In the article, the authors considered the parameters of the strategic management process using the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy sets, which allow us to express the internal state of the enterprise through an interval-linguistic assessment of multidirectional changes in economic indicators. The study conducted in the article is based on an effective approach based on the idea of additive con-volution of selected indicators into a single interval with a linguistic assessment of the result at a time to by V. V. Pankov's method (N & P), which allows us to abandon the subjective determination of the weight of indi-vidual coefficients, since in comparison with the forecast balance sheet developed according to the scenario of strategic sustainable development of an economic entity, we obtain primary reliable data.

Strategic management accounts (SMA) is designed to maintain the optimal position of the economic entity in the external environment. Such position is supported through implementation of a set of measures based on the elements and characteristics of SMA which makes it possible to use fully the whole potential of the production system. This system is based on the principles of production efficiency and allows the fluctuations in socio-economic indicators measuring the performance of an economic entity in a certain period of time and in a certain economic zone. A possible way to achieve this effect is to create the company’s reproductive circuit, which has an innovative basis. The former forms a set of external stimulation actions, and the latter is focused on the use of inducing action of information and technological nature, as well as an internal mechanism of the enterprise.Consolidation of the external and internal reproduction circuit determines the efficiency of each production unit of the economic entity, taking into account the speed of its adaptation to the new operating conditions by different parameters.Elements and characteristics of SMA are those functions that make SMA uniquely different from other forms of accounting (management accounting and financial accounting). This article represents the relevance of the analysis of innovations, as one of the elements of SMA.

AbstractThe revaluation of the assets represents the economic operation as a result of which the carrying amount of the assets is correlated with their current value, thus ensuring relevant data registration in annual financial statements and, through this, more accurate information of accounting data users. The evaluations made during the reorganization of enterprises (fusions, divisions) don’t form a revaluation, these evaluations aiming the determination of the exchange ratio of all the balance sheet elements. Exceptions are the cases where the date of the financial statement that underlies the reorganization is the same date of the annual financial statements. The revaluation of tangible assets is made at their fair value at the date of the balance sheet. The assets’ fair value is determined based on evaluations usually made by authorized evaluators, according to the law. The historical costs principle is based on the hypothesis of the stable monetary union, which means that is respecting the nominal values of the currency without taking into account of the purchasing power variations. The practice in the field showed that the application of the fair value in accounting is leading to obtain annual financial statements which provide better information regarding the present and future performances of the economic entity.
