Scope of Improvements in Aerospace Sector by Implementation of IoT

While considering the aerospace domain, the internet of things (IoT) provides the way for new development and this IoT technology allows many possibilities in the aerospace domain. This study aims to examine the theoretical aspect of IoT in the aerospace industry. And propose a system that enhances the flight journey experience from the flight booking of each customer. This will also improve the manufacturing end-to-end process in the aerospace industry with the help of IoT sensors. These can be achieved with help of the data collection (Previous sensor data), cloud computing, and machine learning. As per the proposing system, all IoT sensor data will be collected and saved the data in the cloud server. These data will be used for training the algorithm to achieve the optimum solution in the future.

The relationship between the President of the Republic of Kosovo and the Assembly in general and in particular in the time period 2011-2016

The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo in its basic provisions has defined the form of government and separation of state powers, as a fundamental principle of democracy, where the President of the Republic of Kosovo is not part of any of the state powers, but the constitutional powers he exercises affect that he has connections with all state powers. This paper addresses the relation of the President of the Republic of Kosovo with the legislative power, including the exercise of some of his constitutional powers, namely the convening of the constitutive session of the Assembly, the dissolution of the Assembly and the annual speech of the President in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. The above-mentioned competencies, in addition to the theoretical aspect, are also analyzed in the practical aspect when these constitutional competencies of the President were materialized by President Jahjaga during the mandate 2011-2016. Also, the political stalemate and the actions taken by the President, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga for his overcoming, criticisms and recommendations of the European Commission in the Progress Reports regarding the political stalemate in the country. since the declaration of Kosovo as an independent state in 2008, it has managed to complete a full constitutional mandate, five years, unlike its predecessors and successors until 2019. Therefore, this paper aims to elaborate the exercise of some constitutional powers and the practice of one of the most important constitutional institutions in the Republic of Kosovo, that of the President of the Republic of Kosovo.

Wpływ ideologii totalitarnych na konstrukcje prawne stosowane w zakresie ograniczania autonomii woli jednostki na przykładzie modeli wiązania wzorców umownych

The paper aims to examine the influence of totalitarian ideologies on the issue of the mechanism of binding contractual standard forms. Although totalitarian ideologies mainly influence the situation of an individual through the norms of criminal law and administrative law (public law in its broadest sense), private law — especially in its theoretical aspect involving accepted legal constructs — is also influenced by the political doctrines dominant at a given time. As it seems, this also applies to such a technical and far-from-political model as that of contractual binding. It turns out that also in this area totalitarian concepts found room for restricting the scope of individual freedom. This is indicated by a certain correlation between the development of views on the nature of contractual forms and the mechanism of their binding and the intensification or weakening of totalitarian tendencies. Such a conclusion can be derived from the historical analysis of the views represented by the main representatives of French and German doctrine from the mid-19th to the mid-20th century.

E-Marketing in Islamic Banks: A Theoretical Study in the Exploitation of Social Media in Islamic Banking Services

There was a need to study some efforts and marketing strategies to build a wide awareness of e-marketing in Islamic banks. E-marketing can be adopted as a marketing approach in promoting Islamic banking products and services. Based on this, this research aims to identify the electronic banking services provided by Islamic banks, to identify the extent of the spread of these services, and to know the obstacles to adopting electronic marketing in Islamic banks. To achieve the objectives of the current study, the research methodology will depend on the following: Theoretical aspect: In this study, the descriptive analytical method was used to study the obstacles to adopting e-marketing in Islamic banks, where it was relied on books, periodicals, literature, pamphlets, references, previous studies, and other published researches related to the topic studying. The results revealed that in order to increase literacy and inclusion and expand the market share of Islamic banking products and services, digital marketing plays a role in building public trust, supporting traditional marketing, developing digital campaigns, and mapping target markets. The research recommends that banks should continue to improve their electronic banking services and ensure that these services are free and easy to use to suit all customers' requirements, and that the banking service provider monitors developments in the world of technology, and that the full picture of electronic banking services is improved by banks.

