AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pelaksanaan pembiayaan Arrum pada Pegadaian Syariah Kota Palopo dan memastikan bahwa benar tidak ada unsur riba dalam pelaksanaannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang diambil dengan wawancara langsung dan observasi, serta dokumen-dokumen pendukung yang ada di Pegadaian Syariah Kota Palopo. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yakni, editing, organizing, dan hasil temuan, sementara untuk analisis data menggunakan pola pikir induktif yang berarti pola pikir yang berpijak pada fakta-fakta yang bersifat khusus kemudian diteliti, dianalisis dan disimpulkan sehingga pemecahan persoalan atau solusi tersebut dapat berlaku secara umum. Hasil temuan yang didapatkan bahwa sistem pelaksanaan yang dilakukan oleh Pegadaian Syariah Kota Palopo telah sesuai dengan syariat islam dan prosedur operasional Pegadaian Syariah dan tidak ada unsur riba di dalamnya.Kata kunci: Pembiayaan, Arrahn (Arrum), Pembiayaan Arrum BPKB AbstractThis study aims to determine the Arrum financing implementation system at the Palopo City Sharia Pawnshop and ensure that there is really no element of usury in its implementation. This type of research is qualitative research using primary and secondary data sources which are taken by direct interviews and observations, as well as supporting documents in the Palopo Sharia Pawnshop. The data processing techniques used are editing, organizing, and findings, while for data analysis using an inductive mindset, which means a mindset that is based on specific facts and then researched, analyzed and concluded so that the problem solving or solution can apply. generally. The findings show that the implementation system carried out by the Palopo City Sharia Pawnshop is in accordance with Islamic Sharia and Sharia Pawnshop operational procedures and there is no element of usury in it.Abstraks dalam bahasa inggis juga diperlukan sebagaimana yang diuraikan sebelumnya.Keywords: Financing, Ar-rahn (Ar-rum), Ar-rum Financing of BPKB.

Learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments is an activity of learning the art of calligraphy in developing the potential of students to foster creativity, instill value, and develop productive abilities by using harmless materials, namely using colored plants. The purpose of this research was to determine the process and to obtain calligraphy work in learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments. The type of method used in this research is field qualitative research. The data sources in this study were divided into two: first, primary data sources consisting of the principal, educators, and students of SDN 8 Kawunglarang Rancah; second, secondary data sources obtained through tracing of various references. Furthermore, the data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as the data analysis techniques used, namely through three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The work of SDN 8 Kawunglarang students is still in the basic stages so there are several mistakes in its making.

The administrators of the state should be obliged to carry out their duties with a sense of responsibility and do not commit disgraceful acts, without strings attached either for personal, family, crony or group interests and do not expect compensation in any form that is contrary to the provisions of the legislation in force. However, Sri Hartini as the state organizer as the Regent of Klaten did it against the law. For this reason, the purpose of this research is how is the role of Sri Hartini as the Regent of Klaten Related to Corruption in Klaten Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data analysis techniques using the Nvivo 12 Plus software and secondary data sources from the Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 55/PID.SusTPK/2017/PN.SMG. And the result is that Sri Hartini's role as a state organizer as Klaten Regent has a very dominant role in committing criminal acts of corruption, gratuity, bribery, and abuse of authority with the new SOTK changes in the Klaten District Government Environment. This can be proven by the percentage generated from the analysis using Nvivo 12 Plus, namely Gratification with a percentage of 35.27%, Network with a percentage of 45.95%, Bribery with a percentage of 38.08%, and Abuse of authority with a percentage of 37.82%.

Analyzing the speech of Lara Pangkon in Ngantang this study aims to determine the forms of speech acts, explain its meaning and how the delivery of this speech. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, and narrative in Lara Pangkon as a primary source as well as the book the documentation as the source of secondary data. Acquisition of data through observation, interview, check out the note, and documentation. Data processing techniques are as follows: (1) a transcript and translation of the data, (2) the classification of the data, (3) data analysis, and (4) the exposure of the conclusion of the study. The end result of this research is there are 2(two) speech acts expressive, 2(two) said follow the directive, 2( two) speech acts assertive and 2( two) speech acts komisif are delivered with obvious can be delivered in a concise and straightforward and each speech act are said illocutionary.

The discussion in this research is terrorism from the perspective of Islamic criminal law (fiqih jinayah). The problem that becomes the focus of research is how terrorism is in the review of Islamic criminal law or jinnayah fiqh. Qualitative research, the source of which is library research, is the method used in research. There are two kinds of data sources in this research, namely primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection and analysis uses literature review research. The data were analyzed using the Islamic criminal law theory approach. So as a result of this research that acts of terrorism are not justified in Islamic teachings. The birth of this action is because the perpetrators have shallow thoughts or have very minimal thoughts and have political goals to harm themselves and others. They even consider this act as Jihad, even though in fact it is not a jihad but an act that brings fear to potential victims.

