Urbanization has presented opportunities of progress which has attracted people from rural areas to the cities thus leading to mass migration. This migration has been going on for decades all around the globe and has reached a point of saturation. The area of the city remains the same but the population density has increased multiple times. Commuting for work is a scene of chaos on the roads. Though there are modes of public transport, roadway is the major mode of commute and the load on roadways is ever increasing due to the rise in population. There is hardly any scope to expand the area of the roadways. The rise in the number of vehicles each year has saturated the capacity the roads were built to carry. This leads to congestion and long hours of traffic on a daily basis which tests the patience of citizens. This provokes the daily commuters to violate the traffic rules which may sometimes amount to grave accidents. Even on Highways, the empty roads entice drivers to experience the thrill of speed overlooking the fact that they are putting themselves at risk. There have been regulations imposed to reduce the chance of an accidents by implementing rules and levying heavy fines on traffic violations. Traffic cameras have been installed all around the city to monitor for traffic violations and get hold of violators. With the technological advancements to store and process large chunks of data efficiently using techniques like Deep Learning and Computer Vision, this paper proposes an automated system to detect Traffic Violations using YOLOv3 to detect and track vehicles and save a snapshot in case a violation is committed.

Nowadays, as the digital era proliferates, there are a number of traffic violation detection systems built using hardware and software to detect violation of traffic rules. This article proposes an integrated method for traffic analysis by detecting vehicles in the video and tracking their motion for multiple violation detection. The purpose of this integrated system is to provide a method to identify different types of traffic violations and to reduce the number of systems used to record violations. This method receives input from traffic surveillance camera and uses DNN to classify the vehicles to reduce the number of personnel needed to do this manually. The authors have implemented modules which are used to track vehicles and detect violations such as line crossing, lane changing, signal jumping, over-speeding and find illegally parked vehicles. The main purpose of this project is to convert manual traffic analysis into a smart traffic management system.

In the second half of XX-th century the interest to the rural tourism has raised. The processes of urbanization and globalization have made the rural tourism actual and profitable kind of activity that holds its strong place in the world tourism market. It is considered as an important segment of modernization of the agricultural economy, favours to solve the task of economic, social and spiritual revival of the village, to create new jobs, to raise the welfare of the population, as well as to reduce social tensions. However, in order to organize the activity with providing of the rural tourism services, it is necessary to study history carefully of its formation both in Ukraine and abroad. It is necessary to take into account the specifics of rural tourism development in different countries. The purpose of the research is the determination of the preconditions of the birth of the rural tourism, the analysis of the historical stages, the models of its formation and development in Ukraine and abroad. During the research it is established that the birth of rural tourism took place in distant antiquity, and its formation as an organized kind of activity occurred in the 1970s. That time, this alternative type of employment was stimulated with the aim to stop the mass migration of the population from the countryside to the city. It is determined that the impetus for the popularity of the rural recreation is the global phenomenon of urbanization – urban residents are seeking for peace, dimension in sparsely populated areas. Analyzing the publications of the scientists, it was found that in some countries the stimulus to provide tourist services in rural areas was targeted influence from the side of public authorities aimed at supporting of unpromising agricultural areas, restoring the balance between urban and rural areas, strengthening the financial position of farmers without big investments, recreation for the low-income groups, etc. In the regional programs of development of the domestic tourism it is important to take into consideration the preconditions of birth, historical aspects of formation and specific features of rural tourism development in different geographical regions. The implementation of the best practices in the activities of modern farmsteads of the rural tourism, agritourism enterprises of Ukraine will give the possibility to diversify the kinds of activities in rural areas, to improve employment opportunities in the rural areas, to reduce the outflow of youth to the city, to improve social and household infrastructure, to increase the production of environmentally friendly products, to raise the level of business culture of rural population, etc.

Mobile WiMAX has gained extensive support in the industry. Demand on wireless Internet bandwidth is increasing. Mobile WiMAX, also called WirelessMAN (Wireless Metropolitan Area Networks.), is Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) of the Metro. Mobile WiMAX will offer wireless internet experience within the city as Wi-Fi offers within your office or home. Imagine making VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calls from home and continuing to talk as you travel to work in the train or travel in the car on a freeway. Mobile WiMAX can make that happen. In this chapter the authors would describe what is Mobile WiMAX, how it can be combined with GPS (Global Positioning System) for Traffic Management, solve traffic related offences and help in providing a clear way for PSV’s (Public safety vehicles) like fire brigades and ambulances.

In the present study, the majority of casual workers perform multiple seasonal working activities in Punjab. In rural areas, most casual workers were occupied in non-agriculture sectors, while in the urban areas, the majority were occupied in non-manufacturing sectors. If the casual workers found work in rural and urban areas, they had to work long hours. They did not find regular work due to the lack of skill. Besides, due to lack of employment opportunities in rural areas. Workers had to go to the city for work. The study found that casual workers received higher wage rates in urban areas than their rural counterparts, especially in the manufacturing sector. The highest share in rural and urban areas received the wages on a daily basis.

In modern era, due to increase in traffic in the city, emergency vehicles take more time to reach the destination. The current, time-based traffic management system is not suitable and also not flexible for present day traffic, especially at the intersection where the traffic needs to be controlled for vehicles from all four directions. To solve this problem, we bring users a sound detector with automatic recording of various vehicle sounds and distinguishing the presence of ambulance in a particular lane by detecting the siren sound. The captured ambulance sound is processed using IOT and sent to the traffic pole to enhance the traffic clearance. This is carried out by placing the sensors in each lane and a sensor near the traffic pole to indicate that the ambulance has crossed the lane. In this method the traffic signal controller decides when the vehicle has to cross the road and also provide importance to the emergency vehicle.

Diversity of Indonesian Batik hanging area. One of the very well-known Indonesian batik is Batik Madura. Batik Madura has become a pride for Indonesia, especially for Madura. The purpose of the study is to model the Sumenep pride to Batik Madura and to see the level of risk or tendency of batik madura pride for the community group Sumenep. This research method uses a non parametric regression used a non-parametric regression because the dependent variable in this study is the variable Y are variables not normally distributed. The results of this study states that the level of risk of the village in Sumenep proud of batik is almost 5 times higher than the islands while people in this city who live in the district town at risk Sumenep proud of Batik Madura 8-fold compared to the archipelago. So it can be concluded that the city is much more proud of batik than those who reside in rural areas especially those who reside in the islands. This study uses data from 100 questionnaires were analyzed using logistic regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is the pride of the batik model as follows: Function logistic regression / logit function: g (x) = 0,074 + 1,568X4(1)+2,159X4(2 this is case the islands as a comparison, X4(1)  is the place to stay in the village and X4(2)  is the place to stay in town, so the Model Opportunities p(x) = EXP(g(x))/1+EXP(g(x)).  Hopes for further research is to conduct research on the development of batik in an integrated region, the need to be disseminated to potential areas of particular potential in Madura batik, especially for residents who reside in the Islands. Keywords: Pride, Batik, Sumenep.
