Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses keputusan pembelian online pada Shopee Mall di Indonesia selama Pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dari 262 customer dan seller. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, terjadi perubahan proses keputusan pembelian online dari pengenalan kebutuhan sebagai proses pertama menjadi kedua. Hal ini disebabkan karena dimasa pandemi covid-19 dengan diberlakukannya work from home, learning from home, customer dan seller memiliki banyak waktu luang mencari sebanyak mungkin informasi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya. Pencarian informasi dalam memutuskan membeli suatu produk, melibatkan upaya dan waktu yang tidak terlalu besar, lebih mengandalkan pengetahuan pribadi dibandingkan dengan informasi dari luar. Peningkatan belanja online oleh customer Wanita yang didominasi mahasiswi yang berada di Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk pembelian kosmetik, pakaian, dan sepatu. Dengan kemudahan pencarian informasi, perlu adanya edukasi cara berbelanja online yang baik, benar dan aman dari penipuan online shop, serta pemahaman hak-hak dan kewajiban mereka sebagai konsumen.

Teaching is an educator activity in the learning process, which aims to develop the potential that students have in the form of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, the government has issued a policy of "Belajar Dari Rumah" (BDR) as an effort to overcome the spread of the virus. Teaching in accordance with BDR policy makes educators at private universities in Jambi city who do not have a Learning Management System (LMS) conduct teaching management in accordance with their expertise and knowledge. This study aims to describe the experience of educators in universities who do not have LMS in managing teaching during the Covid 19 pandemic so that learning can run according to learning objectives using a qualitative descriptive approach, involving ten educators with different scientific fields and courses. This research uses a qualitative research method involving ten educators from private universities in Jambi who do not have LMS. Data have collected through observations, interviews, and documents. The data collected have analyzed through the stages of reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions in accordance with research objectives. The data analyzed is using the technique validity of data through data triangulation. The study found that the management of educator teaching in private universities in Jambi city who do not have LMS is implemented BDR policies during the pandemic period following the established implementation rules without leaving the meaning of learning and learning process standards that have set out in government regulations through the stage of teaching management. <p>The Indonesian government formally enforces rules of study, worship, and work from home from March 16th, 2020. Minimizing and limiting meetings involving physical contact are efforts to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. These conditions have implications for the effectiveness of the learning process in schools. The implementation of a home learning program replacing face to face-to-face schooling raised some problems from the lack of teachers’ skills to hazy educational policies. Because of that reason this study is conducted to find out students’ perception of teachers’ creativity in implementing home learning programs during the pandemic. There were 60 participants chosen by simple random sampling from grade 11th, the academic year 2019-2020, SMK Duta Mas. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was used to collect data. Then data analysis employed qualitative descriptive research to analyse indicators of teachers’ creativity proposed by Slameto. The findings of this study reveal that from 6 indicators of teachers’ creativity, 5 of them have a high percentage and the average total percentage is 79.26%. Therefore, it can be concluded that students’ perception of teachers’ creativity in SMK Duta Mas in implementing home learning during the pandemic is considered high. However, teachers need to improve their ability in creating media for learning because it is very important to improve students’ learning achievement and to motivate them to learn.</p>

The government orders all learning activities to be carried out at home (learning from home) and working from home (Work From Home/WFH). because online learning has been going on for more than a year in Indonesia, therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that affect the level of stress in students during online learning during the 2021 Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the stress level of students during online learning. This research was conducted for 1 month, namely June 2021. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection comes from in-depth interviews with 6th-semester students and a sample of 4 students is taken. During online or online learning that students do during the Covid-19 pandemic, it affects the stress level of 6th-semester students who will soon graduate. Factors that affect the level of stress in students include internal stressors, external stressors, and stress symptom factors (psychological symptoms, physical symptoms, and behavioral symptoms). The factors that affect the level of stress in students during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic are internal stressors, external stressors, and stress symptom factors.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan proses pembelajaran mahasiswa melalui berbagai kegiatan langsung ditengah-tengah masyarakat, dan mahasiswa berupaya untuk menjadi bagian dari masyarakat serta secara aktif dan kreatif terlibat dalam dinamika yang terjadi di masyarakat. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) UNS Era Covid-19 yang dilakasanakan di Jalan Kabut Desa Panggung Rejo Surakarta berlangsung selama 45 hari (15 Mei-30 Juni 2020). Program KKN yang dilakukan berpusat pada kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sejak Covid-19 menyebar ke seluruh wilayah saat itulah ribuan sekolah dari berbagai jenjang menerapkan proses belajar dari rumah secara daring (online). Nyatanya aktivitas belajar di rumah belum terlakasana dengan efektif. Beberapa program KKN yang telah dilaksanakan. Kegiatan KKN yang dilakukan dimulai dengan mendata siswa yang ada di sekitar Jalan Kabut, konsultasi program kepada pihak RT dan DPL, dan pelaksanaan program yang direncanakan. Adapun program kerja yang dilakukan meliputi kegiatan melakukan praktikum kimia secara sederhana, dan menggunakan metode daring (online) melalui WhatsApp Grup dengan ibu-ibu. Penggunaan metode ini juga merupakan bentuk support terhadap gerakan Work from Home & Social distancing yang mana kegiatan dapat dilakukan di rumah masing-masing. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan siswa dapat melakukan belajar efektif walaupun di rumah saja serta pemahaman terkait Covid-19 dan juga warga desa Panggung Rejo dapat memahami seluk beluk Covid-19 dengan baik serta dapat menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat.Kata Kunci : KKN COVID-19, Covid-19, Work from Home
