The effect of the ability in mastering dialogue, to know and explain the effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on English learning achievement, to know and explain the effect of ability on English learning achievement and to know and explain the effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on learning achievement English through motivation. The research method used is survey method. Population in this research is all students of class X of first semester of SMK Negeri 1 Rawamerta, Karawang. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, the sample is taken randomly according to the class that has been formed. So, the sample in this study as many as 18 people from the total population of 192 people. The research instrument consists of three types of tests, namely the questionnaire of the ability in mastering dialogue , English achievement test with the subject of the circle. Analysis of statistical data to test the hypothesis in this study using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). Statistic test is used t test. The results showed: (1) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue (2) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue on English learning achievement, (3) direct effect of the ability in mastering dialogue to English learning achievement and (4) indirect effect of lateral thinking ability toward English learning achievement through creative thinking ability. The objective of this research was to understand the effect of supervision and intrinsic motivation to the crativity of private catholic elementary schools teachers in east Jakarta. The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 187 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected by random sampling technique. The result of the research as follows: (1). Supervision of a positive direct effect on crativity, (2). Intrinsic motivation positive direct effect on creativity and (3). Supervision positive direct effect on intrinsic motivation .

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of communication and trust toward the effectiveness of teacher’s teamwork. Data collection done toward 80 from 100 teachers of teacher’s teamwork Dewi Sartika in the district Koja, North Jakarta. The methodologhy of this research used the survey method. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result of this analysis is concluded that (1) there is the postive direct effect of communication toward team effectiveness, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust toward team effectiveness, and (3) there is positive direct effect of communication toward trust.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kemampuan berpikir terhadap prestasi belajar mata kuliah evaluasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei korelasional, dengan populasi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika UNINDRA. Sampel diambil dengan teknik multistage random sampling sejumlah 60 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Dari pengolahan data diperoleh hasil: (1) terdapat pengaruh kemampuan berpikir lateral terhadap prestasi belajar evaluasi pendidikan; (2) terdapat pengaruh kemampuan berpikir positif terhadap prestasi belajar evaluasi pendidikan; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh kemampuan berpikir lateral dan kemampuan berpikir positif secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar evaluasi pendidikan.Kata Kunci: berpikir lateral, berpikir positif, prestasi belajar, evaluasi pendidikanTHE ROLE OF LATERAL AND POSITIVE THINKING ON LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL COURSESAbstract: This research aimed at analyzing the role of the thinking ability on learning achievement. The study applied a correlational survey research design. The population was the UNINDRA Mathematics education students. The sample, taken by a multistage random sampling technique, involved 60 students. The instruments were in the forms of questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The findings showed that (1) lateral thinking ability had a positive and significant impact on learning achievement; (2) positive thinking ability had a positive and significant impact on learning achievement; (3) lateral thinking and positive thinking abilities had positive and significant simultaneous impact on learning achievement.Keywords: lateral thinking, positive thinking, learning achievement

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of organizational culture and self-esteem toward teacher’s achievement junior high school in east of Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 200 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 133 teachers using proportional random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the organizational culture have positive direct effect to achievement; (2) the self-esteem have positive direct effect to achievement; (3) the organizational culture have positive direct effect to self-esteem. The achievement can be improved through improvement of organizational culture and self-esteem

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh langsung kondisi sosial ekonomi dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, serta pengaruh langsung kondisi sosial ekonomi terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan di Institut Sains dan Teknologi Al-Kamal Jakarta dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Informatika, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi Visual. Dari populasi tersebut, diambil sampel sebanyak 70 mahasiswa yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kausal. Data penelitian dijaring melalui instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert, kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung kondisi sosial ekonomi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung kondisi sosial ekonomi terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. The purpose of this research is to test the direct effect of socioeconomic conditions and learning motivation on learning achievement of college student, and the direct effect of socioeconomic conditions on learning motivation of college student. This research was conducted at the Al-Kamal, Institute of Science and Technology, in Jakarta, where all students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Information & Visual Communication Technology as the population. From this population, a sample of 70 students was taken using simple random sampling. This research uses a causal survey method. The research data were obtained through questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale, then processed and analyzed with path analysis. The results of this research indicate that: (1) There is no direct effect of socioeconomic conditions on learning achievement of college student; (2) There is a direct effect of learning motivation on learning achievement of college student; and (3) There is a direct effect of socioeconomic conditions on learning motivation of college student.

The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 201 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 134 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the gender relation have positive direct effect to job performance; (2) the decision making have positive direct effect to job performance; (3) the gender relation have positive direct effect to decision making. The performance can be improved through improvement of gender relation and the decision making.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of self efficacy and trust toward organizational commitment of employee of the education department at the Province of West Papua.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 80 employees. Research samples selected as much as 67 employees using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) self efficacy have positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (2) trust have positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (3) self efficacy have positive direct effect to trust. The organizational commitment can be improved through improvement of self efficacy and trust.
