The roundness quality of small meatballs, called Bakso Unyil, produced by PT X has been considered non-uniform and in-competitive. Hence, roundness quality improvement has been becoming one of the priorities for increasing consumer acceptance. This research aims to identify the causes of the poor quality of Unyil Meatballs roundness and find a solution. The improvement methods were: identification of the causes of low quality of roundness (Plan), improvement trials based on alternative solution (Do), and implementation of corrective actions (Action). A total of 60 meatballs samples were taken from three batches (for each batch of 20 samples). Ishikawa Diagram, and histogram were conducted and analysed. Implementation of alternative solutions to improve roundness quality that have been carried out as follows: 1). adjusting the amount of dough in mixing step, 2). the installation of temperature measuring equipment in the preheater, 3). Usage standardization of ice, 4). improvement of phosphate and salt mixing techniques, 5). removal of baking powder, and 6). turn of blades in mixing cake. Result showed that those improvements were not only improve the roundness quality of Unyil meatballs but also improve the smoothness and reducing wrinkle conditions on the surface of Unyil meatballs

The competition of oil and gas industri in Indonesia is very tight. To get survive from the competition; the company has to develop their technology. Nowadays, technological advancement have salient roles in improving the company's business. PT Pertaminan Retail is a large oil and gas company in Indonesia. This study analyzed the design of e-commerce business development models from PT Pertamina Retail called MyPertamina. The method of the study is descriptive analysis and using business model canvas (BMC), the Delphi method, SWOT (Strenghts, weakness, opportunities, & threats), and the Blue Ocean Strategy. The datas in this study were secondary dan primary data. The secondary data obtained from the literature study and the primary data was by interviewing six informants. The research period starts from November to December 2018. The results of mapping the initial business model that used BMC, showed several aspects such as: customer segments, value propositions, channels, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and costs structure. Environmental analysis used the Delphi method and the result was key trend value was 25.48%, industri strength was 25.19%, market strengths was 24.78%, and macroeconomic strengths was 24.55%. MyPertamina's internal environment influenced by product aspects, infrastructure management, customer interface, and financial aspect. The results of the SWOT analysis of nine BMC unsurts showed that the highest strength was the key partnership and the lowest strength was customer relationship. Meanwhile, the biggest opportunity was value proposition and the lowest opportunity was cost structure. The highest threat was customer segment, and the lowest threat was key partners. The business development model in this research focused on customer segment, key partnership, and value proposition, unsurts developed using the blue ocean strategy method.

One of areas which producing sweet potato is Cilembu Village, located in Pamulihan Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency.  The sweet Potato is famous as ubi Cilembu. The objectives of this research were to identify internal and external factors affecting raw material availability and continuity of marketing system of sweet potato Cilembu and to recommend alternative of effective and efficient marketing strategy of sweet potato Cilembu. This research used purposive sampling and also primary and secondary data. Respondents consisted of 30 people from 107 population of sweet potatoes Cilembu in Cilembu village. Analysis was conducted using IFE and EFE matrix, internal-external (IE) matrix, SWOT and QSPM method. From several strategies by using QSPM method, it had chosen one strategy to boost Cilembu sweet potato marketing by KUCP. The strategy was to encourage efforts in creating processing business medium scale of Cilembu sweet potatoes in order to get competitive processed products.

The consequence of tourist village is the community's psychology and environmental carrying capacity. Good strategy will be able to realize the welfare of the village community. The purpose of this study is to make a tourism development strategy in the Namu Village. Methods of data collection using sampling techniques through interviews and questionnaires with a total samples of 70 respondents. Characteristics of tourism conditions and potential are analyzed by supply-demand. While demand analysis is used to recognize the pattern of visitor demand. Both of these analyzes are used as reference materials for development strategies by strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats SWOT analyzed. Furthermore, based on the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS), the beauty of Namu and the waterfall become the main attraction for tourist destination. On the other side the disadvantage is the unpreparedness of the Namu village community make them not enough in economically. External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), partisanship of the government enable for Namu to be developing in marine tourism. However the threats was come from outside investor which can reduce the role of the community to improve their economy. Based on the analysis of IFAS and EFAS, the Namu Village's tourism development strategy is to improve the quality of tourism objects, increasing the role of the government, looking for investors especially in the transportation sector, improve community capacity. For instance manufacture of fishery products, souvenirs, and culinary. Finally safeguard ecosystems through waste management

