Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan (2) Pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu Indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan (3) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan koperasi produsen tempe tahu indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia (KOPTI) Kabupaten Kuningan sebanyak 37 orang, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 37 employees of the Indonesian Kuningan Tofu and Tempe cooperative. The sampling technique was saturated sampling so that the samples obtained were all 37 employees of the Indonesian Tofu and Tempe Cooperative. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The sample consisted of 63 employees at the Bukittinggi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The analysis technique used was IBM SPSS 20. Job Satisfaction (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency in Bukittinggi City. Organizational commitment (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) impact negatively on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bukittinggi.

This study aims to determine the influence of emotional intellegence and organizational commitment on the employee performance fashion department in Roxy Square Mall Jember with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as intervening. The population in this study were all employees working at fasion department  Roxy Square Mall Jember branch as much as 210 employees and the sample used was 138 respondents. The sampling technique uses probality sampling with simple random sampling method. The research model was tested by using the path analysis. The results of this study showed that the emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive effect on the employee performance. Emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had an indirect effect on the employee performance through the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). When analyzed further, the percentage of direct effect was higher than the indirect effect, which showed that the mediating variable of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had less effect on the employee performance. Purpose of the study: Analyze the dimensions of OCB (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership) on employee performance at the Department of Investment and Licensing Services of South Buru District.Methodology: Explanatory research conducted for four months from June to September 2017, the population in this research is all Government employees of the Investment and Licensing Service of South Buru District as many as 303 people. This stratified sampling technique proportionately based on the percentage in the population with the number of samples based on the sample tables developed by Issac and Michael for 189 people.Results: 1) Job satisfaction variable, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership through OCB variable simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. 2) The transformational leadership variable's considerable contribution to OCB is 52 percent. 3) The direct and indirect influence of job satisfaction variable, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership on performance through OCB variable of 93 percent.Applications of this study: Variable of transformational leadership shows that the power of transformational leadership is a booster for work satisfaction and organizational commitment in increasing employees’ OCB, direct effect and indirect work satisfaction Variable show that the employees’ performance increased through OCB strengthening in the form of work satisfaction, organization commitment, and transformational leadership.Novelty/Originality of this study: The organization will function more effectively if employees contribute beyond their formal tasks. Therefore, it takes a transformer-minded leader, thereby increasing the satisfaction and commitment of the organization.

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the influence between variables of Organizational Commitment, Compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Employee Performance.Methods: This study includes quantitative and descriptive research. The sample in the study amounted to 50 employees taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained are analyzed using path analysis.Results: The results of this study prove that there is a direct significant influence of organizational commitment and compensation on employee performance. In addition, the results of this study also prove that there is no indirect influence of organizational commitment on employee performance mediated by OCB and there is an indirect influence of compensation on employee performance mediated by OCB.Conclusion and suggestion: The company should focus more on increasing the direct influence of organizational commitment on employee performance.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship of transformational leadership on employee performance of cooperatives in Tabanan. The study population were employees of cooperatives in the district of Tabanan with a sample size is 114 respondents in 25 cooperatives. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaire and analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS 2.0. The results showed (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (4) OCB mediate partially and positive and significant relationship between leadership transformasional and employee performance. The implication of this study indicated that transformational leadership was found as a major factor in improving employee performance.. Suggestions for the results are expand the orientation research in wider scope industry and organization to reach more obtain results.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

This research aims to study, analyze, and determine the effect of Work Cultur and, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance PT Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin. Method of data collection is done by passing the question form on the overall Employee population PT Kaltrabu Indah tours & Travel Banjarmasin totalling 35 people who then established as the sample of respondents with saturated samples or samples (total as many as 35 people) census respondents. Using quantitative and qualitative analysis also linear regression program simple and multiple linear regression as well as using software MS Excell and SPSS Version 20.0.The results were obtained as follows: Partially work culture influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. And Partially Organizational Citizenship Behavior influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. Simultaneously influence Work Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect.
