory way, depending on the area of study, the time or the place in which it is used. This text addresses some of these apparent contradictions through a selection of visual expressions that emerge from the reassessment of “the ordinary” within a particular context: America in the seventies. To illustrate our views, we will use the work of two renowned photographers: David Plowden and Stephen Shore. Architecture was the centre focus of their images, which are part of the broad tradition of depicting American everyday life. We will analyse and compare them with the purpose of identifying their frictions and, more importantly, the values that transformed each of them from the ordinary into a perfect tool to deal with the strange and unstable material situation lived in post-war America.</em></p>

In accordance with the standards of education for the development of cognitive activity and creative abilities, to work with a large amount of information and interact in a group, the paper suggests using the possibilities of a demonstration experiment in all courses of physical geography. In accordance with the standards of education for improving the quality of students’ knowledge, developing their cognitive activity, creative abilities, the mechanism of forming positive motivation in the process of independent activity in the acquisition of new knowledge and creative approach to the learning process is shown. The conducted pedagogical research on the selection of the content and forms of organization of the demonstration experiment showed the possibility of forming critical thinking in students on the basis of experimental activities in geography lessons. A wide introduction of a demonstration experiment that brings the quality of the lesson and extracurricular work to a new level with the provision of differentiation and individualization of the learning process is proposed.

A successful of employee engagement strategy will not only create good employee at workplace but also the community at a work place. Employees form an emotional connection with the company when they are effectively and positively engage with their organization. Their attitude effects both their colleagues and company’s client and improves customer satisfaction. Studies have highlighted the importance of demographics factors such as gender in ensuring highly engage employee. This paper explores the individual differs across three parameters as gender, age and educational background. Significant variations are observed across employees of various age and qualifications. One- way analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used for descriptive analysis on demographic variables. Data was collected from 200 employees of 13 Islamic banks in Malaysia. The research has made significant contributions to the body of knowledge at academic levels by extending knowledge regarding the effects of demographic differences on employee attitude and behaviour.The key findings of this research suggest that the organisations and managers need to understand the differences of demographics factors on engagement. So that, the potential effectiveness the selection of strategies and the development of employees may be conducted more effectively.
