Purpose. The aim of the article is the comparison of management and advisory mechanisms for climate change leveling and determination the most significant groups on this basis. Methodology of research. The methodological basis of research consists of methods of comparison and generalization. The comparison of separate management and advisory mechanisms for climate change leveling was fulfilled using the comparison method. Five most significant groups of mechanisms for climate change leveling have been determined on the base of generalization method. Findings. The necessity of deepening participation at different management levels in Ukraine in solving the global warming problem is substantiated on the basis of actualization of management and advisory mechanisms for climate change leveling. It will contribute both solving the problem itself and increasing the international authority of the state. The advisability of realization of measures for climate change leveling is confirmed at the different levels: at governance levels (state, regional, sectoral, enterprise) and by leveling directions (population and business entities). The international management and advisory mechanisms for climate change leveling with identification of five characteristic groups has been generalized. The importance of solving the problem at the different management levels with use of advisory services is proved. It will permit more efficient implementation of advisory mechanisms and reach a wider coverage of solving of the tasks of climate change leveling. Originality. The international management and advisory mechanisms for climate change leveling has been generalized with identification of five characteristic groups: organizational (international organizations), regulatory and legal (conventions, resolutions, declarations), coordinating (conferences, meetings), financial and business (emission limits, environmental taxes), programs and models (models, scenarios, programs, strategies). This, unlike the existing one, gives an opportunity of its differential use in the process of preparing more substantiated management solution of the indicated problem. Practical value. The results of the research can be used in the process of preparing of strategic and program documents of an environmental nature. The effect of its implementation can be estimated by indicators of environmental improvement, in particular by indicators of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, etc. Key words: climate change, climate change leveling, management mechanisms, advisory mechanisms, groups of mechanisms for climate change leveling, agricultural advisory services.

This Major Research Paper examines the National Adaptation Plans of the Republic of the Maldives and Germany to determine if and how climate-induced migration is addressed. The paper examines how the receiving-migrant countries, and producing-migrant countries look at the forecasted issue from two different perspectives: securitization, and resiliency. In addition, this paper acknowledges that ad hoc temporary migration pathways have had success when dealing with environmental migration and determines that a formal change to the Convention Refugee definition is not necessary to address climate-induced migration. Abstract The green paradox describes an undesirable and socially inefficient phenomenon caused by the expansionary reactions of the Supply as a response to the various mechanisms that combat climate change. This article seeks to understand and aggregate the different drivers of this phenomenon portrayed in the literature, as well the empirical evidence associated and the proposed solutions. For this purpose, compilation and systematization of the various scientific contributions up to date in this context have been elaborated, which led to the identification of five major drivers of the paradox: (i) Environmental Taxes, (ii) Green Supports, (iii) Uncertain Property Rights, (iv) Temporal Lag and (v) Emission limits (Cap). Moreover, we evaluate its effective impact on the European scenario in the last two decades, and we have obtained evidences that the hiatus in the implementation of the European emission cap mechanism has generated a strong green paradox. Moreover, a robust reflection regarding the economic and environmental adequacy of green supports should be considered due to its questionable net benefits. Lastly, we offer some recommendations of public environmental policies that escape the paradoxical phenomenon, through the enunciation of the conditionalities of these provocateurs.

Formulation of the problem. Modern global challenges and imbalances necessitate cooperation in new realities, change the interaction nature to counter global challenges by activating the most effective forms, methods, types and mechanisms of interaction and creating a new values philosophy and motivational guidelines for socio-economic interaction. The processes of socio-economic uncertainty of economic prospects in the context of global challenges require the formation of  theoretical and methodological basis for the economic entities interaction. The aim of the research is formation of theoretical and methodological basis for economic entities socio-economic interaction in the context of modern global challenges. The subject of the research is theoretical aspect and methodological aspect of business entities socio-economic interaction in global challenges context. The methods of the research: historical method, methods of verification of theoretical positions (morphological analysis of the content and interrelation of categories, principles and laws, assessment of historical facts to theoretical hypotheses), methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, logical method (hypothetical and axiomatic approach), comparison method. The hypothesis of the research. In the context of global challenges, it is necessary to change the nature of interaction, for which it is necessary to form a theoretical and methodological basis for such interaction and determine the directions of necessary changes in interaction. The statement of basic materials. Within the epistemological field of research, the definitions of "interaction" as social, economic, philosophical, psychological and managerial categories are analyzed. The providing subsystems of business entities social and economic interaction in the conditions of global challenges are determined, among which the normative and legal, financial, logistical, personnel, informational, logistic, infrastructural, psychological, scientific, institutional, organizational supporting subsystems are singled out and characterized. Within the content (paradigmatic and methodological) basis of the research, it is proposed to distinguish the paradigmatic provisions of socio-economic interaction and the methodological basis of business entities socio-economic interaction research in the context of global challenges. The originality and practical significance of the research. The research of business entities socio-economic interaction in the context of global challenges includes four interrelated blocks – theoretical and explanatory basis of interaction, content (paradigmatic and methodological), applied and managerial basis of interaction, which complex covers possible interaction aspects. Conclusions and perspectives of further research. The article considers the theoretical and methodological basis of business entities interaction during global challenges, within which the implementation of the relevant logical blocks is proposed. Within the framework of further research it is planned to develop an applied basis of interaction, which will provide a diagnostic and prognostic field of socio-economic interaction in the context of global challenges and modeling of of business entities socio-economic interaction, as well as management basis of interaction of business entities, which will provide a sequence of management stages of the socio-economic interaction process and determine the interaction effectiveness in global challenges.

My recent work has focused on the demands of utilitarianism, and our obligations to future people. In my current work, I draw on that earlier work, and ask how utilitarians might deal with the ethical challenges of climate change. Climate change has obvious practical implications. It will kill millions of people, wipe out thousands of species, and so on. My question in this paper is much narrower. How might climate change impact on moral theory — and especially on the debate between utilitarians and their non-utilitarian rivals?
