ABSTRACT Prospective new students are groups of children who want to learn or want to know the science of religion and science, The decision support system of new students is part of computer-based information systems used to support decision making in an organization or company The problem of this study is that every new school year, pesantren receives acceptance and selection of new santri candidates, to know the process of selection of students at Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, this selection process often causes problems such as limited selection committee, duration of assessment, and sometimes subjective assessment causing mistakes analyzing prospective santri accepted or rejected. Therefore, research decision support system (SPK) is done. This research will point to a case that seeks the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the method of Booking Preference Technique with Similarity with Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The research is done by finding the weight value for each attribute, then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that is the best santri. The purpose of this study is to facilitate users of information systems decision-making, the method used in this system is by Method method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). to provide appropriate references with appropriate criteria, with delphi programming language and software, support used is Delphi Data collection methods using observation. The conclusion reached by the existence of this created system is expected to help and facilitate in giving reference.Keywords: The decision support system, TOPSIS, the new santri for the boarding school.ABSTRAKCalon santri baru adalah sekumpulan anak - anak yang ingin mempelajari atau ingin mengetahui ilmu agama maupun ilmu pengetahuan, Sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan santri baru adalah bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah setiap tahun ajaran baru, Pesantren mengadakan penerimaan dan penyeleksian calon santri baru, untuk menentukan proses penyeleksian santri di Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, proses penyeleksian ini sering timbul permasalahan seperti terbatasnya panitia seleksi, lamanya penilaian, serta penilaian yang terkadang subyektif yang menyebabkan kesalahan menganalisis calon santri yang diterima atau ditolak., Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK). Penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu santri terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi pengambilan keputusan, metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini yaitu dengan Metode metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). untuk memberi referensi yang tepat dengan kriteria yang sesuai, dengan bahasa pemrograman delphi dan perangkat lunak, pendukung yang digunakan adalah Delphi Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Kesimpulan yang dicapai dengan adanya sistem yang diciptakan ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam memberi referensi.

AbstractThe selection of elderly visa-kitas receiver to asses the cantidate who qualify at PT Mulia Prima Permai Jakarta is not an easy process. The difficulty of the procedure require in Embassy makes PT Mulia Prima Permai needs to choose the most effective way to do the selection of elderly visa applicants before sending it to the Embassy. One of the options is by using the decision making of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dictition Making (MADM) method. The Fuzzy Multi Attribute Diction Making Method is expected can help to solve the problem of elderly visa acceptance selection effectively. In this research, it is necessary to compile some criteria and alternatives. To support the selection process of acceptance for the elderly visa kitas a Decision Support System of selection was created by using Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM) method. The Decision Support System is useful to process the required data (input) of elderly visa kitas application and outcome the request status output in the form that 100% match the results of the calculation with PT. Banyaknya prosedur seleksi pada tingkat Dirjen Imigrasi, membuat PT.Mulia Prima Permai harus mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk menyeleksi persyartan pemohon visa sebelum dikirim ke Dirjen Imigrasi, ini menjamin permohonan visa-kitas dapat dipertangung-jawabkan dan disetujui. Salah satu solusi dalam memecahkan masalah seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut adalah dengan pengambilan keputusan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan solusi pengambilan keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, perlu disusun beberapa kriteria dan alternatif. Untuk membantu proses seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, maka dibuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berguna untuk mengolah data-data syarat (input) permohonan visa kitas lansia dan mengahsilkan output status permohonan berupa kesamaan hasil 98% cocok terhadap hasil perhitungan PT. Tourism is the mainstay of the economy of the region of Bali and is an important sector in supporting the level of community welfare. The world of tourism is essentially an important symbol for Bali. Of the many tourists who come to Bali, of course not all tourists know all information about Bali, such as in terms of tourist locations, and tourist attractions closest to other tourist attractions. Therefore, the authors aim to create a recommendation system that can provide planning for the selection of tourist attractions according to the closest distance and the user's budget. This system is designed using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method and the Greedy Algorithm. The TOPSIS method is a SPK (Decision Making System) that will be used for the selection of tourist attractions that will help tourists to arrange vacation planning before going on a tour. While the Greedy Algorithm is used to find the closest or shortest distance between a tourist site and other tourist attractions, this algorithm will be able to determine which path will be taken first or called the local optimal path, so that all the paths are taken at the end of the trip and create a travel route shortest or called the global optimum so that it can also be the expected solution. From this it can be determined the value of the shortest travel route that starts from the location of the user's residence to the tourist attractions and to other nearby tourist attractions. The data used is data obtained from DISPARDA, namely tourist data. Research related to the selection of tourism object decisions based on the type of tourism, prices and facilities, and the results are able to provide recommendations for tourist attractions that meet these criteria. SMK TI LABBAIKA provides scholarships every semester to students who meet the requirements. The selection process still uses the manual method based on the Headmaster's knowledge. The suitable decision support systems and methods are needed to minimize errors in decision making and get fair decision results. In this study, two decision support system methods were chosen, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The SAW and TOPSIS methods were chosen because they have simple calculations. A comparison of the two methods is carried out to determine the best method for selecting scholarships. The criteria used in this study are student status, number of family members, parent's occupation, parent's income, and semester grades. The 20 alternative data is used for testing. Based on the results of testing the accuracy for the SAW method is 45% while for TOPSIS is 60%.

