Internet becomes the key source of communication to engage with everyone and everywhere around the world at any time. The advent of internet provides enormous way to transform an existing system into digital form. The impact of this adoption reflected back in all the domains, notably in healthcare, education, communication and so on. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a collective term, represents the components and infrastructure that enables the modern day computing. Cloud Computing is an essential part of ICT that delivers the computing services and resources based on demand and availability. It provides flexibility to the stakeholders to scale their resources virtually. All these technologies make the activities of day-to-day life easier and comfortable. E-Learning becomes an emerging concept that inherits the functionalities of modern day computing approaches. To makes the learner more engaging and interactive with the courses, new frameworks are developed online. With the help of cloud platform, delivering education-related services becomes handy. In this paper, a new concept is introduced with a thematic framework in theoretical aspects to improve the way to deliver personalized recommendations to the user based on the feedback provided on each course enrolled by the learner. This system helps the learners to select a course that is more relevant to their domain. Moreover, this feedback system helps the instructor of the course to improve their standard by providing some suggestions based on the learners comments. This system could be beneficial for both the learner as well as the instructor by providing personalized recommendations

With considerable improvement in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field, many areas of our lives have been affected, including the learning environmentE-learning is one such inventions and is linked to the use of electronic methods to support the E-learning process, which has become increasingly popular and has become a strong trend due to the enormous benefits it offers to learning environments. However, E-learning systems and its management require huge investments in information technology, and many educational institutions don't have enough budget to afford the cost, therefore cloud computing is the finest solution. It provides an effective mechanism which can allow of building a new mode of E-learning system. This paper, discusses the features of the E-learning system, describes the strategy of Cloud computing, and analyzes the impact of using Cloud Computing in E-learning.

This paper studies whether and how information and communication technology (ICT) changes self-construal and cultural values in a developing country. Ethiopian children were given laptops in the context of an ICT for development scheme. We compared children who used laptops (n = 69) with a control group without laptops (n = 76) and a second control group of children whose laptop had broken down (n = 24). Results confirmed that after 1 year of laptop usage, the children’s self-concept had become more independent and children endorsed individualist values more strongly. Interestingly, the impact of laptop usage on cultural values was mediated by self-construal (moderated mediation). Importantly, modernization did not “crowd out” traditional culture: ICT usage was not associated with a reduction in traditional expressions (interdependent self-construal, collectivist values). Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

<p>Market performance is important to the company's development. This study examines the determinant factors of market performance through information and communication technology (ICT). The probability and simple random sampling methods were used to determine the sample. Furthermore, the research instrument was the questionnaire distributed personally to the respondents. The results show that the market performance of used car showroom MSMEs in the Malang was determined both directly and indirectly by information quality, eReadiness, use of ICTs, and market orientation, which is more dominant. The use of ICTs and market orientation fully and partially mediates the information quality and eReadiness on market performance, respectively.</p>

Globalization is the increasing interaction of peoples, states or countries through the growth of the global trade, international flow of capital, ideas and culture. The paper discusses how privatization of public corporations and invention of information and communication technology (ICT) lead to the retrenchment and casualization of public servant. The aim of this study is to examines the impact of globalization on the public servant in Nigeria. The methodology involves the use of secondary data, through a systematic literature review which entails the document analysis of related matters. The findings reveal that globalization infringes on the right of a public servant by making them vulnerable without job security. The paper concludes that government must stop unfair labor practice such as retrenchment and casualization of workers, and improve good working conditions to make public servant more productive.

<p><em>The problem in the world of education at this time is the quality and quantity of education in the field of information and communication technology. The quality of education can be seen from the quality of education desired by the community and for the quality of education related to the equitable access to education without any gap. One way to overcome these problems is by optimizing the role of information and communication technology in the learning process by using e-learning. E-learning used is using online learning based on Schoology. In this application there are several features that can be used by the teacher in the learning process including uploading material, assignments, discussions and giving test questions using the online quiz system. In the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase students' learning motivation and can create enjoyable learning so that students in participating in learning activities can be active and achieve maximum learning outcomes.</em></p>

The Impact

Due to the accelerated pace of information and communication technology developments, the digital society and the digital economy have become real and, in turn, pose specific challenges. In this environment, digital skills and competences are essential to achieve the professional success and personal development of any individual. The positive impact that information and communication technology has on education cannot be disputed, but there are also some obstacles that need to be overcome in order to make the most of these benefits. An essential aspect to consider is that technology has repercussions not only on pupils and students, but also on teachers, who must adapt and acquire the knowledge necessary to disseminate information. Having as the main objective of reflecting the impact of digitalization on the educational sector, the paper highlights the basic concepts in the field of digital technology and, at the same time, the current implications on educational processes. At the same time, through logistic regression, the way in which the means of digital innovation influence the education in Romania is analysed and to determine the factors with the highest degree of influence. Modern technology can be considered as synonymous with the future and that is why it is essential that all young students acquire the digital knowledge necessary to revolutionize the educational process and at the same time redefine the recruitment of the labour market.
