The title of this research is the Effect of Job Stress, and Workload, on EmployeePerformance at the Honda Astra Motor Dealer in Bengkulu City. This research is basedon the importance of the company to minimize work stress and workload faced byemployees, so that later employee performance will improve. This study aims todetermine the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance.The population of this study is all employees of the Honda Astra Motor Dealer BengkuluCity, amounting to 30 people. The sampling technique used is Cencus sampling (censussample, saturated sample). Cencus sampling (census sample, saturated sample). Is asampling technique using all members of the population as a sample.By using multiple analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded that workstress has a significant negative effect on employee performance, workload has asignificant negative effect on employee performance, work stress and workload have asignificant effect simultaneously on employee performance.Keywords: Job Stress, Workload, and Employee Performance.

This study emphasizes the analysis of work stress and workload on employee performance. The research method used is the saturated sample method using multiple analysis techniques. Work Strees Research Results research value t_hit <t_ (α / 2) (-6,829 <2.0422) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), this indicates a significant negative relationship between Work Strees (X1) on employee work results. Based on the t_hit test for workload variables (X_2), namely t_hit <t_ (α / 2) (-2,461 <2.0422) and (sig α = 0.021 <0.050), this shows that there are significant negative differences between workloads and professional performance at the Honda Astra Motor Dealer Bengkulu City. Conclusion, the most dominant variable influencing employee performance (Y) is work stress (X1). Keywords: Workload, Employee Performance, Job Stress

Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with job stress as a mediating variable. The subjects used in this study were employees at PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is a multinational real estate company. The number of samples taken in this study were 75 respondents. The data obtained was carried out from the results of distributing questionnaires through google form using purposive sampling technique. Processing of the collected data is carried out with the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on job stress, and job stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Also, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. However, job stress can mediate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. This research shows that in order to improve employee performance, companies need to pay attention to employee job satisfaction in order to reduce employee work stress levels. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Stres Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan di bidang real estate berskala multinasional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengolahan data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan dengan program SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Serta, Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Akan tetapi, Stres Kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan agar dapat menurunkan tingkat Stres Kerja karyawan.

ABSTRAK Pengelolaan sampah di Kota Bandung dikelola dengan membuat beberapa tempat penampungan sementara (TPS) dan tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA).  Dari sekian banyak TPS yang dinilai kinerjanya menurun adalah TPS Gedebage. Penelitian ini adalah hasil pengembangan dari  pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan untuk menanggulangi tingkat stress kinerja petugas lapangan pengangkut sampah. Adapun jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif, dengan menelaah peran pelatihan penanggulangan stres kerja pada peningkatan kinerja petugas lapangan di TPA Gedebage, Bandung. Kumpulan Subyek penelitian yang ditelaah adalah petugas kebersihan lapangan di Kelurahan Cisaranteun Kidul, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel sampling jenuh diperoleh sebanyak 37 orang sampel. Dalam menganalisis data yang diperoleh, dibutuhkan data yang mempunyai tingkat akurasi yang baik dan dapat dipercaya agar hasil penelitian mampu mengambarkan kondisi yang sebenarnya terjadi pada objek penelitian, adapun penelaahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan verifikatif. Temuan dalam penelaahan yaitu pelatihan penanggulangan stres kerja yang diikuti oleh petugas lapangan angkutan sampah Perusahaan Daerah (PD) Kebersihan Kota Bandung UPT Gedebage dapat dinyatakan menurunkan tingkat stress kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa pelatihan penanggulangan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pada bagian pengangkutan sampah (pengemudi Triseda) yang bertugas di Kelurahan Cisaranteun Kidul, Bandung. Kata kunci: pelatihan, stress kerja, kinerja pegawai.   ABSTRACT Waste management in the city of Bandung is managed by making several temporary shelters (TPS) and final disposal sites (TPA). One of the polling stations whose performance has decreased is the Gedebage TPS. This exploration is the consequence of the advancement of community service which is carried out to overcome the stress level of the performance of the waste transporter field officers. To complete this research, the method used is a quantitative method, where the object to be studied is the role of work stress management training in improving the performance of field officers at Gedebage TPA, Bandung. The populace that will be utilized in this review is the waste transportation officer (Triseda driver) on duty in Cisaranteun Kidul Village, using a saturated sampling technique, 37 samples were obtained. In analyzing the data obtained, it takes data that has a good level of accuracy and can be trusted so that the research results are able to depict the real conditions that happen in the object of research, while the data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive and verification analysis. The findings in this study are that the training for dealing with work stress, which was attended by field officers of the Regional Cleanliness Company (PD) of Bandung City, UPT Gedebage, can be stated to reduce the level of work stress. Based on the results of the partial study, it showed that the training to overcome work stress had a significant effect on the performance of officers in the waste transportation section (Triseda drivers) who served in Cisaranteun Kidul Village, Bandung. This study aims to determine how the description of work discipline, work stress, and employee performance, and to determine how the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The factors tested in this study were work discipline and job stress as independent variables, while employee performance was the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees at CV Rimba Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique, so that the total number is 65 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Vers.25.00. The results showed that work discipline and work stress have an effect on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance is 74.6%.