Staf of sales are the main supporters of a company engaged in distribution. One way company leaders to motivate sales salespeople who have the high ability and morale to do their jobs in the form of annual bonuses to sales staff that are in accordance with the work performance produced. Bonuses can be a driver for companies to show better performance. CV Anugerah Jaya Sentosa Lampung still looks inaccurate because it was not used criteria that should be determinant of decision making. For this reason, researchers agree on a support system that is able to be able to solve the agreed problem. The design of this decision support system was made using the PHP and Java Netbeans programming languages, and the method used was the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS will help the calculation in decision making of alternatives based on distance to positive solutions and distance to negative solutions by taking relative proximity to ideal  solution. Using the TOPSIS method can provide companies in determining who are the recipients of annual prizes to sales staff. Keywords: Decision Support System, TOPSIS, Rewards

Using decision support systems makes it easy for decision-makers to add new data, change data and make decisions more efficiently. Decision support system is the composition of a computer-based information system that functions as a supporter of decision making in an organization or company. Decision making in determining the provision of financing is very important because with the right decision the provision of financing can run well. Decision making method is useful for determining the best alternative from a number of other alternatives based on certain criteria, including the simple additive weighting method, Weighted Product and Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution. A comparison of the methods of this decision support system is carried out to determine which method provides the highest accuracy value of the financing data for the El-Raushan BMT cooperative. Based on comparison of the SAW Method, Weighted Product and TOPSIS methods show that the Weighted Product method is more accurate than the simple additive weighting method Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution. Judging from the value of the accuracy of the three methods with the highest accuracy WP (Weighted Product) method with an accuracy value of 94%.

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah Republik Indonesia terhadap dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia ini, penyeleksian dan penetapan penerimanya sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pihak Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Tahap inilah yang sangat rentan terjadinya kecurangan. Pada objek penelitian  yang diteliti hingga saat ini proses penyeleksian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja kurang efektif dan efisien, serta rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan bahkan kecurangan. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metodologi dan aplikasi yang tepat dalam melakukan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut. Decision Support System digunakan sebagai solusi untuk melakukan perekomendasian penerima beasiswa, khususnya dengan menggunakan Metode Technique  for  Order  Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  dan  Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Penggunaan kombinasi dua metode tersebut dilakukan agar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik jika dibandingkan  dengan menggunakan satu metode. Hasilnya,  aplikasi  decision support system dengan penerapan kombinasi metode Topsis dan AHP berhasil di rancang dan di ujicoba, serta sukses dalam perekomendasian penerima beasiswa PPA dengan menghasilkan data alternatif mahasiswa yang terurut mulai dari nilai preferensi yang paling tinggi 0.764 hingga terendah 0.189. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektik, efisien dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. The ELECTRE method to obtain the best alternative by eliminating alternative that do not fit the criteria and can be applied to the decision SNMPTN invitation path.

Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. And to do the ranking or determine an exemplary set using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method, this method provides decision making that takes decisions based on ranking or the highest value.Keywords: Head of Medan Area Subdistrict, SPK, Centroid Rank Order, Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS).
