Bencana hidrometeorologi adalah bencana yang dipengaruhi oleh parameter meteorologi yang meliputi aspek cuaca seperti curah hujan, angin, suhu, dan kelembaban. Salah satu bencana hidrometeorologi yang terjadi di Indonesia yaitu banjir. Dalam 8 tahun terakhir, telah terjadi banjir di DAS Jali Cokroyasan yang menggenangi sebagian Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Jali Cokroyasan. Penggunaan teknologi penginderaan jauh dan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) diaplikasikan untuk memetakan tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Jali Cokroyasan. Parameter yang digunakan antara lain curah hujan, penggunaan lahan, kemiringan lereng, dan bentuklahan. Data curah hujan didapatkan dari Dinas Pertanian Peternakan Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Purworejo. Data penggunaan lahan didapatkan dari citra Landsat 8 OLI yang diolah berdasarkan klasifikasi multispektral tidak terselia. Data kemiringan lereng diekstraksi dari DEM ALOS PALSAR dengan resolusi 10 m.  Data bentuklahan dihasilkan dari interpretasi visual DEM ALOS PALSAR dan citra Landsat 8 OLI. Semua parameter diproses dengan analisis spasial berdasarkan metode skoring Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan metode overlay Spatial Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE). Pengujian model dilakukan dengan metode in depth interview. Hasil analisis berupa peta tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Jali Cokroyasan. Berdasarkan peta tersebut, hilir DAS yang mendekati outlet DAS menjadi area yang rawan terjadinya bencana banjir luapan karena hilir DAS memiliki topografi yang landai. Zonasi tingkat kerawanan pada peta diharapkan menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam menanggulangi resiko akibat banjir, meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat, dan meminimalisasi kerugian akibat bencana.

Mulai tahun 2015 hingga 2019 di Kabupaten Bandung Barat akan dibangun sebuah jalur kereta cepat Jakarta-Bandung. Padahal daerah tersebut cenderung bergunung dan berbukit sehingga berpeluang untuk longsor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan bahaya longsor skala 1:25.000 berbasis peta sub-faset lahan (satuan lahan) skala 1:25.000 sebagai satuan pemetaan di CK 88-CK 114 (KM 88-KM 114). Metode penelitian ini mencakup intepretasi visual citra penginderaan jauh untuk pemetaan faset lahan, dan penggunaan lahan dan perhitungan MCE (Multi Criteria Evaluation) untuk penilaian bahaya longsor. Skor dan bobot dari setiap parameter longsor diperoleh dari pendapat para pakar bencana melalui analisis AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Berdasarkan hasil analisis AHP dan MCE, parameter utama terjadinya longsor di lokasi penelitian adalah faktor geologi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa lokasi penelitian didominasi oleh kelas bahaya longsor sedang seluas 42% dari total luas lokasi penelitian, sedangkan kelas bahaya longsor rendah dan tinggi secara berturut-turut seluas 28% dan 30%. Jika dilakukan perbandingan antara jumlah titik longsor terhadap luasan kelas bahaya longsor diperoleh nilai kerapatan kelas bahaya longsor tinggi hingga rendah secara berturut-turut terdapat pada kelas bahaya tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Oleh karena itu, prediksi zona bahaya longsor yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dapat dikategorikan baik.

<p>Lineament mapping is an important step for lithological and hydrothermal alterations mapping. It is considered as an efficient research task which can be a part of structural investigation and mineral ore deposits identification. The availability of optical as well as radar remote sensing data, such as Landsat 8 OLI, Terra ASTER and ALOS PALSAR data, allows lineaments mapping at regional and national scale. The accuracy of the obtained results depends strongly on the spatial and spectral resolution of the data. The aim of this study was to compare Landsat 8 OLI, Terra ASTER, and radar ALOS PALSAR satellite data for automatic and manual lineaments extraction. The module Line of PCI Geomatica software was applied on PC1 OLI, PC3 ASTER and HH and HV polarization images to automatically extract geological lineaments. However, the manual extraction was achieved using the RGB color composite of the directional filtered images N - S (0°), NE - SW (45°) and E - W (90°) of the OLI panchromatic band 8. The obtained lineaments from automatic and manual extraction were compared against the faults and photo-geological lineaments digitized from the existing geological map of the study area. The extracted lineaments from PC1 OLI and ALOS PALSAR polarizations images showed the best correlation with faults and photo-geological lineaments. The results indicate that the lineaments extracted from HH and HV polarizations of ALOS PALSAR radar data used in this study, with 1499 and 1507 extracted lineaments, were more efficient for structural lineament mapping, as well as the PC1 OLI image with 1057 lineaments.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong> Remote Sensing . Taxus baccata is a native species to the Caspian forests and is considered as the identification of these forests by some resources. The aim of this study was to understand the ecological characteristics of T. baccata in order to find suitable areas for its plantation in the Pone Aram preserve of Golestan province. Therefore, Multi-Criteria Evaluation (MCE) methods based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used. In this process at first the needed and effective natural indexes were used as 10 parameters. Then the final map of suitable areas for T. baccata plantation were produced based on Bolian and MCE models. According to the results, in Bolian method about 6218 ha of the total area of the study site (30554 ha) were estimated as suitable and semi suitable and 24336 ha were estimated as unsuitable for MCE model showed that about 2482 ha of the whole 30554 ha area of the study site is adequate for T. baccata plantation and 6181 ha is not adequate for T. baccata plantation. Regarding the results of the MCE and Bolian methods it has been concluded that for dynamic ecological parameters in delineation of suitable areas for T. baccata plantation the MCE weighting is more appropriate than Bolian. Using the results of this investigation it is possible to adequate areas for the presence of T. baccata and to execute a plan in order to facilitate the plantation of T. baccata in northern forests of Iran (watershed 88).

