Assessment of a discipline is a performance evaluation stage that is important for the continuity of company activities. Monitoring and assessment of an employee's discipline must be carried out continuously in order to improve the quality of human resources. This research was conducted to make the accuracy of providing incentives based on the level of employee discipline. The data processed in this study is a recapitulation of the attendance of AMIK and STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar employees as many as 25 employees as a sample. For grouping the employee data using the K-Medoids Algorithm. K-Medoids groups a set of n objects into a number of k clusters using the partition clustering method. Furthermore, the employee data is processed using Rapid Miner software. Research using this method obtained results in the form of grouping employees into 3 groups that have good discipline levels of 12 employees, sufficient discipline levels of 8 employees, and less disciplinary levels of 5 employees. Based on the grouping results that have been produced, it can be a consideration for the leadership to determine the amount of incentives for employees.

Dentro de los esquemas de comunicación de redes inalámbricas de área corporal (WBAN), se encuentran los protocolos de capa cruzada, constituidos en una novedosa opción para alcanzar un balance efectivo entre consumo eficiente de energía y métricas de desempeño. En el presente trabajo, evaluamos el desempeño de una estrategia de capa cruzada al compararla contra los protocolos del estándar IEEE802.15.4 en una WBAN. Se evaluó el desempeño de ambas estrategias empleando una simulación de redes WBAN. Luego se ejecutó una comparación estadística y se encontró que la estrategia de capa cruzada ofrece un mejor desempeño con respecto a la compensación entre consumo eficiente de energía y algunas métricas de desempeño en nuestra WBAN. Observamos que en general, la estrategia de capa cruzada supera a ambos modos del estándar IEEE802.15.4 (ranurado y no-ranurado) con respecto a consumo eficiente de energía, retraso extremo a extremo, tasa de pérdida de paquetes y goodput.

Nowadays, performance evaluation has become an inevitable factor in the field of all sectors. It has become a formal procedure in measuring the progress of employee’s work scales. It is an important procedure in measuring the growth of work progress and it promotes the promotion of the employees. Performance evaluation helps in grading the employees annually and aids in salary raises. Further, it also enhances the quality of work progress, provides useful feedback regarding the work performed. This paper tries to investigate the importance of performance evaluation and its importance in the organisatinal sector. Further, this paper tries to underline the need for a performance evaluation system in the field of work in this present globalized technological world.

Abstract. The number of digital documents grows very rapidly causing time waste in searching and reading the information. To overcome these problems, many document summary methods are developed to find important or key sentences from the source document. This study proposes a new strategy in summarizing English document by using local sentence distribution method to find and dig up hidden important sentence from the source document in an effort to improve quality of the summaries. Experiments are conducted on dataset DUC 2004 task 2. Measurement ROUGE-1 and ROUGE-2 are employed as a performance evaluation of the proposed method with sentence information density and sentence cluster keyword (SIDeKiCK). The experiment shows that the proposed method has better performance with an average achievement ROUGE-1 0.398, an increase of 1.5% compared to SIDeKiCK method and ROUGE-2 0.12, an increase 13% compared to SIDeKiCK method.Keywords: Summarize Document, Important Sentences, Distribution of Local Sentence, ROUGE. Abstrak. Jumlah dokumen digital yang berkembang sangat pesat menyebabkan banyaknya waktu terbuang dalam mencari dan membaca informasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut banyak dikembangkan metode peringkasan dokumen yang diharapkan mampu menemukan kalimat-kalimat penting dari dokumen sumber. Penelitian ini mengajukan strategi baru peringkasan dokumen berbahasa inggris menggunakan metode sebaran local sentence untuk mencari dan menggali kalimat penting yang tersembunyi dalam dokumen sumber sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil ringkasan. Uji coba dilakukan terhadap dataset task 2 DUC 2004. Pengukuran ROUGE-1 dan ROUGE-2 digunakan sebagai evaluasi performa metode yang diusulkan dengan metode lain yaitu metode sentence information density dan kata kunci cluster kalimat (SIDeKiCK). Hasil ujicoba didapatkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan memiliki performa lebih baik dengan capaian rata-rata ROUGE-1 0,398, meningkat 1,5% dibanding metode SIDeKiCK dan ROUGE-2 0,12 meningkat 13% dibanding metode SIDeKiCK.Kata Kunci: Peringkasan Dokumen, Kalimat Penting, Sebaran Local Sentence, ROUGE.

Discipline is a very important aspect to support the quality of these human resources. If there are insufficient or undisciplined resources, it will affect the quality of human resources. In its implementation the process of evaluating employee discipline is still done manually so it takes a long time. For this reason, a decision support system is needed to identify the level of discipline of staff and employees at STIKes and STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. The method used to develop this DSS is Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) with 6 attributes, namely performance, warning letters, absenteeism, discipline, complience to regulations, and compliance to superior’s order. The final result are divided into 3 categories, namely Very Good, Enough, Do Coaching. From the application of this method, it was found that 120 people got Very Good evaluation results, 11 people got Enough results, and 2 people got the results of Do Coaching. Decision support system with SMART method can identify the level of discipline of staff and, to later be given guidance to staff who get evaluation results. Do Coaching to become more disciplined and improve the quality of human resources in STIKes and STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru

This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.
