The increase in market demand red spinach (Amaranthus Gangeticus) makes the prospects very promising less than optimal for the growth of red spinach (Amaranthus Gangeticus) because soil fertility is low so that the provision of organic material can improve soil fertility through the improvement of the physical, chemical, and biological soil so that it can support the growth of red spinach. This study aims to determine the dose of manure, the dosage of rice husk ash as well as the interaction of dosage that is optimal for the growth and yield of red spinach.this research was conducted experimental farm of the faculty of science and technology with a height of 28 meters above sea level Labuhanbatu district in March to October 2020. Research design using group factorial consisting of two factors. The first factor, namely the granting of cow manure (L) with three levels, namely : L0 = 0 ton/ha (control) L1 = 2 ton/ha, equivalent to 200 g/m2 (the recommended dose), L2 = 4 ton/ha, equivalent to 400 g/m2, L3 = 6 ton/ha, equivalent to 600 g/m2. The second factor, rice husk ash (A) consists of 4 levels, namely : A0 = 0 ton/ha (control), A1 = 1 ton/ha equivalent to 50 g/m2 (the recommended dose), A2 = 1.5 tons/ha, equivalent to 75 g/m2.The Parameters measured were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), Weight per Plant Sample (g). The results showed that the administration of cow manure 4 ton/ha, equivalent to 400 g/m2 can increase plant height, leaf number, and weight per Plant of amaranth red. The provision of 1.5 tons/ha, equivalent to 75 g/m2 can increase plant height, the number of leaves plant red spinach (Amaranthus Gangeticus).Keywords: Rice Husk Ash, Red Spinach, Cow Manure, Plant Growth

[GROWTH AND LETTUCE YIELD (Lactuca sativa L.) BY GIVING MANURE AND RICE HUSK ASH IN INCEPTISOL].  Increasing market demand for lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) makes the prospect of developing lettuce very promising. Bengkulu Province is dominated by inceptisol soil types which have low soil fertility, making it less optimal for lettuce growth. Giving organic matter can increase soil fertility through improving soil physical, chemical and biological properties so that it can support the growth of lettuce. This study aims to determine the dosage of manure, the dose of rice husk ash and the optimal dose interaction for lettuce growth and yield. This research was conducted from May 2018 to July 2018 in Medan Baru, Muara Bangkahulu Subdistrict, Bengkulu City. The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors and repeated 3 times. The first factor is the dosage of cow manure with three levels, namely: 0 tons/ha, 15 tons/ha, and 30 tons/ha. The second factor is the dose of rice husk ash which consists of three levels, namely 0 tons/ha, 3 tons/ha, and 6 tons/ha. Data from the observations were analyzed statistically by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) using the F test at the level of 5%. To determine the dosage of manure, the dose of rice husk ash and the optimal combination of doses for growth and yield of lettuce used the Polynomial Orthogonal method. The results showed that there was no interaction between cow manure and rice husk ash on the growth and yield of lettuce. The effect of cow manure has not shown the optimum dose for growth and yield of lettuce. The addition of manure doses up to 30 tons/ha was able to increase the value of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, and fresh weighted plant weight of 0.189, 0.038, 0.931 and 0.104 respectively. Giving rice husk ash up to a dose of 6 tons/ha did not have a significant effect on all observed variables.

