Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. This will lead to establish an accountable enterprise both for the micro enterprise and customers which at the end will strengthen the development of the micro enterprise in Yogyakarta.Keyword: micro entreprise, human resources, government roles, capital, partnership and autonomous.

This research is motivated by the number of companies in Batam that closed and left Batam which caused many unemployment, so the role of MSMEs in Batam is now very much needed. The focus of this study is to determine the application of accounting information systems and the quality of MSME financial reports on business development in Batam City. This research was conducted at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Batam City, Riau Islands Province. The subjects of this study are business people or MSME businesses that utilize revolving funds from the City Government (Pemko) of Batam, which are recorded at the Batam City Cooperative and MSME Office. The population in this study are business or MSME businesses that utilize revolving funds from the City Government (Pemko) of Batam as many as 2,105 businesses and by using the Slovin formula so that the sample becomes 96 MSMEs. All samples come from SMEs who run businesses in Batam City. Research shows that the application of accounting information systems has a significant effect on business development in Batam City, the quality of MSME financial reports has a significant effect on business development in Batam City, the application of accounting information systems and the quality of MSME financial reports simultaneously has a significant effect on business development in Batam City

There are 740 cooperatives registered in Bandar Lampung, but more than 50% are suspended. Of these, only a few are actively reporting their financial performance in the form of complete financial statements. Therefore the author assumes that it is important to analyze the comparison financial performance of conventional cooperative and of Islamic cooperatives in the city of Bandar Lampung. The overall financial performance of cooperatives is assessed based on the regulation of the State Minister for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of  Republic of Indonesia Number: 14 / PER / M.KUKM / XII / 2009.  The assessment of cooperative health includes capital, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, and cooperative identity. To assess the financial performance of sharia cooperatives is based on the regulations of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No. 35.3 / Per / M.KUKM / X / 2007. In addition to cooperative health assessments covering capital, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, and identity of cooperatives, there is an assessment of compliance with Islamic principles. The objects in this study are cooperatives that actively reported their finances to the cooperative service in 2015 and 2016. There are 24 conventional and sharia cooperative financial reports analyzed. Based on the analysis, the financial performance of conventional cooperatives gets a final score of 67.15 while the sharia cooperative gets the final score amounting to 74.13. The value indicates that conventional cooperatives and Islamic cooperatives are equally healthy.  Nevertheless, it can be said that the financial performance of Islamic cooperatives is better than that of conventional cooperatives.

This community service tries to identify, analyze and solve financial report problems for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tenjoayu Village, Serang Banten. As a village that is in its infancy, Sindangsari Village requires the intervention of academics to improve the quality of human resources in accordance with the existing potential. The basic problem for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tenjoayu Village is the low knowledge of financial reports and taxation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tenjoayu Village. This community service is carried out using persuasive methods for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tenjoayu Village, lectures, and field practice. This activity aims to improve the quality of human resources in Micro.

This study aims to identify and evaluate the factors including internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external scope (opportunities and threats) in determining the strategy of the Balai Diklat in support the growth of agro-based micro, small and medium enterprises in Makassar City, as well as to determine the Balai Diklat strategy with a deep SWOT analysis support the growth of small and medium agro-based enterprises in the City Area Makassar. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interview, with the analysis used is the SWOT analysis. Research result indicates that the factors comprising the internal environment with pay attention to the strengths and weaknesses and the external environment, namely opportunities and threats. Wherefrom the analysis of the internal and external environment hence the results of this study the Makassar Industrial Education and Training Center still has strength and great opportunities in overcoming weaknesses and threats. From the analysis of the results of strategy determination using SWOT analysis, including strategic planning, strategy determination, and decision-making stages regarding the strategy, the strategy carried out by BDI Makassar in encouraging the growth of agro-based micro, small and medium enterprises Develop competency-based training modules and curriculum, Implement monitoring and evaluating programs/activities, recruiting processing machine instructors, general graphic and functional design instructor, Organizing 3 in 1 training, competency-based industrial system training and business incubator, and Improve the quality of human resources by attending training, industrial apprenticeships and writing KTI.

Developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a strategic step to increase and strengthen the basis of economic life for most Indonesian people, primarily through providing employment and diminishing poverty rate. Coffee is one of the world's commodities that brought Indonesia to fame. In the coffee industry, a cup of coffee has been named a cup of Java. this research will be dedicated to developing coffee shops in Ampenan Old Town by comparing the strategy for developing coffee shops in Malang Regency, particularly in the DAU area as one of the coffee shops centers in the city. The analysis technique applied in this research is the descriptive qualitative analysis, which systematically, factually, and accurately describes or illustrates a phenomenon related to the studied phenomenon.The strategy of Malang Regency Government by synergizing all policies from entire official institutions and governmental elements is quite neat and sound, including with East Java Province, effected properly on the policies integration from cross-service. In Malang Regency, researchers found creativity and efforts made by MSMEs in dealing with the Pandemic, from regulating operational hours, opening and closing outlets, making packaging products, in collaborating with OJOL (Public Porter), During the Pandemic, there is no right or perfect strategy to overcome it.

<p><em>Nazhir's problem is one of the problems in waqf practice that is often encountered in the management of waqf today. These obstacles are due to the low quality of human resources, lack of understanding of Nazhir, and lack of guidance given to Nazhir. This paper will discuss about the security of waqf in the city of Semarang, selling nazhir and implementing strategies by the Indonesian Waqf Board in order to create Nazhir professionalism. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems between waqf assets, Nazhir and the Indonesian Waqf Board and to formulate what solutions can solve them. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data observation, observation, and document review. The results showed that there were still many waqf assets found without complete administration so that representatives of BWI Central Java were focused on strategies to control existing waqf assets and the training received by Nazhirs in Semarang City was not sufficient to produce professional Nazirs. The mindset, understanding and work ethic of the Naz</em><em>h</em><em>irs are still traditional to create a productive climate of waqf which is beneficial for the economy of society.</em></p>

This paper elaborates some appropriate policies regarding regional poverty reduction in Central Java province. This research estimates a poverty model based on a set of panel data comprising 29 regencies and six cities from 2011 to 2016. A fixed-effect model presents that poverty rate has a negative association with regional economic growth, minimum wage level, number of unemployment, and the quality of human resources. The higher number of population significantly decreases poverty rate in each region. Also, this study indicates that there is more poverty rate in the eastern region than that in the west region.  Moreover, the percentage of the poverty rate in regencies remains higher than the level in the cities. Overall, these results indicate that the local governments have successfully managed the poverty issues in among regencies and cities. This research finds that local governments are on the right way in their public policies in the development process. For more effective in poverty reduction, the local governments in the eastern region have to improve their human resources quality.

The current research was carried out to investigate the correlation of educational background, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, socialization and quality of human resources with (SAK-EMKM) Implementation by reducing variables to several factors using the factor analysis method. Data  collection in this study with a questionnaire given to the  owner of the by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMB) in Mataram city and 40 UMKM samples were obtained using purposive sampling technique, factor analysis aim to reduce the dimensionality of a set of data and  clearly designed with the objective to identify certain unobservable factors from the observed variables. The results of this study were formed into two factors: 1st factor is these factors are termed the perception of the owner of the by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMB) formed from the perception and variables using SAK EMKM perception then against SAK-EMKM implementation has a positive effect. 2nd factor is these factor was human resources factors formed from the educational background variable and the quality of human resources variable and against SAK-EMKM implementation has positive correlation.

Marketing is the main problem felt by salt farmers in East Lombok Regency, especially during the harvest season, which has an impact on the conversion of the salt pond land to cultivation land. This research aims to: 1) identify salt marketing channels in East Lombok Regency, 2) develop salt marketing strategy in East Lombok Regency. This research uses qualitative methods and the data will be analyzed by SWOT analysis.Efficient salt marketing occurs when the marketing channels include producers (salt farmers)-cooperatives /micro, small and medium enterprises-consumers, because it can shorten marketing channels and-reduce operational costs. Marketing of salt in East Lombok Regency can be carried out with several strategies, namely: 1) Maximizing the role of cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises in salt marketing, 2) Improving the quality of human resources in managing the salt business, 3) Formulating regulations on salt trading, and 4) Providing production technology training to salt farmers and salt micro, small and medium enterprises.

The reform of public management will have an impact on the demands of qualifications and competency of human resources in government institutions. Grand Design bureaucracy reform is increasing the capacity and accountability of bureaucratic performance.  Human resources development of government apparatus in the present must be placed and directed at a position that corresponds to the field of duty. This research aims to see the strategy used by the Department of Small and Industrial enterprises of Bantul District to improve the quality of government apparatus to achieve good governance to be achieved a better organizational system. Methods used are qualitative descriptive, the technique of collecting data sources obtained by documentation.
