This article is an overview of the website design interface of Lombok travel agencymorotravel.id. This review carried out using a heuristic evaluation introduced by Molich andNielsen that evaluates an interface in an information system. Heuristic evaluation is a guidethat can guide the design or used it as a tool for criticizing a decision taken. The aim is toimprove the model effectively. The evaluation includes visibility of system status, compatibilitybetween the system and the real world, control of user freedom, standards, and consistency, error prevention, user recognition of the system, flexibility and efficiency, aesthetic values andminimum values, system help, help features, and documentation. The purpose of thisevaluation is to measure morotravel.id's interface standard as one of the travel agent websitesin Lombok so that it can become a reference for information systems in the world of tourism.Based on the evaluation, it has stated that overall the morotravel.id site interface is feasible touse because it fulfills the completeness of the principles in the heuristic assessment. Still, ithas some things that need to be improved, especially in the help system and documentation.Heuristic evaluation is pragmatic and easy to do so that it gets quick results. Although thismethod does not produce high certainty, it is a relatively easy method to start an analysis ofinterface design. The hope for the next is the use of more than one way to improve the qualityof the analysis results because it meets the principle of complementarity in each evaluationmethod

Why care about painting as an art? Does it offer to engage our aesthetic interest in ways that other art forms do not, or does it merely reproduce the aesthetic satisfactions they provide? Most paintings involve both marks on a surface, and something represented by those marks. Some attempts to say what is distinctive about painting concentrate on the former feature, understanding the art as an exploration of the two-dimensional picture plane. Others concentrate on the representational aspect, seeking to find something special about the things painting can represent, or the way in which it achieves this. The most promising approaches acknowledge both aspects, and do so as essential elements in the experiencewe have of painting. One such approach turns on the idea that the configurational aspect ‘inflects’ the representational, so that what we see in the picture itself somehow involves the marks from which the painting is composed. Another sees painting as offering aesthetic values found elsewhere, but in a distinctive form. Taking seriously the idea of our experience of painting also helps us to say something about a set of paintings we are otherwise in danger of ignoring - abstract works.

This article deals with the relationship between the principle of universal jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the ICC. Voices have been raised to expand the jurisdictional basis of the ICC's Rome Statute to include the universality principle. The author does not support this expansion, however, mainly on practical grounds. At the same time, however, he does support, albeit cautiously, taking into account the universality principle for purposes of the admissibility analysis under Article 17 of the Statute. The ICC's principle of complementarity indeed requires that the ICC defer to any state that might have jurisdiction, including a state having universal jurisdiction over serious crimes. It is proposed that the ICC Prosecutor encourage certain "bystander" states that can provide an effective forum to investigate and prosecute atrocity cases, at least if the territorial state, or the state of nationality, proves unable and unwilling to do so.

Objective: To assess the usability and acceptance of activity tracking technologies by older adults. Method: First in our multimethod approach, we conducted heuristic evaluations of two activity trackers that revealed potential usability barriers to acceptance. Next, questionnaires and interviews were administered to 16 older adults ( Mage = 70, SDage = 3.09, rangeage = 65-75) before and after a 28-day field study to understand facilitators and additional barriers to acceptance. These measurements were supplemented with diary and usage data and assessed whether and why users overcame usability issues. Results: The heuristic evaluation revealed usability barriers in System Status Visibility, Error Prevention, and Consistency and Standards. The field study revealed additional barriers (e.g., accuracy, format) and acceptance-facilitators (e.g., goal tracking, usefulness, encouragement). Discussion: The acceptance of wellness management technologies, such as activity trackers, may be increased by addressing acceptance-barriers during deployment (e.g., providing tutorials on features that were challenging, communicating usefulness).