To evaluate the effects of integrated nutrient management on growth and yield of BARI tomato-14 and soil fertility, a pot experiment was conducted in the net house of the department of Agricultural Chemistry of Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh during the period from October 2011 to April 2012. The experiment was laid out in a completely randomized design with 11 treatments and 3 replications. Treatments were control, RDCF100, 75% RDCF, 50% RDCF, 75% RDCF + PM2 t /ha, 75% RDCF + RS3 t /ha, 75% RDCF + PHRD, 50% RDCF + PM3 t /ha, 50% RDCF + RS5 t /ha, 50% RDCF + PHRD, PM3 t /ha + RS5 t /ha + PHRD. Among the treatments applied in combination of PM2 t /ha+ 75% of RDCF excelled in growth trends of morphological characters like plant height, number of branches plant- 1, number of leaves plant-1; available soil P and S. But sole application of RDCF100 recorded higher values for almost all morphological characters namely number of branches plant-1, number of leaves plant-1, fruit diameter, fruit weight plant-1 and yield of tomato following the same trend as seen in combined application of CF and PM. Among the plant hormone applied in combination, RDCF75% + PHRD showed the highest plant height. The more number of leaves plant-1, number of branches plant-1, yield and yield parameters as compared to other treatments were also significantly influenced by application of PH. Combined application of 50% of RDCF+RS5 t /ha increased exchangeable soil K. PM3 t /ha+ RS5 t /ha+ PHRD conserved more organic carbon and total soil N. Results showed that the integrated use of PM, RS along with CF increased the availability of nutrients throughout the growth period by maintaining the long term productivity for sustainable production of tomato. This study aims 1) To determine the effect of the interaction types of cow manure with liquid organic fertilizer on the grwoth and yield of purple eggplant. 2) two know the effect of cow manure on the growth and yield of purple eggplant, 3) to know in the influence of liquid organic fertilizier on the growth and yield of purple eggplant . this research was conducted by using Randomizedby Block Design in Faktorial ( RAK ) with two factors, the first factor is Cow manure (K), consisting of three levels ie cow manure 500 gram (K1), cow manure 750 gram (K2), com manure 1000 gram  (K3 ). The second factor is liquid organic fertilizer ( P ) consists of three levels : liquid organic fertilizer 3 mili ( P1 ) liquid organik fertilizer 6 mili (P2), liquid organik fertilizer 9 mili (P3). The observed variables in include plant  height, number of leaves, number of fruits, fruit length and fruit weight . Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) level of 5%. The results showed that: there was no interaction between cow manure and liquid organic fertilizer on growth and yield of purplish eggplant. Treatment of cow manure 500 gram ( K1 ) effect on plant height 56 hst and cow manure 1000 gram (K3 ) have an effect on total fruit length. In the treatment of liquid organik fertilizer 6 mili ( P2 ) effect on plant height 28 hst and the treatment of liquid fertilizerr 9 mili (P3 ) have an effect to harvest length 1. There is no interaction between cow manure an liquid fertilizer to the growth and yield of eggplant purple.

Provision of eggshell give real effect on plant yield of redpepper that is the number of productive branches, number of fruits per plant and fruit weight cropwith the best dosage is 30 gr / plant.

The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of concentration liquid organic fertilizer and doses cow manure on the growth and yield of grand rapids variety of lettuce, carried out in the practice of Tanjungsari Sumedang SMK PPN, located at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level. The experiment starts from June 2018 to August 2018. The experimental design used was a Randomized Design facto pattern group consisting of two factors and repeated three times. The first factor is liquid organic fertilizer nasa (p) with 5 levels: p1 = 0 ml / liter of water, p2 = 1 ml / liter of water, p3 = 2 ml / liter of water, p4 = 3 ml / liter of water, p4 = 4 ml / liter of water. The second factor is cow manure (k) consisting of 4 levels, namely: k1 = 0 ton / ha, k2 = 5 ton / ha, k3 = 10 ton / ha, k4 = 15 ton / ha. The results of the experiment show: There was no interaction between liquid organic fertilizer    and cowshed fertilizer on observations of plant height, number of leaves, weight per plant, weight per sample, weight per plot and root volume in lettuce. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer at concentrations of p3 (3,0 ml/liter of water) showed the best results on plant height, number of leaves, and yield of weight per plot and significantly different from observations of weight per plant and root volume. Cow manure showed no significant effect on all plant height, number of leaves, weight per plant, weight per sample, weight per plot and root volume in lettuce.

