The Purpose of this research is to describe profitability, corporate social responsibility and firm value and to know influence of profitability and corporate social responsibility to firm value at PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama, Tbk listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was using qualitative and quantitative desriptive analysis. The data collection was using documentation. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, correlation coeffient, coefficient of determination, F test and t test.The result of the research are 1. The average of profitability (return on assets) tends to increase, the average of corporate social responsibility (NH Approach) tends to increase, and the average of firm value (price to book value) tends to incrase. 2. The results of multiple linier regression is known that profitability has a negative effect, while corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on the firm value. 3. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient and correlation of determination can be concluded that the relationship between profitability and corporate social responsibility to firm value is very high and only a few are influenced by other variables not explained in this study. 4. The results of testing hypotheses can be concluded that profitability has a significant negative effect and corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on firm value.As for suggestions from this research are important for the company to maintain the stability of return on assets, NH Approach and price to book valueKeywords: Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Firm Value

This study aims to find out empirical evidence about the influence of corporate governance on firm value through intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility. The sample used in this study amounted to 123 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange continuously during the period 2015-2017 using purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from annual reports that have been published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2017, which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. Data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software.The results showed that the board of commissioners had a significant negative effect on intellectual capital and had a significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility. Board of Commissioners has a significant positive effect on intellectual capital and has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility. The board of commissioners, audit committees, intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intellectual capital is not able to mediate the relationship between the board of commissioners and firm value, as well as the relationship of the audit committee to firm value. CSR is not able to mediate the relationship between the board of commissioners and firm value and the relationship between the audit committee and firm value.

The purpose of this study was to find out and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value with Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable. This study was conducted at mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 14 companies with a number of research observations were 42 samples in 3 years, through nonprobability methods with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique of this study used the Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it was found that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value. Leverage had no significant negative effect on firm value . Corporate Social Responsibility strengthens the influence of profitability on corporate value. Corporate Social Responsibility weakens the influence of leverage on firm value.Keywords: Profitability, leverage, corporate social responsibility, corporate value.

<em>Firm Values of manufacturing company in Indonesia is influenced by various factors of financial and non-financial that can be measured using financial ratios, good governance, and social responsibility practices in the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial performance proxied by Profitability and Solvability, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the firm value,with Investment Opportunity set (IOS) as a moderating variable. The firm value in this study was proxied by Tobins’q.The population of this research is manufacturing companywith chemical industry subsectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2015. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and acquired 31 companies in this sample. The analytical method used is moderating regression analysis.Based on the results of hypotheses testing, there wasSolvability and IOS had positive effect on firm value, while Profitability, GCG, and CSR had no effect on the firm value. The use of a moderating variable Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) is not able to strengthen the influence of profitability, solvability, GCG and CSR on the firm value.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance mechanisms, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and return on assets to firm value. The population used in this study is a publicly listed banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2015 period and the sample determination method used was purposive judgment sampling. Samples obtained were 42 companies. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. This study found that simultaneously the mechanism of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and return on assets affect the value of the company. Partially, this study found that the mechanism of good corporate governance that was proxied by the board of directors (DD), board of commissioners (DK), managerial ownership (KM), return on assets (ROA) influenced the company value, while institutional ownership (IC) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not affect the company's value

This study aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and company characteristics on corporate tax avoidance. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this research is the financial statements and sustainability reports of 73 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that CSR has a significant positive effect on current taxes, which means that companies that are responsible to stakeholders tend to avoid tax avoidance practices or pay more taxes. CSR, ROA and firm size have a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. Leverage and intangible assets have a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. Other company characteristics variables such as fixed assets, operating cash flow, sales growth have no significant effect on tax avoidance.

The objective of this research is to analyze influence of Size, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Institusional Ownership to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure. Sample of this research are annual report for manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016. Sample were selected using purposive sampling method and 11 sample were able to fullfill the criteria used as sample. This research uses multiple regression data analysis techniques . The result of the research showns that size and gross profit margin has positive effect on the corporate social responsibility , meanwhile Institutional ownership has negative effect on the corporate social responsibility. The study is intended to appraise return on assets (ROA), debt/equity ratio (DER), and firm size(SIZE) on price-to-book-value (PBV) with corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable and institutional proprietorship as a moderating variable. By using purposive sampling, 267 manufacturing companies are determined from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. Data are analyzed using multiple and bivariate regression analysis. The results show that ROA and firm size have a positive effect on corporate society awareness, while DER has no significant effect respectively. Profit gain, firm scope, and corporate social responsibility have a positive effect on firm utility. It came into a conclusion that corporate social awareness can be used to mediate the influence on leverage and firm scope toward the firm value, but cannot be used to mediate the effect of profit gain on firm utility.

Abstract. This research aims at examining the effect of board of directorscharacteristics on corporate social responsibility disclosure using Indonesia miningindustry context. Indonesia use two tier board system: board of directors and board ofcommissioners. Board of directors engage in management work and board ofcommissioners supervise board of directors. This study focus on board of directorscharacteristics: gender, tenure, board size and percentage of foreign directors. Sampleof the study consists of listed firm in mining sectors at Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX). There are 106 observations from 2013 – 2015 period. This study use GRI indexto measure corporate social responsibility disclosure. The result of the study shows thatforeign directors have negative effect on the corporate social responsibility. This resultshows that foreign directors might not have positive effect on how mining firm disclosecorporate social responsibility disclosure. Further, gender and board of directors sizehave positive effect on corporate social responsibility. Woman as chief executiveofficer provide better disclosure on corporate social responsibility. However, tenurehave no significant effect on corporate social disclosure using Indonesian context.

This study aims to analyze and test the effect of profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership on firm value with the moderating variable, namely Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The population used in this study is all manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the last three years, namely 2017-2019. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The results of this study explain that profitability and leverage do not have an effect on firm value, while managerial ownership has a negative effect on firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is able to moderate the effect of profitability and managerial ownership on firm value, while Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is unable to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value.

This research aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and the firm size towards the firm value. The population was banking firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2018. Samples used were 28 firms. The analysis method used multiple linear regression. The research results show that managerial ownership does not have effect towards the firm value. Institutional ownership and firm size have positive effect towards the firm value. Corporate social responsibility has negative effect towards the company value.