Gerbangmas-Taskin is a poverty alleviation program in South Kalimantan province with the concept three (human empowerment, economic and the environment). This study aims to analyze the implementationof Gerbangmas-Taskin effectiveness, to evaluate the sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskinand prioritize participatory empowerment strategy for effectiveness and sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskin at PandakDaun Village, Banjar Regency. The methods used include descriptive analysis, RAPfish modification (RAPGerbangmas-Taskin) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The data consists of primary data obtained from the results of in-depth interview and a questionnaire given to Poor Households (RTM), while the secondary data obtained from the publication of the relevant agencies. The result showed that Gerbangmas-Taskin program did not impact earnings accretion for the beneficiaries of capital. Gerbangmas-Taskin sustainability index is 34.79 % (less sustainability), consist of :Infrastructure by 62.39% (sustainable enough) while economic, social and environmental showed less sustainable, respectively by 36.85%; 30.22% and 27.11%. The main priority in the strategy of the effectiveness and sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskin program are the coordination and synergy with the section / SKPD (19%) and increasing the capacity of human resources (16%).

O Sistema de Informação Geográfica (SIG) tem sido amplamente utilizado no Cadastro Territorial Multifinalitário (CTM) para gerenciar dados e informações acerca dos imóveis e das diversas temáticas relacionadas ao Planejamento Urbano e a Gestão Territorial. Entre as ferramentas presentes em um SIG, a Multi-Criteria Evaluation (MCE) é utilizada em várias áreas da ciência e os seus resultados são mapas de susceptibilidade ou adequabilidade, elaborados por meio da combinação de restrições, fatores e pesos que permitem subsidiar a tomada de decisão. No contexto de Goiânia, a MCE foi utilizada para definir áreas de adequabilidade à valorização imobiliária. Para isso foram utilizados dados geográficos das temáticas: Meio Ambiente, Topografia, Transporte e Mobilidade, Educação, Patrimônio Histórico e Cultura, Saúde e Assistência Social, Infraestrutura Urbana e Serviços Urbanos. Todos os dados passaram por técnicas de análise espacial para serem escalonados em fatores em termos de sua adequabilidade a valorização imobiliária por meio das lógicas booleana e Fuzzy. Além disso, os fatores foram submetidos a processos de ponderação por meio do método Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) correlacionado com a Planta Genérica de Valores (PGV). Para combinar os fatores da análise foram utilizados os métodos da Combinação Linear Ponderada (CLP) e a Média Ordenada Ponderada (MOP). Os resultados demostram que as Regiões Central e Campinas apresentaram maior valorização imobiliária, concluindo que a MCE amplia a capacidade de modelagem da influência geográfica nos valores dos imóveis.

The growth of venture capital in Indonesia from year to year is smaller compared to other industries, both financial institutions and non-bank financial industry. Due to these weak performances, there is an urgency for venture capitals in Indonesia to improve their performances. For this purpose, we need to identify factors influencing venture capital performance in Indonesia as well as to determine their weighting scheme. The research was conducted to fill the gap. In this research, we combined qualitative and quantitative method through an in-depth interview and analytical hierarchy process method. We found that reputation was considered as the most important factor that contributes 37.4% to the overall score. Network broadness ranked second with weigh 13.7%, followed by syndication, macroeconomic condition, exit plan strategy, staging strategy, diversification strategy and funding scheme, respectively.Keywords: Venture Capital, determinants, in-depth interview, analytical hierarchy process, Indonesia.

The decrease layur fish export in Pelabuhanratu. The roof of the problems are human resources or human capital, performance and supply chain problems. The purpose of this study is formulating the strategy of increasing fisherman performance strategy in ribbon fish supply chain through develop human capital. The increase of fisherman performance is got from the observe activity depth interview with the people who are related to and fishbone chart analized to identify problems which happened in fisherman that cause decreasing fish export and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is used for the strategy to get a strategy which is suitanable with the fisherman. From the analyze result that we have done with strategy wisdom we are got is increasing training strategy which is adapted with the requirements we hope that it can increase fisherman performance, we hope that the welfare of fisherman will increase.