The webpage portal is a means of information for companies to introduce company profiles, job vacancies, and their products to the public or its users. Heuristic evaluation (Nielsen 1990) is a method that researchers use to test the usability of a web page portal application. The Heuristic Evaluation Method uses ten Nielsen principles, namely Visibility of system status, match with the real world, user control and freedom, consistency and standard, error prevention, recognition than recall, flexibility and efficiency of use, aesthetic and minimalist design, help user recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors, and Help and documentation. The results of the analysis show that there are only 5 variables that have a significance of less than 0.05. Of the independent variables,

Abstract The International Criminal Court relies on its State Parties to incorporate, or implement, its constituent instrument, the Rome Statute, into their domestic legal systems to enable its effective functioning. First, State Parties are obliged to give effect to their explicit obligation to cooperate with the Court under the Rome Statute. Second, although not required to do so, to avoid their national legal systems being found by the Court to be unable to investigate and/or prosecute the crimes under its jurisdiction in accordance with the principle of complementarity, they should also implement the definition and prohibition of these offences in their national legal frameworks. This article appraises the status of the domestic implementation of the Rome Statute, both crimes and cooperation, in Asia. The article concludes that few Asian State Parties to the Rome Statute have incorporated the treaty’s provisions into their domestic laws in a holistic manner, with the absence of cooperation legislation, enabling State Parties to assist the Court, particularly striking.

The text begins with an indication of the influence Roman Ingarden’s philosophy exerted on Władysław Stróżewski’s aesthetic thought. A particular emphasis is applied to the belief in the intentional nature of the work of art, as well as its multi-- layered structure and the location of the ‘aesthetically valuable qualities’ and ‘qualities of aesthetic values’ within such a structure. Next, selected topics discussed by Stróżewski in Dialectics of Creativity are presented. Finally, considerations regarding the relationship ‘was–is,’ ‘beginning–end,’ ‘top (content, idea)–bottom (material, technique)’, necessity and freedom, as well as necessity and possibility are applied to the contemporary ‘installation art.’ Arthur Jafa’s work The White Album (awarded the main trophy at the 2019 Biennial in Venice) is analyzed. Although the installation is constructed with the use of various media and materials, it has been shown that the reception of the whole gives it the character of an intentional work. The analysis also demonstrates a presence of a multi-layered structure and dialectical juxtapositions mentioned above. For installations using various materials and media, the multiplication of strata and the surprising transformation (through a unique ‘installation’) of the material-meaning-sense relationship is especially characteristic. The multiplication of strata and the transformation of material-meaning-sense relationship also highlight the issues raised in Dialectics of Creativity, yet they do so in an artistic way. The specific ‘aesthetically valuable’ qualities such as immersiveness, intensity, and poeticality are eventually described as revealing the values of beauty and truth.

AbstractReplications can make theoretical contributions, but are unlikely to do so if their findings are open to multiple interpretations (especially violations of psychometric invariance). Thus, just as studies demonstrating novel effects are often expected to empirically evaluate competing explanations, replications should be held to similar standards. Unfortunately, this is rarely done, thereby undermining the value of replication research.

A herpes-like virus has been isolated from duck embryo fibroblast (DEF) cultures inoculated with blood from Marek's disease (MD) infected birds. Cultures which contained this virus produced MD in susceptible chickens while virus negative cultures and control cultures failed to do so. This and other circumstantial evidence including similarities in properties of the virus and the MD agent implicate this virus in the etiology of MD.Histochemical studies demonstrated the presence of DNA-staining intranuclear inclusion bodies in polykarocytes in infected cultures. Distinct nucleo-plasmic aggregates were also seen in sections of similar multinucleated cells examined with the electron microscope. These aggregates are probably the same as the inclusion bodies seen with the light microscope. Naked viral particles were observed in the nucleus of infected cells within or on the edges of the nucleoplasmic aggregates. These particles measured 95-100mμ, in diameter and rarely escaped into the cytoplasm or nuclear vesicles by budding through the nuclear membrane (Fig. 1). The enveloped particles (Fig. 2) formed in this manner measured 150-170mμ in diameter and always had a densely stained nucleoid. The virus in supernatant fluids consisted of naked capsids with 162 hollow, cylindrical capsomeres (Fig. 3). Enveloped particles were not seen in such preparations.