Tingkat  stres kerja berlebihan  dapat berdampak  negatif  terhadap  prestasi  kerja karyawan  PT. KAI yang pada akhirnya dapat merugikan perusahaan. Apalagi jika stres kerja tersebut berada dalam taraf tinggi tentu akan  memberikan  dampak  negatif.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini adalah  mengetahui  hubungan  antara  stress kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada masinis PT Kereta Api Indonesia di UPT Crew Semarang Poncol. Jenis  penelitian  adalah  korelasi  dengan  pendekatan  cross  sectional.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah seluruh masinis PT Kereta Api Indonesia UPT Crew Semarang Poncol sejumlah 223 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah 143 orang. Hasil  penelitian  didapatkan  bahwa  tingkat  stres kerja yang dialami  oleh responden  sebagian  besar adalah tinggi yaitu sebanyak  67,1%. Kepuasan  kerja responden  sebagian  besar dalam kategori  tidak puas yaitu sebanyak 78 orang (54,5%). Ada hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan kepuasan kerja pada masinis PT Kereta Api Indonesia di UPT Crew Semarang Poncol.Berdasarkan  hasil tersebut  PTKAI diharapkan dapat menambah jumlah masinis dengan pola shift kerja yang longgar sehingga masinis memiliki waktu isirahat yang cukup untuk mengurangi stress akibat jadwal kerja yang padat. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja. STRESS LEVEL RELATIONSHIP WITH JOB SATISFACTIONAT INDONESIAN PT TRAIN ENGINEERING AT UPT CREW SEMARANG PONCOL Excessive work stress levels can have a negative impact on employee performance at PT. KAI which in the end can harm the company. Moreover, if the work stress is at a high level, it will certainly have a negative impact. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia machinists at UPT Crew Semarang Poncol. This type of research is correlation with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all engineers of PT Kereta Api Indonesia UPT Crew Semarang Poncol totaling 223 people. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total of 143 people. The results showed that the level of work stress experienced by most of the respondents was high as much as 67.1%. Most of the respondents' job satisfaction was in the dissatisfied category as many as 78 people (54.5%). There is a relationship between stress levels and job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia's machinists at UPT Crew Semarang Poncol. Based on these results PTKAI is expected to increase the number of drivers with a loose work shift pattern so that the machinists have sufficient rest time to reduce stress due to a busy work schedule. . Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart), Tigaraksa, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.583X1. The value of tcount -7.513 <ttable 1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between work conflict on employee performance. Job stress partially has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.526X2. The value of tcount -7,015 <ttable1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between job stress on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount 28.505> Ftable 2.740 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R or the coefficient of determination of 45.2%.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Wilayah Tigaraksa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,583X1. Nilai thitung -7,513 < ttabel 1,994 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,526X2. Nilai thitung-7,015 < ttabel 1,994yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan Konflik kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung28,505 > Ftabel 2,740 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R atau Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 45,2%. Simpulan penelitian ini, secara parsial variabel stress kerja maupun konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, secara simultan atau bersama-sama stress dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Job stress is a serious phenomenon that refers to workplace characteristics that threaten workers. Nursing has been identified as a job that has high stress level. Nursalam (2011) states that nurses who are given excessive workload can have an impact on burnout. Burnout occurs when people feel that the resources they value are threatened, they try to maintain those resources (Maslach and Leiter, 2016). Burnout can result in decreased nurse performance/Burnout can cause decreasing of nurse performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work overload on nurse performance directly nor indirectly. This study using quantitative approach and nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling of 40 low care inpatient service nurses in X Hospital Surabaya. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative effect between work overload and nurse performance directly nor indirectly.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work stress on the performance of employees of private universities in the city of Bandung, Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive verification method which was conducted on 150 employees of private universities in the city of Bandung. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using correlation analysis, regression, determination and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of hypothesis testing prove that workload has a negative effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, and work stress has a negative effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. The sampling technique used was tottal sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis was 35 people. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression linear. In this study there are two independent variables, namely incentives and motivation. Variable incentives and motivations have no effect on employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. While the value of determination coefficient in this study was found at 0.387 or equal to 38.7%. These results show that employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan can be explained by incentives and work motivation of 38.7%, while the remaining 61.3% allegedly explained by other factors not examined in this study, such as organizational culture, work discipline, and work stress. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the incentive and motivation variables positively affect employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. This research provides practical recommendations for the management of PT. FIFGROUP Painan Post to continuously strive to improve employee performance in the future.
