This study aims to determine the effect of earnings quality to firm value with market reaction as intervening variable. This study conducted by using the secondary data. Analysis method was the multiple linear regression analysis by utilizing SPSS 22 program and path analysis. The population in this study is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2015. The determination of the sample used a purposive sampling method and obtained 104 companies as a sample. The result showed that (a) earnings quality significantly negative affect on firm value, (b) earnings quality doesn’t effect significantly of firm value through market reaction,  (c) earnings quality doesn’t effect significantly of market reaction and (d) debt equity ration and leverage as control variable, only debt quity ratio significantly effect of firm value . This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

Earnings quality is earnings that correctly and accurately describes the company's operational profitability. Earnings quality in a company is very important to be analyzed. Companies that have high earnings quality will provide complete and transparent information and will not mislead users of financial statements. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, conservatism and firm size on earnings quality. at companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017 to 2020. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 to 2020, obtaining a population of 704 companies. This research method uses purposive sampling, the sample was obtained in accordance with predetermined criteria and obtained data as many as 326 companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained the results that leverage as measured by (DAR), firm size as measured by (Size), and liquidity as measured by (QR) have no significant effect on earnings quality. Meanwhile, profitability as measured by (ROA) and conservatism as measured by (CON_ACC) have a significant effect in a positive direction on earnings quality.

The purposeof this study was to examine the effect of Investement Opportunity Set (IOS), dividend policy, and opportunistic behavior on firm value at Manufacturing Companies listed on Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. This study used secondary data from the company’s annual report. The samplimg method in this study used purposive sampling, the final sample obtained was 29 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) used price proxy (MBVE) and investment proxy (CAPBVA) have a significant positive effect on firm value, while the dividen policy and opportunistic behavior have a negative effect on firm value but not significant.

This study empirically investigates the effect of disclosure elements of integrated reporting on firm value. Business complexity is used as a moderating variable in the effect of integrated reporting on firm value. A total of 189 samples of manufacturing companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 met the criteria using the purposive sampling method. A multiple linear regression analysis using SEM-PLS program is employed as a data analysis tool. The results showed that integrated reporting has significant effect on firm value. Business complexity moderates the relationship of disclosure integrated reporting to firm value. The better quality of information disclosure from element of integrated reporting increases investor confidence thereby increasing firm value.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of : (1) Firm Size on Profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size on Capital Structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) on Capital Structure (DER) in the Manufacturing Sector Automotive Companies and Components on the IDX. The data used are secondary data using a sample of 13 automotive sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Sampling was done using a sensus method. This research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (path analysis. The results of this study are: (1) FirmSize significantly has a positive effect on profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER).

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Total Assets (DAR), and Corporate Governance (CG) on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. Corporate Governance is proxied by the Composition of the Independent Commissioner, and Tax Avoidance is proxied by the Effective Tax Rate (ETR). The population in this study were 179 companies listed on the IDX. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique and the research sample was obtained as many as 60 companies. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis used is descriptive analysis followed by the requirements test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The statistical method used to analyze the data uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA) had a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, Debt to Total Assets (DAR) and Corporate Governance (CG), which are proxied by the composition of the independent board of commissioners, have no effect on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period.

This study aims to determine the effect of taxes, tunneling incentives, debt covenants, and profitability on the company's decision to transfer pricing. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from accessing the web www.idx.co.id. The population of this research was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of companies sampled in the study was 27 companies so that the total sample of the study was 135 observations. This study used the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study known there are still many variables outside the research that can explain transfer pricing.The determination coefficient is 0.441 which means that 44.1%. It indicates that the company transfers pricing is influenced by these variables, while the rest is explained by other variables.Based on the  result can be concluded that taxes, debt covenants and profitability has a positive effect on the decision to transfer pricing. Analysis of the Effect of Efficiency and Effectiveness of Working Capital Use on Increasing the Profitability of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX, with a supervisor Mr. Adriansyah, SE., M.Sc. The object of this study is 46 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection method uses the documentation method with secondary data sources in the form of company financial statement data for 5 years, from 2013 to 2017. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, which uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the tools of the computer statistical product program and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20. From this study it can be seen that the efficiency and effectiveness of working capital have a significant positive effect on increasing profitability (ROI) of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
