Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of work stress on organizational commitment to analyze job satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on commitment. This research was conducted at the UPT. Monument to the Struggle of the People of Bali. The number of samples used in this study is 49 employees, using the saturated sample method (census), which uses the entire population as a sample. Data analyzed using Path Analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at the UPT. Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Bali, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction Mediates the Effects of Job Stress on Organizational Commitments on UPT. The title of this research is the Effect of Job Stress, and Workload, on EmployeePerformance at the Honda Astra Motor Dealer in Bengkulu City. This research is basedon the importance of the company to minimize work stress and workload faced byemployees, so that later employee performance will improve. This study aims todetermine the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance.The population of this study is all employees of the Honda Astra Motor Dealer BengkuluCity, amounting to 30 people. The sampling technique used is Cencus sampling (censussample, saturated sample). Cencus sampling (census sample, saturated sample). Is asampling technique using all members of the population as a sample.By using multiple analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded that workstress has a significant negative effect on employee performance, workload has asignificant negative effect on employee performance, work stress and workload have asignificant effect simultaneously on employee performance.Keywords: Job Stress, Workload, and Employee Performance.

COVID-19 era demanded that we became productive in improving performance, involvement of leaders, high motivation and someone's satisfaction at work are measures for business continuity and able to contribute to national economic recovery. The research objective was to confirm the theory with empirical evidence that focuses on leadership, employee motivation, employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The research used a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. The population were 45 employees of the D'Merlion Hotel Batam, the sample was taken using the census method. The significance value of leadership on job satisfaction is 0,082 > 0,05, it is concluded that direct leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The significance value of motivation on job satisfaction is 0,000 < 0,05, which implies that motivation has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. The significance value of leadership on performance is 0,000 < 0,05 which means that leadership has a significant direct effect on employee performance. The significance value of motivation on performance is 0,009 < 0,05 showing that motivation has a significant direct effect on employee performance. The significance value of job satisfaction on performance is 0,008 < 0,05, so job satisfaction directly has a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of individual skills and the working environment of the gratification of working through motivation Academy X in Jakarta). These survey respondents amounted to 52 employees of the Academy X Jakarta. The sampling technique using a saturated sample, and analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that the ability of individual positive and significant effects directly on job satisfaction. Work environment positive and significant effect directly on job satisfaction of employees. Motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees. The direct effect of individual skills and working environments on job satisfaction is greater than the effect of indirectly through motivation. This suggests that the motivation is not a variable intervening for individual skills and working environments on job satisfaction of employees at the Academy X in Jakarta.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry. In this study used associative research methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in one of the Directorate in the State Ministry, with a sample of 30 people with data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using simple regression through SPSS version 23. The findings of this study that there is a significant influence between work stress on job satisfaction, where both variables have a strong and positive correlation. The magnitude of the effect of work stress on job satisfaction is 86.2%. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction

This study emphasizes the analysis of work stress and workload on employee performance. The research method used is the saturated sample method using multiple analysis techniques. Work Strees Research Results research value t_hit <t_ (α / 2) (-6,829 <2.0422) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), this indicates a significant negative relationship between Work Strees (X1) on employee work results. Based on the t_hit test for workload variables (X_2), namely t_hit <t_ (α / 2) (-2,461 <2.0422) and (sig α = 0.021 <0.050), this shows that there are significant negative differences between workloads and professional performance at the Honda Astra Motor Dealer Bengkulu City. Conclusion, the most dominant variable influencing employee performance (Y) is work stress (X1). Keywords: Workload, Employee Performance, Job Stress

Humans will tend to experience stress if they are less able to adjust between the desire and the reality, both the reality inside and outside themselves. One of the effects of psychological stress is that it can reduce employee job satisfaction where job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional attitude and loves the job. Employee performance is directly related to the productivity and success of the company in achieving its goals. Employee performance is the result or impact of individual activities over a certain period of time. Employees who have good performance can help the company to achieve agreed goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. This study uses primary and secondary data. The population of this study were all employees of Human Resources Department & General Affair at PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Data collection is done by observation and interview. In determining the respondents conducted by purposive sampling method. The analysis used is a single regression analysis. The results of the study showed that job stress had a significant effect on employee performance on employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros, while the relationship (correlation) of work stress with employee performance is categorized as strong enough.

The type of research being used is descriptive and quantitive research. The data is descriptive research and path analysis. The samples are taken from 53 respondents, using the simple random sampling method. These respondents are employees of Trading Business Barokah Trenggalek. The result of the Path analysis tests show that there is a significant negative direct relationship between ambiguity about the job role and employee satisfaction. Moreover, there is a significant positive relationship between ambiguity nd employee job stress. Job stress impacts negatively on employee job satisfaction. Based on the given result, the researcher argues that maintaining communication about good work between employees and supervisors will avoid misunderstanding and reduce work stress at the trading business Barokah Trenggalek. This study was conducted at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, as obtained related data the performance of employees who experience fluctuations, so factors that will affect the performance of PND employees will be investigated, namely leadership and organizational climate mediated by job satisfaction. The study population was all permanent employees at the 32nd Denpasar National Polytechnic. The sampling method uses the census method or saturated sample, so the number of respondents is 32 people. This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance.
