The study aims are: 1) to explain the effect of training on teachers’ performance, 2) to explain the effect of teaching experience on teachers’ performance, and 3) to explain the effect of training and teaching experience on teachers’ performance. The study population are all elementary school teachers in the District of Lemong Pesisir Barat consist 179 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 64 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of verification research and uses data collection techniques, namely interviews and questionnaires. The analytical research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that 1) Training partially had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance, 2) teaching experience partially had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance, and 3) Training and teaching experience simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance.

Education is an integral part that cannot be separated from life. Education can realize the progress and civilization of a nation. However, the current state of our education is very concerning. The morals and manners of our students are very low. Many of the students like to fight with fellow students, acts of violence, they don't even have the shame of holding hands with the opposite sex in public places. This is of course based on the lack of ethics and morals of the students themselves. The concept of education KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is one of the bids in overcoming the moral and ethical crisis. Therefore, the concept of education KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is very relevant in forming students who are intellectually intelligent and have noble character in today's modern era. Education in today's modern era is mostly more emphasis on cognitive aspects. So, it is important to examine the concept of KH's education. Allah and His Messenger encourage their people to pray in congregation. In the Kalibening community there is a tradition of praying in congregation for forty consecutive days (Arba'in), which drives Abda 'Abdul Malik as a religious leader in the village of Kalibening. This study aims to determine the theological basis of the hadith related to this tradition, how the community's understanding of the hadith, and how the receptions of the people of kalibening to the Arba'in prayer tradition. This study used a qualitative method, the data were obtained from the results of observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, the type of research was living hadith. The results showed that the Arba'in prayer in the Kalibening community departed from the Prophet's command. (Tirmidhi narrative hadith). The Kalibening community understands this hadith textually. Where they perform Arba'in prayers on the grounds that two virtues are promised (freedom from hellfire and hypocrisy). The benefits of performing Arba'in prayers are often encountered by congregations. By performing the Arba'in prayer, the level of religiosity of the Kalibening community has increased, they have become accustomed to praying in congregation, and are more disciplined in time.

This article is focused on examining the systems approach and Pai's learning design models. Today teachers are required to be able to make appropriate learning plans according to the needs of students. The technique used is the result of documentation of existing reference sources and other written information. Analysis of research data using descriptive analysis, content analysis, and comparative analysis. The results of this discussion explain that the PAI learning system approach is a component that integrates with each other, functions cooperatively, and influences each other. In the PAI learning system approach, there are several planning components, namely: a. Establish PAI learning objectives, b. Determine the strategy for organizing the contents of Islamic Education lessons, c. Planning the roles of teachers and students in learning, d. Determine the PAI learning strategy, e. Determine the technique of evaluating the learning outcomes of Islamic Education. Meanwhile, the PAI learning model designs are: a. ASSURE learning design model, b. ADDIE learning design model, c. Kemp learning design model, d. PPSI learning design model, e. The Dick and Carey learning design model, f. The Briggs learning design model and examples in the form of management lesson plans are attached to the research results.

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan perlu ditingkatkan agar tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan landasan teori yang sesuai untuk pembelajaran guna mencapai tujuan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teori Behaviorisme Operant Conditioning oleh BF Skinner, yang kemudian dirumuskan dalam aplikasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pembahasan dalam makalah ini adalah tentang teori BF Skinner, penerapannya dalam pembelajaran, dan contoh penerapannya dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu dengan menelaah kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Setelah data diperoleh, penulis memaparkan teori Operant Conditionig oleh BF Skinner, kemudian merumuskannya ke dalam proses pembelajaran PAI. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perubahan tingkah laku manusia dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan luar, pengaruh ini untuk memberikan stimulus atau rangsangan. Skinner membagi rangsangan tersebut menjadi beberapa bagian, antara lain penguatan positif, penguatan negatif, dan hukuman. Skinner menekankan penerapan penguatan atau penguatan positif (reward) dan menghindari hukuman. Penerapan teori Skinner dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah dengan memberikan stimulus penguatan positif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.

The curriculum of education is always changing and developing according to the needs of education in which all components of the nation also provide encouragement for education providers aiming to always carry out the process of improvement. For this reason, the implementation of the curriculum must have guidelines that must be adhered to. To overcome the above problems, the principles of curriculum development can be used as guidelines for the delivery of education. In this article, the speaker uses a type of library research method, namely in obtaining data from library documents such as books, books, magazines, journals and other documents. Literature study is a form of research related to the way of collecting research materials and data. The data collection technique used is the documentation method, namely by collecting and analyzing documents. The result of this research is that in implementing the curriculum, it is necessary to have guidelines that can be used as guidance. And among the 9 principles of developing the existing curriculum, each education provider is good to be applied in accordance with the existing institutional conditions.

The world of education today began to be tarnished because of the frequent encounters of psychic or moral violence so that it is necessary to increase and develop the creativity of educators, especially in understanding the psychological condition of student. This study aims to examine critically and reflectively about the concept of creativity according to Muhammad Iqbal and its implementation in understanding the psychology of student. Data collection in this study was conducted through documentation techniques with secondary data sources as the primary data. Furthermore, data analysis is done through content analysis. The results of the study showed, namely First, the concept of creativity according to Muhammad Iqbal is part of the development of individuality that can be understood by exploring the conception of the nature and function of individuals through education. Second, the implementation of Muhammad Iqbal's concept of creativity in the psychological understanding of learners has a very urgent position in the world of education today.

The aim of this research was to know how the process Manejek Huma in the Dayak culture of kahayan / ngaju (biaju) in Bahaur Hulu Village and to analyze the values of Islamic education in the process of Manejek Huma in Dayak Kahayan / ngaju (biaju) Tribe at Bahaur Hulu Village. This research used an ethnographic approach. In collecting data the researchers used observation, interview and documentation. The result show that the Islamic education value in the process of mockinghuma the Dayak Kahayan / Ngaju was reading basmallah, praying, reading the Qur'an praying and giving thanks to Allah, always giving respect to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The indigenous culture and customs and traditions of this tribe have absorbed a lot from the culture and customs of the Banjar Malay tribe. In addition to education in schools, of course education in the family becomes the most important thing in instilling character education in children. The environment is also very supportive of that, so in addition to the family, school and also a good environment will also be embedded in good character for children.With so life becomes a child who has good character who will be the successor to a nation that has high character.

One of the habituation models that can strengthen an individual's spirituality so that he is able to become fully human in finding solutions and reflecting on himself is by reading istighosah. Sources of data in this paper were obtained through observation and interviews within a period of 4 months, starting from September to December 2020. The results of this study indicate that the reading of istighosah can be an alternative educational model that can shape the character of society. The academic community of IAIMNU Metro Lampung through the transformation of the Islamic ideology Ahlu sunah waljama'jamah Annahdliyah which has the principles of tawazun, tasamuh, ta'adul and amar ma'ruf nahi is mungkar. The success of this habituation can be seen in general from the development of the IAIMNU academic community which leads to the construction or development of character by practicing the principles of religious attitudes which are tawasuth, tawazun, tasamuh, and always looking for a middle way (moderate). Besides, this habituation becomes a satisfaction both physically and mentally for the perpetrators
