Abstract Abstract: This study aims to: 1) test and analyze the effect of Work Stressors on Employee Stress at PT. BNI Kediri Branch 2) tests and analyzes the effect of the Stressor Keja on Performance by mediating Employee Stress at PT. BNI Kediri Branch. The method used was a survey using a list of questionnaire instruments as data collection. The sampling technique is done by using the saturated sample method involving all permanent employees of BNI Kediri Branch, a number of 66 respondents. Analysis methods Data used in this study are range of scales and path analysis. The results of this study prove that 1) individual stressors, group stressors and organizational stressors have insignificant effect on work stress 2) individual stressors, group stressors, organizational stressors and work stress have no significant effect on performance. Abstrak                Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Stressor Kerja terhadap Stress Kerja Karyawan PT. BNI Cabang Kediri 2) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Stressor Keja terhadap Kinerja dengan mediasi Stress Kerja  Karyawan PT. BNI Cabang Kediri . Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan daftar instrumen kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan melibatkan seluruh pegawai tetap BNI Cabang Kediri, sejumlah 66 responden. Metode analisis Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rentang skala dan analisa jalur. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa 1) stressor individu, stressor kelompok dan stressor organisasi berpengaruh tidak siginifkan terhadap stress kerja 2) stressor individu, stressor kelompok, stressor organisasi dan stress kerja berpengaruh tidak siginifkan terhadap kinerja.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of work stress on organizational commitment to analyze job satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on commitment. This research was conducted at the UPT. Monument to the Struggle of the People of Bali. The number of samples used in this study is 49 employees, using the saturated sample method (census), which uses the entire population as a sample. Data analyzed using Path Analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at the UPT. Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Bali, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction Mediates the Effects of Job Stress on Organizational Commitments on UPT. The aims of this watchfulness to explain the clout of transformational leadership on employee creativity mediated by creative self-efficacy at PT. Aura Bali Craft. The sample used was 33 operational employee who were determined by the saturated sample method. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires using Likert scale measurement methods and data were analyzed by path analysis techniques. The yield  indicate the variables of transformational leadership and creatives self-efficacy take a positive and significant clout on employee creativity. PT. Aura Bali Craft should apply transformational leadership well so that it can increase employees creative beliefs that will have an impact on employee creativity.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of compensation on spirit at work. The results of this study found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on spirit at work, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on spirit at work, and the role of work motivation is positively and significantly mediates the effect of compensation on spirit at work. This research was conducted at Pertiwi Bisma Hotel 2 Ubud. The number of samples used is as many as 38 employees, with a saturated sample method where all the population numbers are used as respondents. Data collection is obtained from questionnaires. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

This study aims to examine the effect of auditors’ competence and moral reasoning towards audit quality with audit time budget as moderating. This research is important because the users of financial statements give confidence to the auditors in providing information in the form of reports and opinions on the audits carried out. So that the resulting audit quality must meet the provisions of auditing standards. High audit quality will produce reliable financial reports as a basis for decision-making. The quality of this audit will be maintained if the auditor has adequate competence and follows the audit procedures that have been determined. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The population used is all internal auditors of the Malang City Inspectorate and Batu City in East Java, as many as 50 auditors. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method. The saturated sample method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Technical analysis in this study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study shows that competence and moral reasoning significantly improve audit quality. The more competent an auditor is, the more quality the audit will produce. In addition, the higher the moral reasoning possessed by an auditor, the better the quality of the audit produced. In this study, the audit time budget cannot moderate the effect of competence towards audit quality. While the audit time budget can moderate the effect of moral reasoning towards audit quality.

Friendly service is a key to being able to maintain a retail business in the midst of many emerging retail types. To be able to survive and be able to provide customer-friendly services, the company is required to be able to create employee satisfaction in working through the arrangement of shop layouts and visual merchandising stores in outlets. In line with this, this study aims to determine the effect of shop layout and visual store merchandising on employee satisfaction at the Tiara Dewata Denpasar Supermarket. This research was conducted at the Denpasar Tiara Dewata Supermarket using a sample size of 88 people with a saturated sample method. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires at the Denpasar Tiara Dewata Supermarket using as many as 16 indicators and the indicators were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple regression analysis and accompanied by classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that shop layout and visual store merchandising partially had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. In addition, shop layout and visual merchandising stores simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. This result confirms that to improve employee satisfaction the company is expected to be able to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere of the office environment through structuring shop layout and visual merchandising stores. Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of regional levies and regional taxes simultaneously and partially on the value of local revenue in Badung Regency in the period 2008-2018. The sample of this research is Regional Retribution data, Local Tax and Local Revenue data in Badung Regency for the period 2008-2018. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample with the entire population used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that regional levies, and regional taxes simultaneously or partially had a significant effect on the Original Local Revenues in Badung Regency. These results give the sense that, increasing revenue from taxes and levies will lead to an increase in local revenue that will be received by the government of Badung Regency. The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. The title of this research is the Effect of Job Stress, and Workload, on EmployeePerformance at the Honda Astra Motor Dealer in Bengkulu City. This research is basedon the importance of the company to minimize work stress and workload faced byemployees, so that later employee performance will improve. This study aims todetermine the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance.The population of this study is all employees of the Honda Astra Motor Dealer BengkuluCity, amounting to 30 people. The sampling technique used is Cencus sampling (censussample, saturated sample). Cencus sampling (census sample, saturated sample). Is asampling technique using all members of the population as a sample.By using multiple analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded that workstress has a significant negative effect on employee performance, workload has asignificant negative effect on employee performance, work stress and workload have asignificant effect simultaneously on employee performance.Keywords: Job Stress, Workload, and Employee Performance.
