The task of the authors was to develop a certain control system to identify the role of country economic security in the Eurasian integration. To this end, the approaches to economic security in Europe, Russia and Asian countries are analyzed. The differences in the methods of controlling the national economic security and in the key approaches to its provision are primarily due to the historically established internal economic and geo-economic conditions. There is a fairly wide range of paradigms of controlling system implemented in national economic security, primarily the differences between the European approaches and the approach of Russia.  Given information based on mentioned control systems revealed that principles and mechanisms of organization of national economic security systems in Asian countries is practically absent in Russian science. It was also necessary to analyze the typology of control monitoring system in order to clarify the prospects of integration of national economic security systems. The authors substantiate the position that ensuring national economic security is an important imperative of integration and development in the Eurasian space, competitiveness and economic sovereignty of countries. The article systematically organizes the facts about the types of organization of national economic security, explains the need for the countries of Eurasia active control system of economic security as a response to the challenges of our time. The authors express a certain control syste, of Eurasian integration in the field of national security, involving both sovereignty and harmonization of national systems aimed at protecting economic interests.

The article of research is totality of organizationally-economic relations thatarise up in the process of forming of social politics and providing of financialsafety of man in the system of national economic security. the aim of the articleconsists in the analysis of basic problems, contradictions that arise up in the processof realization of complex of events in relation to forming of effective social politicsin the system of strengthening of financial safety of Ukraine. research methodologyconsists in the use of totality of methods : dialectical, analytical, comparative. Themarked methodological approach allowed to analyse theoretical and methodological,and practical aspects forming of social politics, that is represented in works ofhome and foreign scientists and to define their connection and influence on thesystem of financial safety of man in Ukraine. the scientific novelty of the got results consists in complex illumination of the generalized going near determinationof priorities of social politics in the system of strengthening of financial safety ofman in Ukraine. Done scientific conclusions in relation to character, features ofthe state of realization of social politics and ground of necessity and expediencyof further study of her influence on strengthening of financial safety of man inUkraine. conclusions. In the article there are the lighted up questions of necessityof scientific comprehension and practical decision of the problems related to theimprovement of social politics, determinations of their priorities in the system ofstrengthening of financial safety of man in Ukraine. Taking into account thatpresently there is determination of list of national economic interests importantscientific and practical tasks, providing of realization of that straight depends onthe state of safety of different constituents of the financial system of Ukraine, tothe improvement of social politics the center of that are a man and his necessities,it is necessary to spare the special attention.

The article is devoted to the study of the development of national legislation on ensuring the functioning of the economic security system of Ukraine in the period of independence. Attention is drawn to the necessity and expediency of acquaintance and analysis of key normative legal acts of different legal force, which are directly or indirectly related to the economic component of national security. It emphasizes the need to identify the major historical events that have served as a prerequisite for building a national economic security system and those that, at appropriate times, have influenced its improvement. Political and economic factors have been determined, which made it expedient to adopt (approve) the basic acts for ensuring the state’s economic security system. The role of the Constitution of Ukraine is defined as the fundamental document that laid the legal basis for the development of the state’s economic security system. In the context of scientific research, particular attention is paid to the laws of Ukraine “On the basics of national security” and “On national security of Ukraine”, as the basic normative legal acts to ensure the system of economic security of the state at different times. Key backgrounds for each of them have been identified and their role in building and improving Ukraine’s economic security system has been improved. A number of acts, which were of significant importance for the development and systematic improvement of Ukraine’s national economic security system in the conditions of independence providing protection of the domestic economy and promoting its necessary development. Situation and value of the African continent on the economic and social cardmap of the world dynamically changes and will continue to change throughout all the 21st century with strengthening of the Africa positions in the world. In Russia all the complex of threats and problems which arise owing to political and economic transformation of Africa is not adequately estimated. The scientific literature on economic security issues presents an expanded set of internal and external threats to the national economy that goes beyond the traditional areas of the shadow economy, corruption, economic crime and related segments, including the internal economic stability of the national economy and inter-country competition, the quality of state strategic management, studies of the specifics of ensuring economic security in the conditions of the sixth technological order, intercultural communication and their impact on the economic relations between countries, etc. Incomplete use of such approach to strategy for the countries of Africa creates additional threats and risks for Russia. An analysis of security problems in Africa revealed that studies of economic security in the context of African development trends in Russia are conducted in an unsatisfactory volume, not always taking into account the results of new developments in the field of ensuring economic security. Even the large shifts happening on the African continent, forecasts of this dynamics sometimes are poorly known to experts of a profile of economic security, and many experts of an economic profile including working in the African subject often do not accurately distinguish problems of “economic cooperation” and “the Russian – African relations”, on the one hand, and “economic security of Russia” – with another. In this regard the new scientific problem is proved: need for deeper analysis of trends of economic and social development in Africa as an important component of a system of ensuring national economic security of Russia in the current period and in the future into account the new developments in the sphere of economic security. The main directions of activating scientific research and concentration of practical efforts to increase national economic security, neutralize threats and reduce risk for Russia in the designated context are formulated.