Livestock products are an important commodity in Indonesia. Broiler chickens are one of the main consumption commodities in the community. The high demand for broiler chickens needs to be accompanied by supervision of product quality. Product quality control is one of them is the management of poultry disease risk. The research objective is to determine the behavior of breeders and traders in mitigating the spread of poultry disease. This study was conducted by mapping the supply chain of live broiler chickens to find out the distribution channel, analyzing the behavior of breeders and traders to determine optimal disease mitigation, and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the causes of death. Research locations were conducted in four regions, namely Ciamis Regency, Tasikmalaya Regency, Subang Regency, and Sukabumi Regency. The results of the study show that the supply chain of broiler chickens is different for each region. The longer the distribution channel, the higher the risk of spreading the disease. breeders and traders generally know poultry diseases and the symptoms of chickens infected with the disease. Knowledge of breeders and traders about bird flu symptoms that are better proven to reduce the risk of death of broiler chickens during handling. More than 64% breeders chose to separate sick chickens form healthy chickens, 22% chose to treat sick chikens, 11%sold all si hicens, and 3% destroyed sick chikens. The majority of traders mitigate the disease only by cleaning vehicles and baskets without disinfectants. The mortality rate of chickens in traders significantly increased along with the increase in the number of purchases and the distance of transportation.

The production of Siam-catfish (Pangasianodon hypopthalmus) seeds in Subang, West Java can not meet the market demand yet. The production of Siam-catfish seeds need to be improved especially by the main supplier namely the North Branch of Marine and fisheries service of West Java province (CDKPWU) with a partnership pattern between core and plasma. The purposes of this study were to identify internal and external factors that influence the marketing of Siam-catfish seeds with a network system between CDKPWU and partners, to identify advantages and disadvantages in the network process that occurs between CDKPWU and the partners, and trying to develop the most effective business and marketing srategy of Siam-catfish seeds in order to reach maximum output and outcome. The methods used in this study were as follows: (1) Valuable, Rare, Imitate to Cost and Organized Analysis (VRIO), (2) Political-Legal, Economic, Social, Technology  Analysis (PEST), (3) Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE), (4) External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE), (5) Internal External (IE) Matrix, (6) Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) and (7) Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Analysis. The result of IFE and EFE matrix indicated that the company's position was stable in response to external situation. The total score of IFE matrix was 3.38, indicating that the strength of CDKPWU can overcome weaknesses very well. The total score of EFE matrix was 2.59, describing that CDKPWU was good enough in responding to opportunities and minimizing threats. The results of the SWOT analysis show nine alternative strategy formulations in which three alternative formulation priorities were (1) Expanding the production partnership network to increase production and increase community income, (2) Maintaining good seed quality and production process technology, (3) Utilizing partnerships to establish good relationship and communication with relevant agencies. Based on the QSPM matrix analysis, the priority strategies are obtained to be implemented, namely expanding the production partnership network to increase production and increase community income

