ABSTRACT<br />The information technology usage which is getting popular makes lots of user change course to utilize that technology especially web, in which in stmik stikom bali there is a web-based system,called elearning, which is very needed. UTAUT model model is used to know the behaviour in using this system. In this research, it will be restricted on the influence analysis of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Faciliting Condition whereas in this research the subjects are the students as users of the system by using PLS (Partial Least Square) as the data processing. The result of the research is that there are 4 independent variables (Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Expectancy, and Facilitating Condition) which are connected with the dependent variable (Behaviour in Use System), there is only 1 variable which has positive influence<br />Keywords : E-Learning, UTAUT, PLS<br />ABSTRAK<br />Penggunaan teknologi informasi yang semakin popular membuat pengguna semakin banyak beralih pada teknologi tersebut khususnya web, dimana pada STMIK STIKOM Bali terdapat system informasi berbasis web yaitu elearning yang sangat dibutuhkan. Dengan menggunakan model UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) untuk mengetahui perilaku dalam menggunakan system informasi. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibatasi untuk analisis pengaruh Performace Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence dan Faciliting Condition. Dimana dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada mahasiswa sebagai pengguna sistem dengan menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) sebagai pengolahan data. Hasil dari penelitian didapat dimana dari 4 variable bebas (Performace Expectancy, Effort Expentancy, Social Influence dan Faciliting Condition )yang dihubungkan dengan variable terikat (Behavior In Use System )hanya 1 variable yang memiliki pengaruh positif.<br />Kata Kunci : E-Learning, UTAUT, PLS

E-commerce di Indonesia sudah semakin berkembang, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa sektor pertanian turut serta dalam digitalisasi bisnis tersebut, salah satunya dengan keberadaan e-commerce agribisnis yang saat ini sudah mulai berkembang sejak adanya program pemerintah tentang sinergi aksi untuk ekonomi rakyat pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan ibu rumah tangga dalam menerima e-commerce agribisnis dengan menerapkan model UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Responden penelitian sebanyak 99 ibu rumah tangga Kelurahan Sumur Batu, Kecamatan Bantar Gebang, Kota Bekasi. Teknik penentuan responden menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Sumur Batu belum menyadari akan keberadaan e-commerce agrbisnis namun bisa bersikap positif dan menerima. Variabel Behavioral Intention (minat penggunaan) dipengaruhi oleh variabel Performance Expectancy (19,7%), Social Influence (22,4%), dan Facilitating Condition (36,7%). Sedangkan variabel Effort Expectancy tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan namun berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan.

Purpose This paper examines the acceptance, of a group of 79 students, of an educational forum, used for mobile and distance learning, that has been modified to include empathic characteristics and affective principles. Design/methodology/approach With this study is proposed that the introduction of empathic and affective principles in educational forums is a useful and effective way to increase students’ participation and motivation in educational contexts. After an analysis of existing literature and research on the subject of empathic technology, the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) was used as a framework for the research model. The analysis of their acceptance is done via an extended version of the UTAUT that focuses on the use of the variable attitude toward technology and uses gender, age and experience as moderators. A partial least square technique has been used to test the nine hypotheses. Findings The results confirmed three of the nine hypotheses: performance expectancy and effort expectancy had a positive influence on the students attitudes towards empathic forums, while the effect of social influence and facilitating conditions was considered insignificant; social influence had a positive influence on the students’ behavioral intention to use emphatic forums, while attitude toward technology, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions and effort expectancy were considered not relevant. Originality/value The focus of this study was the influence of attitude toward empathic forums, used for mobile and distance learning, and the results establish the grounds for future research on attitude as an important determinant of technology acceptance.

