This topic presents the macro-design of SPA that will surely appear in the coming years and also the future technological trends in SPA applied to viticulture and arable crops. A vision of the future of SPA is presented in three layers: i) human intelligence (related to soil, plants, climate, pests, diseases, environment, food production, fibre and energy) on top; ii) artificial intelligence (related to hardware, communications, data) in the middle; iii) and again human intelligence on the bottom (consumers, business models, transparency, food traceability). “Big Data” challenges are discussed regarding the specific needs of agriculture. The technological groups identified in a Foresight Analysis report are discussed and the future technological trends on arable crops and vineyards are presented. The future of health care may change dramatically as entrepreneurs offer solutions that change how we prevent, diagnose, and cure health conditions, using artificial intelligence (AI). This article provides a timely and critical analysis of AI-driven health care startups and identifies emerging business model archetypes that entrepreneurs from around the world are using to bring AI solutions to the marketplace. It identifies areas of value creation for the application of AI in health care and proposes an approach to designing business models for AI health care startups.

The rapidly changing environment of the shipbuilding industry has put Korea’s shipbuilding industry in a crisis. The purpose of this study was to develop a business model to maintain, maintain and operate Big Data-based MRO(Maintenance, Repair, and Operation) consumables, which is expected to be the new growth engine for the domestic shipbuilding industry. Although Korean shipbuilders have world-class technologies for ship dogma, the market for ship maintenance and repair is still in its infancy. For Korean shipbuilders, MRO business can be a growth engine that will provide food for the next 30 years, but to do so, we need to make sure that everything that happens in the entire process, from ship design to maintenance and maintenance. Therefore, by systematically establishing Big Data related to components and developing MRO business models based on data analysis capabilities using Artificial Intelligence system concept, we can develop new growth engines for related industries in Ship Industry.

The Scientific and Educational Center "Engineering of the Future", created on the basis of the Institute of Regional Development of the Samara Region, has formed a number of important sectoral and subject committees, in which it is planned to develop breakthrough technologies in high-tech industries. The Committee on Artificial Intelligence, organized within the framework of the SEC "Engineering of the Future", forms its development strategy. The article outlines the vision for the prospects of such a strategy of the project team, consisting of specialists from universities, academia, design organizations, commercial companies and startups. The key in the proposed strategy is emergent artificial intelligence - it is a spontaneously arising, under the influence of external events or from internal causes or motives, a chain of coordinated state changes by agents who find a solution to a new problem or increase the value of an existing solution. The authors believe that the construction of emergent artificial intelligence is based on multi-agent technologies and ontologies of subject areas. The article formulates the main tasks of the Committee for the coming years and presents a technological project. The project includes the creation of mass production of intelligent resource management systems, personalized by creating digital twins of enterprise management processes, knowledge bases and multi-agent technologies. The essence of the proposed project, reflecting the important priorities of industrial partners, is to create a line of intelligent products and services for all stages of the life cycle of complex high-tech products and build a "factory" of such systems in the form of an open instrumental platform that will allow these enterprises to reduce dependence on the solution provider and on their own develop and modernize such systems. The principles of the Committee's work were proposed, its first potential projects and planned cooperation on these projects to achieve the first practical results were considered.

With the increasing role of technological agents in contemporary society, questions surrounding the future of socio-economic organization are intensely debated. A variety of predictions have been made, ranging from conservative views that emphasize the gradual integration of techno-actors into human social collectives to radical outlooks that assume the inevitability of a dramatic historic break. This study employs the method of simulation, exploring the on-going path towards automation with the help of classical Marxism. It seeks to understand whether robots and artificial intelligence (AI) might become new value producers and a revolutionary social class. As demonstrated, the continuity of capitalist relationships may facilitate the formation of new social groups and recast class-based political agendas.

The claims of artificial intelligence are criticized. Most of the claims are regarded as hype or simple examples of automation. The progress of machines in playing games and beating world champions is described, but the artificial intelligence is still thought not to represent human intelligence. It is concluded that the programs are intelligent but not the machines. A 1921 play by Capek coining the word and introducing the modern interpretation of robots is analysed. Examples of robots and of virtual assistants in service at the moment are provided. The future of driverless cars is discussed, and it is concluded that fully autonomous cars are still many decades, rather than years, away.

Our beautiful, new digital world has a come at a price, which we are paying by relinquishing our personal data–while we are shopping, driving our cars, and chatting and surfing on the Internet. However, the intelligent algorithms needed to process this data pose a threat to freedom in our society. They analyse and evaluate us, while predicting our behaviour. Big data and data mining are the business models of the future. What does all this mean for politics, the economy, journalism and political communication? Today, artificial intelligence (hereinafter – AI) becomes an integral part of almost all branches of science. The ability of AI to self-learning and self-development are properties that allow this new formation to compete with the human intelligence and perform actions that put it on a par with humans. In this regard, the author aims to determine whether it is possible to apply criminal liability to AI, since the latter is likely to be recognized as a subject of legal relations in the future. Based on a number of examinations and practical examples, the author makes the following conclusion: AI is fundamentally capable of being criminally liable; in addition, it is capable of correcting its own behavior under the influence of coercive measures.

Abstract Artificial intelligence is one of the most trending topics in the field of Computer Science which aims to make machines and computers ‘smart’. There are multiple diverse technical and specialized research associated with it. Due to the accelerating rate of technological changes, artificial intelligence has taken over a lot of human jobs and is giving excellent results that are more efficient and effective, than humans. However, a lot of time there has been a concern about the following: will artificial intelligence surpass human intelligence in the near future? Are computers’ ever accelerating abilities to outpace human jobs and skills a matter of concern? The different views and myths on the subject have made it even a more than just a topic of discussion. In this research paper, we will study the existing facts and literature to understand the true definitions of artificial intelligence (AI) and human intelligence (HI) by classifying each of its types separately and analyzing the extent of their full capabilities. Later, we will discuss the possibilities if AI eventually can replace human jobs in the market. Finally, we will synthesize and summarize results and findings of why artificial intelligence cannot surpass human intelligence completely in the future.
