Asphalt mixing plant machine is a tool used to process several materials into road asphalt, where it is necessary to know how to analyze the vibration characteristics of the asphalt mixing plant machine based on the capacity of making asphalt road in horizontal, vertical and longitudinal areas based on the time domain. The research method is carried out by collecting data on the amount of deviation, speed and acceleration that arise due to the processing of several materials so as to produce road asphalt based on differences in the capacity of different asphalt processed. Based on the measurement results, it is found that the highest vibration occurs at the asphalt mixing plant machine seat for a capacity of 60 tons/hour where the magnitude of the deviation is 0.222 mm in the horizontal direction at 100 seconds, the largest velocity is 11.99 mm/s horizontally in the second 40 mm/s and the largest acceleration is 369.7 mm/s2 in the horizontal direction of the 20th second. According to the ISO IS 2372 standard, the vibration of the Apollo ANP-1500 asphalt mixing plant machine enters class IV with a generator capacity above 75 KW, to be more precise (150KVA = 120KW). Then it can be analyzed that the generator vibration falls into the category of "vibration within tolerance limits and is only operated for a limited time" where the highest speed is 11.99 mm/s.

The paper presents selected preliminary stage key issues proposed extended equivalence measurement results assessment for new portable devices - the comparability PM10 concentration results hourly series with reference station measurement results with statistical methods. In article presented new portable meters technical aspects. The emphasis was placed on the comparability the results using the stochastic and exploratory methods methodology concept. The concept is based on notice that results series simple comparability in the time domain is insufficient. The comparison of regularity should be done in three complementary fields of statistical modeling: time, frequency and space. The proposal is based on model’s results of five annual series measurement results new mobile devices and WIOS (Provincial Environmental Protection Inspectorate) reference station located in Nowy Sacz city. The obtained results indicate both the comparison methodology completeness and the high correspondence obtained new measurements results devices with reference.

Abstract This paper provides an example of the application of the acoustic emission (AE) method for the diagnosis of technical conditions of a three-phase on-load tap-changer (OLTC) GIII type. The measurements were performed for an amount of 10 items of OLTCs, installed in power transformers with a capacity of 250 MVA. The study was conducted in two different OLTC operating conditions during the tapping process: under load and free running conditions. The analysis of the measurement results was made in both time domain and time-frequency domain. The description of the AE signals generated by the OLTC in the time domain was performed using the analysis of waveforms and determined characteristic times. Within the time-frequency domain the measured signals were described by short-time Fourier transform spectrograms.

Active Power Measurements - An Overview and a Comparison of DSP Algorithms by Noncoherent Sampling This paper presents an overview of algorithms for one-phase active power estimation using digital signal processing in the time domain and in the frequency domain, and compares the properties of these algorithms for a sinusoidal test signal. The comparison involves not only algorithms that have already been published, but also a new algorithm. Additional information concerning some known algorithms is also included. We present the results of computer simulations in MATLAB and measurement results gained by means of computer plug-in boards, both multiplexed and using simultaneous signal sampling. The use of new cosine windows with a recently published iterative algorithm is also included, and the influence of additive noise in the test signal is evaluated.

It was recently found by using the time domain thermal reflectance method that polycrystalline highly preferred orientation WSe2 and [(W)x(WSe2)y]z superlattice films possess extremely low cross-plane thermal conductivity, which is desirable for thermal insulation and thermoelectric energy conversion applications. However, it is difficult to obtain the in-plane thermal conductivity by using the laser reflectance or the 3-ω method. Here we employ a suspended microdevice developed for measuring thermoelectric properties of individual nanowires and nanofilms to obtain the in-plane thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and Seebeck coefficient of [(W)x(WSe2)y]z superlattice films. The measurement results show that the in-plane thermal conductivities of these films are much higher than the cross-plane values, making the thermal conductivity of the films highly anisotropic.

Poverty is one continuing social issue which is hard to solve. Dealing with this problem, Islam has already had the alternative solution that is tithe (Zakat). Zakat is implemented to decrease economy imbalanced appeared in the society. While in fact, not all the Moslem pay Zakat. There are five factors as the reason why Moslem didn’t do that. First, some Muzakki wants to deliver his zakat directly.Seconde, not all Muzakki know how much Zakat must be paid. The other factors are Limited information about Mustahik home, limited time that Muzakki have to deliver his Zakat directly and the easiness to report Mustahik data. Dealing with those factors, it is required to have an information system which can make Muzakki meets Mustahik. In this research, information system application used Extreme Programming (XP) development method. XP method is required to program a system which will be made by accomodating the users’ needs and expectations.

Тhe advantage of combine processing of frequency domain and time domain data provided by the EQUATOR system is discussed. The heliborne complex has a towed transmitter, and, raised above it on the same cable a towed receiver. The excitation signal contains both pulsed and harmonic components. In fact, there are two independent transmitters operate in the system: one of them is a normal pulsed domain transmitter, with a half-sinusoidal pulse and a small "cut" on the falling edge, and the other one is a classical frequency domain transmitter at several specially selected frequencies. The received signal is first processed to a direct Fourier transform with high Q-factor detection at all significant frequencies. After that, in the spectral region, operations of converting the spectra of two sounding signals to a single spectrum of an ideal transmitter are performed. Than we do an inverse Fourier transform and return to the time domain. The detection of spectral components is done at a frequency band of several Hz, the receiver has the ability to perfectly suppress all sorts of extra-band noise. The detection bandwidth is several dozen times less the frequency interval between the harmonics, it turns out thatto achieve the same measurement quality of ground response without using out-of-band suppression you need several dozen times higher moment of airborne transmitting system. The data obtained from the model of a homogeneous half-space, a two-layered model, and a model of a horizontally layered medium is considered. A time-domain data makes it easier to detect a conductor in a relative insulator at greater depths. The data in the frequency domain gives more detailed information about subsurface. These conclusions are illustrated by the example of processing the survey data of the Republic of Rwanda in 2017. The simultaneous inversion of data in frequency domain and time domain can significantly improve the quality of interpretation.

Much has been written about sport as a tool for development and peace. But more research on Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) organizations, is needed to better understand their actual contributions to the UNs sustainable development goals. Yet, the unstable, risky, and restricted contexts in which many NGOs and SDP agencies operate often leaves researchers struggling to find effective yet feasible methods through which to examine agencies in these fields. Indeed, conducting field work on and with SDP agency often implies allocating significant quantities of researcher’s limited time, funding, and other vital resources. And as limited resources need to be invested wisely, SDP researchers will clearly need to prepare their fieldwork. Nevertheless, there are but a handful of methodological papers that address the question of how to prepare for SDP field work. In other words, the question of how we know if it is worthwhile, and safe enough, to proceed with SDP field work remains. Building on previous research, the purpose of this study is to raise important ontological and epistemological questions about what can be known about a given context, before setting off on fieldwork. We further explore the use of the Actantial Model as a research method for analyzing existing data before deciding whether to conduct fieldwork in complex and frequently insecure situations. In other words, will the cost (material, temporal, financial, and physical) of conducting fieldwork be worth it? By applying the Actantial Model, with the specific aim of informing decisions regarding subsequent fieldwork, to one specific case, contributions regarding the pertinence of conducting fieldwork are provided.