An experiment was conducted during December, 2017 to May, 2018 at the Agronomy field of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka to evaluate the performance of white maize variety under different spacing and integrated fertilizer management. The experiment comprised two different factors; (1) two plant spacing viz. S1 (60 cm × 20 cm) and S2 (40 cm × 20 cm) and (2) four levels of integrated fertilizer application viz. T1: All chemical fertilizer (recommended dose), T2: maize straw compost +½ of recommended dose,T3: cowdung+½ of recommended dose and T4: vermicompost +½ of recommended dose. The experiment was set up in split plot design with three replications. Results revealed that both the individual and the interaction treatments had effect on different growth and yield parameters of white maize. In respect of the spacing effect, the wider spacing S1 showed higher plant height, number of leaves plant-1, cob length, cob circumference, number of grains cob-1, shelling percentage, 100 grains weight and harvest index where S2 showed higher grain yield. The integrated fertilizer had significant effect on different growth and yield parameters of white maize. In respect of the integrated fertilizer effect, the highest values in plant height, number of leaves plant-1, leaf area index and crop growth rate, cob length, cob circumference, number of grains cob-1, shelling percentage, 100 grains weight, grain yield, stover yield and biological yield were highest with T3 whereas, the lowest corresponding values were recorded from T2. Among the interaction treatments, higher seed yield was obtained with the interaction treatment S2T3 (10.01 t ha-1) while S1T2 showed significantly the lowest seed yield (5.27 t ha-1). The highest seed yield was mostly attributed to the number of grains per cob (328-433) and 100 seed weights (29.67-33.33 g).

The research was conducted in the village of Sidera, Subdistrict of Sigi Biromaru, District of Sigi, in May to June 2016. The research aims to find out the effect of various rates of cow manure on growth and yield of mustard.this research was arranged  in a randomized block design (RBD) which consist of 5 rates ofcow manure are: 10 t ha-1, 15 t ha-1, 20 t ha-1, 25 tha-1 and 30 t ha-1 , each treatment was repeated three times to obtain 15 units experiment. The results of this research showed that the application of cow manure significantly affected on growth and yield of mustard plants (plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of plant) and best rate of manure to mustard (Brassica juncea L.) can be achieved at the dose of 25 t ha-1.

       This study aims to examine the impact of cow manure dosage on the growth and yields of peanut plan and also on the physical and chemical characteristic of soil, as well as the optimum dosage of Bokasih fertilizer. This study uses block random design including 5 treatments and 4 repetitions. The treatment in this study is PK1 0 ton ha-1, PK2 10 ton ha-1, PK3 20 ton ha-1, PK4 30 ton ha-1, and PK5 40 ton ha-1. Meanwhile, the results of laboratory data analysis for the physical and chemical characteristic of soil are presented in tables and diagrams and are further described. The study indicates that the distribution of cow manure provides real impact on plant height, a number of leaves, leaf size at the age of 45 days after planting, that is to say, 45.29, 47.78, 48.11, 50.06, 50.81, and the age of 60 days after planting, that is to say, 65.30, 66.38, 67.60, 68.93, 70.46. There was also unreal impact on plant height, number of leaves, leaf size at the age of 15 and 30 days after planting, number of pod tan-1, number of containing pod tan-1, the weight of pod tan-1, and weight of fresh berangkasan tan-1. The distribution of cow manure has the impact of physical and chemical characteristic improvement on peanut plants. The optimum dose of cow manure that can enhance growth and yield of peanut plants has not been revealed in this research, whereas the optimum dose of the physical and chemical characteristics of soil is 40 ton ha-1.

Lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum (Raf.) Shinn) is a favorable flower plant for decoration year-around, especially during New Year holiday. This experiment was conducted in order to evaluate influences of five substrates and three concentrations of foliar fertilizer on growth and development of Lisiathus in Ho Chi Minh City. The obtained results indicated that the plants which were grown best on the substrate mixture of 30% cow dung : 40% coco peat : 20% rice husk ash : 10% soil had better plant height (46.06 cm), number of leaves (63.30 leaf/plant), number of flower buds (14.20 buds/plant) and number of flower (6.17 flowers/plant) than the other treatments. Lisianthus grown on the substrate mixture of 30% cow-dung : 40% coco peat : 20% rice husk ash : 10% soil mixed foliar fertilizer Dau Trau MK 30-10-5 at a concentration of 2.0 g/L was highest in the plant height (46.80 cm) and number of leaves (66.00 leaves/plant). However, the number of flower buds and number of flowers were 15.47 buds/plant and 7.53 flowers/plant, respectively when Lisianthus was grown on substrate 30% cow-dung : 40% coco peat : 20% rice husk ash : 10% soil mixed foliar fertilizer at a concentration of 1.0 g/L.