Passives of Spanish Subject-Experiencer Psychological Verbs are Adjectival Passives

This paper argues that <ser ‘to be’ + past participle> constructions with subject-experiencer psychological verbs are adjectival passives, contra the received view that <ser + past participle> constructions are verbal passives across the board. We put forth a battery of morphological, syntactic and semantic tests to support our claim. The divide, we argue, is based on the individual-level/stage-level distinction, rather than on the lexical category of the participle. We provide a theoretical, aspect-based account that generates the distribution of ser and estar in verbal and adjectival participles and paves the way for a comprehensive analysis of the ser and estar distribution across other constructions where the alternation is attested, such as underived adjectives and prepositions.

Marketing mix strategy determinants and social media in veterinary-based business: experience from Serbia

The paper is dedicated to testing the entrepreneurial idea of founding a service micro company in the field of veterinary medicine - Animal Care. The starting point is the theoretical aspect of marketing mix services observed through the prism of a specific company in the field of agribusiness. For the needs of the research, secondary sources were used and a survey was conducted which gave the results of the influence of the elements of marketing mix services on marketing communication towards the users of the company Animal Care. It was determined that the effects of promotion, especially in the field of digital marketing, directly affect the increase in sales of products and services, and thus the satisfaction of consumers & users in veterinary services. The results of the research provided answers to research questions and helped the entrepreneur to understand that selected elements of the marketing mix help in the promotion of products and services of Animal Care companies. Respondents showed interest in using the services of the Animal Care company with the help of the Animal Care android application and website as a selected distribution channel, but also for the promotion of new services and offers of the company

THE MAIN INDICATORS OF INDICATIVE PLANNING IN THE ECONOMIC BLOCK OF THE REGIONAL DIGITAL ECONOMY

The article examines the main approaches to developing the system of indicators for indicative planning in the economic block of digital economy in modern conditions, including the regional level. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that indicative planning for the digital economy development is an important component of regional and federal government systems. The purpose of the research is to study the existing and to form the author's approach to determining the essence and specific content of the system of indicators for indicative planning the development of the digital economy at various levels of public administration, the specifics of implementation at the regional level. In the theoretical aspect, the results obtained will contribute to further development of theory and methodology in indicative planning and digital economy. In practical terms, they can be used to improve and develop existing planning systems in the Russian Federation. In the course of the research, the main indicators characterizing the level of digital economy development were proposed and their analysis was carried out in respect to the Russian Federation. The use of the proposed indicators' system as an integral part of digital economy indicative planning will make it possible to effectively achieve the planned states of socio-economic systems in the conditions of increasing international competition, digitalization and informatization of the society.

Application of secret diplomacy in international practice

For example, the fate of the Caribbean Crisis was decided by secret diplomacy between the United States and the Soviet Union. However, despite the extremely large influence of secret diplomacy on the development of international relations, it is necessary to note a rather small level of study of secret diplomacy as a phenomenon. In the scientific literature, the theoretical aspects of secret diplomacy have been the subject of scientific research by such scholars as Cornelia Biolu, Anthony Venis-V. John, Pika SM, Kostyuk DA, Pron TM, but a significant number of extremely important documents for understanding the problem remains in closed access. That is why the lack of scientific literature, which would describe secret diplomacy in the theoretical aspect, significantly complicates the study and study of secret diplomacy in general. The aim of the paper is to carry out a critical review of the definition of secret diplomacy, to analyze the types of secret diplomacy and to consider features of their functioning in international relations, as well as to identify the disadvantages and advantages of secret diplomacy. Article’s main body. The article provides a general analysis of the definition of the concept of "secret diplomacy" in international practice. The opinions of leading scientists are given. Examples from history are analyzed. The paper analyzes in detail the types of secret diplomacy, and also considers the features of their functioning in international relations. In addition, the main advantages and disadvantages of secret diplomacy were formulated, as well as the prospect of its further application in practice. Conclusions. Secret diplomacy is the activity of the government to implement the foreign, international policy of the state, which is conducted in secret from society, other states and third parties in order to facilitate negotiations, establish relations and obtain various benefits. The methods of secret diplomacy have been used since ancient times and continue to be key not only in relations between states, but also in resolving international conflicts, despite the fact that the phenomenon has a number of disadvantages in addition to its advantages. There are several types of secret diplomacy, each of which differs from the others not only in its purposes for which it is used, but also in its components.