In this fourth industry revolution era, there are so many technologies that enable people to do their activities easily. The aim of this research was to investigate factors that influenced people to use one of technology around us, electronic ticketing system. This research uses as the indicators from Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model which developed by Venkatesh et al (2003). The indicators used in this research were use behavior, behavioral intention, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. This research used 5- Likert scale questionnaire and there are 218 respondents who are responds to this questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that performance expectancy influence behavioral intention on using electronic ticketing system. Effort expectancy also influences behavioral intention on using electronic ticketing system. Meanwhile, social influence indicator does not influence behavioral intention on using electronic ticketing system. Facilitating condition indicator influence use behavior on using electronic ticketing system, and behavioral intention itself does not influence use behavior on using electronic ticketing system. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) adalah teori yang dikemukakan oleh Venkatesh, et al. (2003). UTAUT memiliki empat kostruk utama yaitu 1) ekspektansi kinerja (performance expectancy), 2) ekspektansi usaha (effort expectancy), 3) pengaruh sosial (social influence), dan 4) kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi (facilitating conditions). Model ini digunakan untuk meneliti Implementasi Aplikasi SIMPeL dalam proses pengadan langsung. Aplikasi SIMPeL di bangun oleh LPSE Kementerian Keuangan untuk menfasilitasi proses pengadaan langsung. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan penggunaan Aplikasi SIMPeL dengan menggunakan model UTAUT.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori. Data diperoleh dari responden para pihak yang terkait dalam pengadaan langsung dengan menyebarkan kuisioner tertutup. Besarnya sampel sejumlah 160 responden  dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software smartPLS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut Ekspektasi kinerja (Performance Expectancy) dan Ekspektasi usaha (Effort Expectancy) mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan Aplikasi SIMPeL melalui faktor Tingkat minat penggunaan aplikasi SIMPeL (Behavioral Intention). Sedangkan Tingkat minat penggunaan aplikasi SIMPeL (Behavioral Intention) dan Kondisi-kondisi Pemfasilitasi (Facilitating Conditions) mempengaruhi langsung perilaku penggunaan Aplikasi SIMPeL. Faktor sosial (Social Influence) tidak mempengaruhi minat penggunaan aplikasi SIMPeL (Behavioral Intention) dan penggunaan Aplikasi SIMPeL. Selain itu faktor kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi (Facilitating Conditions) mempunyai pengaruh sedang sedangkan yang lain kecil.

Home Digital Service TELKOM merupakan teknologi yang penting bagi kemajuan inovasi teknologi, perekonomian negara, serta target pemerintah dan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dalam modified UTAUT2 yang memengaruhi niat prospectiv users untuk mengadopsi Home Digital Service PT TELKOM di Surabaya, seberapa besar pengaruh variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh antarkonstruk dan kemampuan prediksi modified UTAUT2 dalam memprediksi niat prospective users untuk mengadopsi Home Digital Service TELKOM di Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, 200 sampel dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan smartPLS 2.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa seluruh konstruk eksogen memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap konstruk endogen. Hedonic motivation, social influence, price value, facilitating condition, effort expectancy, dan performance expectancy memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,260; 0,194; 0,138; 0,116; 0,094; dan 0,090. Variabel rnoderasi age (usia) memoderasi pengaruh facilitating condition dan price value terhadap niat (behavioral intention) prospective users untuk mengadopsi Home Digital Service di Surabaya. Sernentara variabel moderasi jenis kelamin (gender) hanya memoderasi pengaruh performance expectancy, social influence, dan price value terhadap niat (behavioral intention) prospective users untuk mengadopsi Home Digital Service di Surabaya. Modified UTAUT2 dalam penelitian ini dapat memprediksi 54.8% behavioral intention penggunaan Home Digital Service PT. TELKOM di Surabaya.

This study investigated the factors that influence Ghanaian entrepreneurs to adopt e-commerce. Cross-sectional data was gathered from 520 entrepreneurs in the most populous and industrious regions in Ghana. The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) was employed to effectively understand the unexplored phenomenon of e-commerce adoption among Ghanaian entrepreneurs. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the hypothesized relationships. The findings indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence (SI) positively and significantly influenced the behavioral intention (BI) to adopt e-commerce. Facilitating conditions (FC) and BI had a significant positive relationship with the adoption of e-commerce.

