Abstract The stereotypes of Montenegrin gender relations depict men doing war and women constrained to lead extremely hard lives consisting of reproduction and domestic work. In this study with a focus on Njeguši, the author instead demonstrates how gender relations are characterised by a dynamic process which defies attempts to present a one-dimensional picture. For example, the widespread tradition that sons inherit, to the exclusion of daughters, proves to be linked to the much less problematised principle of virilocal marriages, with the consequence that women are strongly encouraged to leave family property, while men are morally bound to stay on it. The reverse condition is that women are able to enjoy freedom of movement while men have difficulty finding spouses, and once married many of them live apart from their wives. The author also addresses the business of ‘importing’ brides as well as the phenomenon of brother-and-sister households.

English : Most of the paintings of internationally renowned painter and sculptor Tyeb Mehta, honored with Kalidas and Padma Bhushan, have been influenced by many incidents in the childhood, Edward Munsch and Kokoshka had a great influence on Tyeb, born in Kheda, Gujarat, in his art style from time to time. But change is seen. In the initial paintings, the expression has been given space, in the medium level pictures, the expression of the space has been replaced by the bifurcated two- dimensional picture and the empty space, the diagonal took its place in the final pictures, under which started drawing pictures in triangles. With festivals, Kali, etc., he was counted among the most expensive artists of India. During his lifetime, he produced very few artifacts and died in 2009. Apart from the sculptor, he was also a film maker.

Wave simulations from two Boussinesq-type models: BOSZ (Roeber & Cheung, 2012) and FUNWAVE (Shi et al., 2012), and a non-hydrostatic model: XBeach (Roelvink et al., 2009), are compared to observational data in a harbor and along the exposed coast of northwest O'ahu Island, Hawai'i, under highly energetic sea/swell forcing conditions. In the present comparison we attempt to address whether the models can (i) reproduce the observed spectra at different locations over a fringing reef and inside a harbor, and; (ii) draw a consistent 2-dimensional picture of the gravity and IG wave fields throughout the computational domain.Recorded Presentation from the vICCE (YouTube Link): https://youtu.be/kbbOT0ZpnEo

The article contains memories, permeated with deep emotions, about the talented scientist, thinker and at the same time "ordinary" person Akop Pogosovich Nazaretyan, who loved life, his daughter, friends, loved to collect them at home, sing in Spanish and remember his «partisan» past in faraway South America. Аlways amazed with some unearthly possibility of prophetic knowledge and powers without the pretentious pose of a "thinker". Near him, any meeting turned into an intellectual holiday. The three-dimensional picture of the scientist's world is revealed in the article through the memory of a friend and close associate.

Camera captured image is a set of three-dimensional picture frame. This picture frame is a set of different characteristics and parameters. Captured picture suffers from image blurring parameters. These blurring parameters are created by camera misfocus, motion, atmospheric causes, camera sensor noise etc. Thus, captured picture is represents the blurry image format due to lot of interferences occurs in the surrounding background and picture captured device. Hence, some information is corrupted i.e. degradation occurs in the camera captured picture. Therefore, it needs to reconstruct the original picture using image restoration process. Restoration operation includes different image deblurring algorithms such as Non-blind deconvolution and Blind deconvolution algorithms. Non-blind deconvolution algorithms are more effective when blurring parameters of captured picture is known but Blind deconvolution algorithm recover the blurry image without prior knowledge about blurring parameters.

Archaeological objects are historical relics that have important values for human life. But not every student can see and feel the atmosphere of ancient objects, because they have long been extinct or maintained their existence. The introduction of ancient objects through the media in the form of images contained in books, two-dimensional drawings and other teaching aids, this is considered ineffective because two-dimensional picture can only be seen on one side only, but by using 3D Hologram technology it is expected that in learning it can make historical lessons about ancient objects can be more interesting and enjoyable as well as helping in introducing efforts to conserve ancient objects. The results of this research are expected to be able to provide 3D Hologram technology by utilizing the principles of holographic work that is able to provide convenience for student by their own gadget.

Abstract It has recently been appreciated that the conifold modulus plays an important role in string-phenomenological set-ups involving warped throats, both by imposing constraints on model building and for obtaining a 10-dimensional picture of SUSY-breaking. In this note, we point out that the stability of the conifold modulus furthermore prevents large super-Planckian axion monodromy field ranges caused by brane-flux decay processes down warped throats. Our findings imply a significant challenge for concrete string theory embeddings of the inflationary flux-unwinding scenario.

Health is a consequence of multiple determinants operating in interrelated genetic, biological, behavioral, social, and economic contexts that change as a person develops. The timing and sequence of such events and experiences influence the health and development of both individuals and populations. A life course perspective offers a more joined up approach with significant implications for long term health gain. A three-dimensional picture needs to evolve laterally in the present, longitudinally from earlier life events and likely future projections, and vertically from the advances in the medical sciences.

Abstract This essay attempts to capture the human rights implications of COVID-19, and responses to it, in the city of York (UK). Three human rights contributions are identified: ensuring that responses enhance dignity, the right to life, non-discrimination, and protect the most vulnerable; using human rights when balancing priorities and making difficult decisions; and optimizing the link between disease and democracy. The overarching aim is to localize and contextualize human rights in a meaningful way in the city, and thereby to provide meaningful guidance to the City Council and statutory agencies when implementing the difficult measures required by the pandemic, and to support civil society advocacy and monitoring. This work, led by the York Human Rights City (YHRC) network, illustrates the value of a localized ‘thick description’ of human rights and the multi-dimensional picture of challenges, innovations and solutions facilitated by such an approach.

Medieval cartography had a wide functionality. The world map served as a historiographical and didactic tool, a spiritual guide, a mnemonic matrix, a visual encyclopedia, a philosophical model, a means of meditative practices, a manuscript illustration, an exegetical and moralizing text, a method for transmitting of narrative information, ideological and pedagogical concepts. To process a vast layer of data contained in authoritative verbal sources, the rumination method was used by a medieval cartographer. And to create the map itself, it was necessary to carry out preliminary speculative modeling and solve the tasks of the artistic reproduction of the world model on a two-dimensional picture plane. An experiment in the humanities, including art history, is not a widespread method, but its application, in that case, can be effective. Taking into account the information contained in main verbal sources and following the path of the medieval cartographer, a speculative world model meeting the basic medieval worldview requirements was created in the article. Following the experiment, the basic representational principles of the image of the world were successfully identified, as well as the artistic techniques with which those principles could be applied on the visual plane were determined.
