Wayang Beber Pacitan as a myth can be seen as a text, which contains signifier and signified. The characters in the puppet is an intermediary for people to interpret the content in Java and basic human traits. Structural analysis Wayang Beber Pacitan bring the following conclusions: First, that the structure of the three are often found in the Java community. Second, that the ideal marriage expected in Pacitan beber wayang stories are cousins once between the two kingdoms (Kediri and Jenggala), although in the Java community does not explicitly recognize their ideal mate. Third, the story Wayang Beber Pacitan is a political story that serves to legitimize the power of the kingdom of Kediri and Janggala. Fourth, that behind the story is that there is a notion of Java: “sopo kang nandur bakal ngundhuh”.

Crystallization is a universal phenomenon in modern industry and has been developed into a core discipline. Investigation of the crystal formation has also increasingly become a vital subject in the field of materials science and technology. The crystal shape may be successfully varied by controlling its crystallization conditions, but there is far less understanding of how the crystal shape is modified. Thermodynamics of crystal growth behavior was developed to investigate the ideal shape of inorganic crystals on the basis of structural analysis of chemical bonds. The present work can help us to comprehend the crystal growth process and further guide the manipulation of crystal shape.

Simple structural analysis applied to passages cited from the works of André Breton elucidates the reasons for his condemnation of the statement La marquise sortit à cinq heures (see his Manifeste du surréalisme, 1924) as non-poetic. This study demonstrates the opposition existing between the above-mentioned realist sentence, essentially non-subjective (third-person subject), non-actual (past tense predicate), contextual (context can be supposed), and prosaic (lack of imagery), and on the other hand a theoretic surrealist sentence, essentially subjective (first-person subject), actual (present tense predicate), and non-contextual, producing a shock-image. In reality, Breton's surrealistic phrase does not always contain all of these qualities at once. However, in contrast to the condemned phrase which contains none at all, it does always manifest at least one of these characteristics, the most important having reference to the evocative power of the shock-image. A final comparison with a sentence quoted from Robbe-Grillet, the theoretician of the “nouveau roman”, proves that even though it may appear objective, the surrealist phrase is really not so. In conclusion, the four characteristics of the ideal surrealist sentence—subjectivity, actuality, non-contextuality, and ability to produce shock-images—create a poetics of discontinuity opposed to the classical art of narration as found traditionally in the novel. Abstract. The Pentecostal Movement is a Christian movement that puts the power and work of the Holy Spirit at the first place. This movement sought to bring back the biblical Christianity as experienced by the early church. As the early church experienced a rapid growth of new souls, so it is with today's Pentecostal churches. The problem that arises is often in the effort to win the soul there is a dichotomy between power ministry, as emphasized by the Pentecostal movement, with social action. Some churches emphasize only one aspect of the ministry. Through a structural analysis approach to Acts 2: 41-47 the researcher seeks to find the ideal formulation in an attempt to win souls as in the experience of the early church. Through this approach the result is that the power ministry and social action must be carried out by the church at the same time and in balance that ultimately make the effort to win souls effectively.

In order to confirm the calculation model of multi-ribbed slab structure and transmission of earthquake action, this paper improved existing multi-ribbed slab structure. The calculation model of improved multi-ribbed slab structure confirmed the stress relationship among three seismic fortification lines, and the transmission of earthquake action became clear, the same calculation model could be applied in structural analysis. For studying the features of characteristic parameters of restoring force changing in the first seismic fortification line, blocks, and correcting the parameters, the experimental study was carried out. The experiment shows that when a unidirectional horizontal load was applied, that blocks in grid frame could be regarded as a slanted strut that with specific section and elasticity, the ideal slanted struts nominal elastic modulus is roughly in 20~60 N/mm2.

This work speaks about the advancement of the design of a bomb rack unit’s component, to carry out the ideal execution for the ejection of the bomb from a supporting body where the suspension, separation, and ejection of the store are decidedly organized and controlled. Initially, the aircraft bomb rack unit (BRU) was examined hypothetically. The structure of the bomb rack unit is designed considering the military standards. Nitty-gritty investigation was performed for the critical case, capacity and reaction of the BRU among the stacking blends using the Finite Element Method for Static and dynamic conditions and corresponding results were illustrated.

The technique of labeling of macromolecules with ferritin conjugated antibody has been successfully used for extracellular antigen by means of staining the specimen with conjugate prior to fixation and embedding. However, the ideal method to determine the location of intracellular antigen would be to do the antigen-antibody reaction in thin sections. This technique contains inherent problems such as the destruction of antigenic determinants during fixation or embedding and the non-specific attachment of conjugate to the embedding media. Certain embedding media such as polyampholytes (2) or cross-linked bovine serum albumin (3) have been introduced to overcome some of these problems.

The reconstruction of a three-dimensional image of a specimen from a set of electron micrographs reduces, under certain assumptions about the imaging process in the microscope, to the mathematical problem of reconstructing a density distribution from a set of its plane projections. In the absence of noise we can formulate a purely geometrical criterion, which, for a general object, fixes the resolution attainable from a given finite number of views in terms of the size of the object. For simplicity we take the ideal case of projections collected by a series of m equally spaced tilts about a single axis.

Spirillum serpens possesses a surface layer protein which exhibits a regular hexagonal packing of the morphological subunits. A morphological model of the structure of the protein has been proposed at a resolution of about 25 Å, in which the morphological unit might be described as having the appearance of a flared-out, hollow cylinder with six ÅspokesÅ at the flared end. In order to understand the detailed association of the macromolecules, it is necessary to do a high resolution structural analysis. Large, single layered arrays of the surface layer protein have been obtained for this purpose by means of extensive heating in high CaCl2, a procedure derived from that of Buckmire and Murray. Low dose, low temperature electron microscopy has been applied to the large arrays. As a first step, the samples were negatively stained with neutralized phosphotungstic acid, and the specimens were imaged at 40,000 magnification by use of a high resolution cold stage on a JE0L 100B. Low dose images were recorded with exposures of 7-9 electrons/Å2. The micrographs obtained (Fig. 1) were examined by use of optical diffraction (Fig. 2) to tell what areas were especially well ordered.

Fifteen years ago, Hall described clearly the advantages of the thin section approach to biological x-ray microanalysis, and described clearly the ratio method for quantitive analysis in such preparations. In this now classic paper, he also made it clear that the ideal method of sample preparation would involve only freezing and sectioning at low temperature. Subsequently, Hall and his coworkers, as well as others, have applied themselves to the task of direct x-ray microanalysis of frozen sections. To achieve this goal, different methodological approachs have been developed as different groups sought solutions to a common group of technical problems. This report describes some of these problems and indicates the specific approaches and procedures developed by our group in order to overcome them. We acknowledge that the techniques evolved by our group are quite different from earlier approaches to cryomicrotomy and sample handling, hence the title of our paper. However, such departures from tradition have been based upon our attempt to apply basic physical principles to the processes involved. We feel we have demonstrated that such a break with tradition has valuable consequences.