The goal of this study is to investigate the underlying factors that influence an employees’ decision to use robots at work. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was used in this study. This theory assumes that people’s actual behaviour and willingness to utilise technology is influenced by four underlying elements, namely performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI) and facilitating conditions (FC). Based on this assumption, the specific objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between these factors and a fast-food restaurants employees’ intent to use robots at work. The role of gender as a moderator in each of these interactions was also considered in this study. Based on data acquired from an online survey, the stated hypotheses were tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings revealed that performance expectancy and social influence enhances an employees’ intention to use robots at work. It also showed that there was no moderation effect in the proposed model. This study presents empirical facts and direction to managers in the fast-food industry in Malaysia, researchers and practitioners regarding the adoption of robots or technology-based services at work. Theoretical advances as well as prospective research directions are also explored.

AbstractThe main aim of this article is to examine the factors that influence the acceptance of ridesharing technologies in Polish society, including dynamic vanpooling on demand. The study was conducted using the UTAUT 2 model (Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). We have employed statistical and econometric data analyses such as factor analysis and linear regression using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Based on the review of the publications on ridesharing in the context of sharing economy, we have modified the UTAUT 2 model by supplementing it with the trust factor, which is a significant contribution to the development of this theory when applied to the acceptance of ridesharing technologies. Further, the outcomes allowed us to identify the factors that influence people's attitudes in using shared-ride technology (performance expectancy, hedonistic motivation and habit) and the intention to use this technology (effort expectancy, performance expectancy, price value, habit and trust). This study has practical implications as it has helped identify the factors that affect the acceptance of ridesharing technologies in Poland and these factors are significant for the suppliers of these technologies. The findings can certainly become a starting point for further research on other communities and the application of other models of technology.

Sistem E-learning dikembangkan oleh Undiksha untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun pada kenyataannya E-learning Undiksha belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh dosen di lingkungan Undiksha. Pengguna dapat menerima dan menggunakan sistem adalah hal yang penting untuk dapat mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari implementasi sistem tersebut. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha dengan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT merupakan salah satu model penerimaan teknologi yang menggabungkan delapan teori penerimaan teknologi sebelumnya. UTAUT memiliki empat konstruk utama yaitu ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha,  pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi.Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup dengan sampel 64 Dosen Undiksha. Dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ekspektasi kinerja, ekpektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasiitasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha (2) Variabel moderator jenis kelamin memperkuat hubungan ekspektasi kinerja dan ekspektasi usaha terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha sedangkan untuk variabel moderator jenis kelamin memperlemah hubungan variabel pengaruh sosial terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha (3) Variabel moderator umur memperkuat hubungan variabel ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha (4) Variabel moderator pengalaman memperkuat hubungan ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi terhadap perilaku penggunaan sistem E-learning Undiksha.AbstractE-learning was developed by ganesha university of education to improve learning effectiveness and quality. Yet, this system had not used maximally by lecturers in the institution.  Users which could accept and use the system was an important thing to know degree of its implementation successfulness. Hence, this study aimed at analyzing factors affecting use behavior of UNDIKSHA’s E-learning system with Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. UTAUT is one of technology acceptance model combining 8 previous technology acceptance theories. It has 4 main constructs, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition.The data were collected through giving closed questionnaire to lecturers. It involved 64 lecturers in UNDIKSHA as the sample of this study. The obtained data were analysed by means of SPSS. The results show that (1) Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition have positive impact on the use behavior of the E-learning system, (2) Gender moderator variable strengthens the relationship of performance expectancy and effort expectancy towards the use behavior of the E-learning system, but weakens the relationship between social influence variable and the use behavior, (3) Age moderator variable strengthens the relationship of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition towards the use behavior of the E-learning system, and (4) Experience moderator variable strengthens the relationship of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition towards the use behavior of the E-learning system.

E-learning is an inevitable trend in modern education. Despite much research on E-learning based on cloud computing,research on the adoption and use of cloud-based E-learning in Vietnam as well as in the world remains limited. This study adopts the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) to research on the model of acceptance and use of E-learning based on cloud computing in Vietnam. Result shows that factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation and habit affect the intention and use of cloud-based E-learning. The model explains 75% of variance in intention and use of cloudbased E-learning.