PT Sayuran Siap Saji is one of the fresh cut vegetable supplier companies that are developing. In maintaining existence as a result of increasingly fierce business competition, PT X needs to continue to improve its performance. The objectives of the research were to built performance measurement at PT Sayuran Siap Saji using Balanced Scorecard (BSC). BSC is a management tool in measuring performance comprehensively. This research used descriptive techniques through case studies. Determination of resource persons is done by purposive sampling method, namely five experts from the management of PT Sayuran Siap Saji. The data was collected through in-depth interview techniques, structured interviews using questionnaires and literature study. There were four perspectives that became variables in this research, which were financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determined the perspective priority and strategic objectives of Balanced Scorecard. The result showed that in the customer perspective, four strategic objectives were identified and five strategic objectives for each of financial perspectives, internal business process perspectives and learning and growth perspectives were identified. In the customer perspective, enhancement of satisfaction and trust from customers shows the highest contribution, meanwhile in the financial perspective, fulfill the requirements to the supplier shows the highest contribution. In the growth and learning perspective, enhancement of the capabilities and the development of the human resources  shows the highest contribution, and in the internal business process perspective, product and production process in accordance with the standards shows the highest contribution to the companies performance. This means that the four strategic objectives of each perspective that have the highest contribution are the basis for determining targets and better strategic initiatives for companies in maintaining and improving their performance

This research was conducted to improve ability quality security, occupational health and safety against the performance of an employe at the Office (OPD) disaster relief District of West Sulawesi Province of Majene. The purpose of this research was aimed to: analyse the influence of job security against the performance of an employe at the Office (OPD) Counter measure Bencana Regency of West Sulawesi Province of Majene, analyzing the influence of Safety against the performance of employees on Office (OPD) Counter measure Bencana Regency of West Sulawesi Province of Majene and outlines the influence of Safety against the performance of an employee at the Office (OPD) disaster relief District of West Sulawesi Province of Majene, as well as analyze that most independent variables which are the dominant influence on the dependent variables. The data used are the primary and secondary data. The population of the research was the entire corporate staff in Office Penanggulangan (OPD) Disaster Countries Majene West Sulawesi Province. The research is as many as 30 employees with sampling techniques. Data collection was done through kusioner, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression using SPSS program 24.00. The results showed in simultaan (together) shows the difference job security of 30.0%, occupational health of 43% compared with 88.5% Safety or on top of 0.05 is proving the influential third on performance Clerk at the Office of District disaster management (OPD) Majene West Sulawesi province. This indicates there is influence together job security, occupational health and safety against the performance of the Employee so that the purpose of this research through analysis, description and a description of the three variables can influence can match with the results of the analysis particularly in the Office of the District disaster management (OPD) Majene West Sulawesi province

Milkfish is a fish belonging to the Chanidae tribe which is spread throughout most parts of Indonesia. The method used in determining respondents is purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, there are four strategies were obtained in increasing the competitiveness of processed milkfish include; (a) developing a sustainable milkfish agribusiness system and business, (b) building a business system that is competitive, synergistic, mutually beneficial and technology focused on efficiency, (c) institutional, partnership and integrated development of integrated processed fish SMEs, and (d) government involvement in policies in the form of regulations which favor the improvement of milkfish processed SME s in Serang City.The result QSPM analysis found that the alternative strategy which becomes the main priority to increased competitiveness of processed milkfish in Serang City is building a competitive business system, synergy, mutual benefit and technology focus for eficiency

SMEs (Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises) are one of business sector that has an important role for improving economy condition in Indonesia. One of the SMEs that has the potential to competition is food SMEs. To create food MSMEs that able to compete with the other food products, they must be able to maintain the quality of various aspects. The many problems faced by food SMEs require a strategy to develop and continue. This research aims to create competitiveness and strategy in food MSMEs. This research was conducted by identifying food MSMEs, analyse the influence of internal factors and external factors with the IE matrix, looking for the formulation of food SMEs strategies using SWOT and QSPM methods. The location of the research was conducted in the city of Bandung, West Java. The results of this research based on the IE matrix show that the Bandung City food UMKM requires a grow and build strategy. Based on the SWOT and QSPM methods, various alternative strategies were obtained. Strategy III is the most suitable strategy for Bandung's food UMKM with a value 6.433. Strategy III is "improving human resource capabilities, utilizing associations and government support to expand product markets". The level of diversity of food MSMEs in Bandung is high, that makes the characteristics of the commodities produced. The majority of business people rely heavily on the government in all aspects of business. Procurement of raw materials is carried out independently with a contract system and own business capital
