The Effect of Communication Ability of Care Workers in Charge of Visiting Care in Elderly at-Home Welfare Centers on Quality of Service: with Empathy as Mediator

By surveying clients of pharmacy organizations, we've analyzed quality of service. It was found that pharmaceu-tical specialists do not always inform pharmacy visitors about the regimen and doses of the drug (MP), the rules for storing it at home, and about interactions with other drugs; most buyers find it difficult to answer the question of what is the International Nonproprietary Name of a Medicinal Product (INN) and how synonyms and ana-logues differ from each other; visitors to pharmacies are not always provided with information about the availa-bility of medicinal products from different manufacturers and medicinal products with different prices; in most cas-es, if the secondary packaging is violated, the pharmacy customers are not given instructions (a copy of the in-structions) on the use of the dispensed drug. A standard operational procedure "Order of realization of medicines without a prescription" was developed on the basis of received data.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the use of digital marketing conducted by Humble Espresso in Denpasar City. Knowing the attributes of products and services that are considered important by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services. Calculating the performance and level of customer satisfaction to the quality of service. Specify the attributes that need to get priority improvements. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis method. Sampling using Slovin and Lemeshow formulation method with the number of respondents as many as 86 respondents at Humble Espresso and 100 respondents for the spread of external questionnaires in Denpasar. The results showed that the influence of digital marketing that has been done by Humble Espresso is customers like the content displayed on Humble Espresso Instagram media in the form of photos, videos, or instastory that has an impact on the increasing customer buying interest. The most important product and service attributes that Humble Espresso has to achieve customer satisfaction is the friendliness of employee attitude with the highest score of 401. Attributes with the highest level of performance in the quality of service is good communication ability by obtaining the highest score of 388, attributes with the highest satisfaction level on the quality of service is modern equipment by obtaining the highest satisfaction level of 101%. Attributes that become the priority of improvement in Humble Espresso based on the analysis of IPA method is a comfortable room, the willingness of employees to respond quickly to customer complaints, the ability of employees to serve customer complaints quickly, the suitability of prices with product quality, and affordable prices. Pursuant to result of data analysis and research about service analysis at intelligence directorate office services at the regional police security Bengkulu, hence can be pulled an conclusion that average value per highest service element is clarity care workers of service given by intelligence directorate office services at the regional police security Bengkulu that is with value of unsure service equal to 2,77 and average value per lowest service element that is at certainty of expense equal to 2,41. Value of IKM at intelligence directorate office services at the regional police security Bengkulu equal to 63,9 meaning that service unit performance at intelligence directorate office services at the regional police security Bengkulu is " goodness", because the value reside in among 62,51 - 81,25 residing in a quality of service of B (good).Key words:Service Quality

The aim of the study was to determine the quality of service provided by Abdul Rivai hospital in District Berau. The benefit of the research is as an input for Abdul Rival hospital to maintain the quality of service. In this study, the assessment of service quality is divided into five categories: Manners of employees, employee communication ability, speed of service, hospital facilities, and employee performance. All categories show that consumer’s perception of services provided by hospital has been quite satisfactory. The calculation of average weighted values for the five categories used are manners of employees, employee communication ability, speed of service, hospital facilities, and employee performance are 3,126

This paper presents a research fi ndings about the picture of children in the “panti” (childcare institutions). The phenomenon of many children who live in the “panti” are still have complete parents who still live at home. This is a picture of the large number of childcare institutions in Indonesia, both organized by community and by religious organizations. This research aimed to explain the detail assessment of the quality of child care in the Darul Aitam Nahdlatul Wathan, Lombok, in September 2006. The research method is qualitative by using 5 (fi ve) aspects of quality of service as a conceptual framework: 1) professional practice, 2) personal care, 3) staffi ng, 4) sources; 5) administration. The results showed that there are so many things should be addressed based on those aspects in childcare institution. Keywords: kekerasan anak, pengasuhan, panti sosial asuhan anak, hak anak.
