Abstract Filmmakers and other associated people in the fraternity are very much concerned about the performance of their movies on box office. They pay a lot of hard work and invest a big fat amount on their babies to present them in theatre. In return they want reviews from the users, houseful theaters, healthy nominations and award wins and good evaluation from critiques. We decided to predict the performance of the movies which can help producers and filmmakers in making their movies and invest on right place.

Abstract Objective The oblique orientation of the cervical neural foramina challenges the implementation of a short MRI protocol with concurrent excellent visualization of the spine. While sagittal oblique T2-weighted sequences permit good evaluation of the cervical neuroforamina, all segments may not be equally well depicted on a single sequence and conspicuity of foraminal stenosis may be limited. 3D T2-weighted sequences can be reformatted in arbitrary planes, including the sagittal oblique. We set out to compare 3D T2w SPACE sequences with sagittal oblique reformations and sagittal oblique 2D T2w TSE sequences for the evaluation of cervical foraminal visibility and stenosis. Materials and methods Sixty consecutive patients who underwent MRI of the cervical spine with sagittal oblique 2D T2w TSE and 3D T2w SPACE sequences were included. Image homogeneity of the sequences was evaluated. Imaging sets were assessed for structure visibility and foraminal stenosis by two independent readers. Results of the sequences were compared by Wilcoxon matched-pairs tests. Interreader agreement was evaluated by weighted κ. Results Visibility of most structures was rated good to excellent on both sequences (mean visibility scores ≥ 4.5 of 5), though neuroforaminal contents were better seen on sagittal oblique T2w TSE (mean scores 4.1–4.6 vs. 3.1–4.1 on 3D T2w SPACE, p < 0.01). Stenosis grades were comparable between sequences (mean 1.1–2.6 of 4), with slightly higher values for 3D T2w SPACE at some levels (difference ≤ 0.3 points). Conclusion 3D T2w SPACE is comparable with sagittal oblique 2D T2w TSE in the evaluation of cervical neural foramina.

The quality of the evaluation instrument describes the quality of learning in schools. Teachers must be able to plan good evaluation instruments. The quality of the evaluation instrument can be assessed from three aspects, including the stimulus, the cognitive dimension, and the characteristics of higher thinking skills (HOTS). This study aims to analyze the teacher's science subject evaluation instrument based on the form of stimulus, cognitive dimensions, and HOTS characteristics. This research is descriptive quantitative, where the data is presented as a percentage and then described. Qualitative tests on the content of the stimulus are used to group the items into a certain stimulus form. The cognitive process dimension identification sheet was developed based on Bloom's revised taxonomy. The classification of HOTS questions uses the HOTS characteristic identification criteria. The results showed that most of the questions made by the teacher did not have a stimulus, the distribution of the cognitive process dimensions of the questions was uneven, and the questions made were not HOTS. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the teacher's evaluation instrument was poor

The increase in the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has led to changes in education policy. In response to that, the government making a policy on the emergency curriculum as a form of the basic concept that can be implemented under certain conditions. The basic conceptualization of education with the 2013 curriculum could not work well, so the government decided for education affected by Covid-19 to apply an emergency curriculum. The government emphasizes that education in Indonesia must continue to prioritize the main objectives contained in the curriculum. Thus, this study looks at the concept of education with M-Learning from the perspective of counseling services. An important program of guidance and counseling in schools becomes the main role to get a good evaluation. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the M-Learning learning system by providing services to students by comparing C-Learning learning. This study using an evaluation method based on qualitative research. The evaluation results show that the M-Learning learning system is inefficient in the concept of education based on curriculum guidelines in Indonesia.

When all changes have been approved and implemented, steps must be taken to create mechanisms that will institutionalize the changes, to ensure that they become part of the normal culture and operating systems of the organization. This will involve changes to policies and procedures and perhaps staff training. Job descriptions and performance appraisal systems may need to be modified to support the new systems. These processes should not be seen as static, but should be monitored and assessed for adjustments and continuous improvement. A good evaluation of a change process can be useful to show improvements to stakeholders, such as boards, policymakers, community members, funding organizations, and others. Having staff see vivid examples of the success of something that was probably very demanding of their time and maybe their psyches should give them some satisfaction as well as more optimism about their future in the organization.

Social Sharing Platforms, a great source of free and diverse information, have been center of attraction to many people. Users post their opinions, thoughts, life events, news and all other information. This data flowed into these systems has increased to such a limit making nearly impossible for a user to read all or even most of it, analyzing and utilize it. As a solution to this problem, we here are proposing an approach, which makes use of not only the tweets themselves but also their properties to re-rank the tweets given a user query. The proposed approach was implemented in a prototype system and test results were generated. A set of feedback data collected via online survey for those test results provides a good evaluation score, with an average improvement of around 10% on precision values after removing the outliers. It shows that our approach can generate improved results over the original ones.