This study aims to see the phenomena of the tradition of pilgrimage to the grave of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka in Dusun Senuko Sidoagung Godean Sleman. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. This study has two types of data and data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data interview techniques in this study were carried out by direct field observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data, data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. The data validity checking technique used was the source triangulation technique and the technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate the phenomenon of the pilgrimage tradition at K.H.Rr's grave intending to pray for and interpret the values of life, pilgrims who visit the grave of waliyullah K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka can trace the struggle of previous scholars in Islam. The existence of Sendang Bagusan as an example of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka is still used by the Javanese mystical adherents for the kungkum ritual to achieve certain goals. The development of the Tomb of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka also had a positive impact on the construction of hamlet roads, gates, and youth organization activities in Senuko Village.

The world of education today began to be tarnished because of the frequent encounters of psychic or moral violence so that it is necessary to increase and develop the creativity of educators, especially in understanding the psychological condition of student. This study aims to examine critically and reflectively about the concept of creativity according to Muhammad Iqbal and its implementation in understanding the psychology of student. Data collection in this study was conducted through documentation techniques with secondary data sources as the primary data. Furthermore, data analysis is done through content analysis. The results of the study showed, namely First, the concept of creativity according to Muhammad Iqbal is part of the development of individuality that can be understood by exploring the conception of the nature and function of individuals through education. Second, the implementation of Muhammad Iqbal's concept of creativity in the psychological understanding of learners has a very urgent position in the world of education today.

Companies that cannot control liquidity can lose the trust of external companies and distributors. Company liquidity can reflect the company’s ability to repay business debt. The main objective of this research is to see whether there is a significant influence between cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover, both partially and simultaneously on the level of liquidity. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling by determining certain weighted value samples so that the data used have a more representative value and the sample can represent the entire population. In this study using quantitative data in the form of secondary data sources by collecting company report data from 2014 to 2018 in 60 population samples. Researchers used multiple linear regression data analysis methods in order to produce data processing in the form of tables and graphs and conclusions. The results of the SPSS program in study showed partially cash turnover and account receivable turnover there no significant effect on the level of liquidity and the result simultaneous test showed cash turnover and account receivable turnover significant effect the level liquidity.

This study aims to analyze how the consequences of the weaknesses of the contract concept as stated in the KHES, and how the solutions to the weaknesses of the contract concept are. This research is a qualitative research library research (literature review) with a descriptive-analytical approach which is strengthened by primary and secondary data sources, while the data analysis techniques used are inductive, deductive, and comparative. The results showed that the consequences of the weaknesses of the contract concept in KHES were; Different interpretations, Sharia economic disputes are not resolved, the parties are harmed and do not provide massive information. While the solution to the weakness of the concept of the contract in article 25 paragraph (2) is that the solution to the clarity of the meaning of sighat al aqd is to provide a comparison with the sighat al-aqd that is in muamalah fiqih as KHES absorption adheres to these rules. More precisely, the contract must be carried out clearly, in oral, written and/or art form, and for the harmony of the mudharabah agreement Article 232 it is customary to add the object of the contract, and the main purpose of the contract as one of the pillars in the contract, as well as adding the provisions of the qardul hasan contract to book II. in chapter XXVII, also provides limitations in article 607, while article 347 must provide clarity in detail.

This study aims to explain the practice of paying debts by working in terms of fiqh muamalah in Jorong Malintang Nagari Lawang Mandahiling, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency. This research is a field research. The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely 7 people who owe, 7 people who give debts and 1 scholar, while secondary data sources are documentation and books and scientific works related to accounts payable. Data collection techniques that the author uses are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique that the author uses is descriptive qualitative analysis. This study found that the implementation of debt payments by working carried out by the community in Jorong Malintang Nagari Lawang Mandahiling, Sallimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency, namely debt and money receivables which was only done verbally without any written evidence. If it is due, but the borrower is unable to pay it and the payment is made by working in the person's field with his wages taken in exchange for the debt. The execution of debts paid by work is included in usury where the debtor takes the excess wages for working money when paying his debts.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat upaya guru dalam membentuk karakter siswa di MIN 2 Langsa dan melihat bagaimana pembelajaran modelling dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi setelah data didapatkan lalu data dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini ada dua, pertama upaya guru dalam membentuk karakter siswa di MIN 2 Langsa Kedua, karakter siswa dapat dibentuk dengan pembelajaran modelling, karena pembelajaran ini menuntut pada aspek model yang diberikan kepada siswa oleh sebab itu siswa akan memperhatikan dan mengingat contoh karakter yang dimodelkan sehingga lahirlah tindakan dari siswa untuk berkarakter seperti yang dimodelkan.   Kata kunci: pembelajaran modelling, karakter   Abstract The purpose of the study to look at the teacher's efforts in shaping the student character in MIN 2 Langsa and see how modelling learning in shaping the student character. Qualitative research types, with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study use interviews, observations and documentation after data is obtained then data is analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the study results is twofold, first the teacher's efforts in shaping the student character in MIN 2 Second Langsa, the student character can be formed with modelling learning, as this learning demands on the aspect of the model given to students by which reason students will notice and remember examples of modeled characters so that there is an action from students to character as modeled.   Keyword: modelling learning, character
