By surveying clients of pharmacy organizations, we've analyzed quality of service. It was found that pharmaceu-tical specialists do not always inform pharmacy visitors about the regimen and doses of the drug (MP), the rules for storing it at home, and about interactions with other drugs; most buyers find it difficult to answer the question of what is the International Nonproprietary Name of a Medicinal Product (INN) and how synonyms and ana-logues differ from each other; visitors to pharmacies are not always provided with information about the availa-bility of medicinal products from different manufacturers and medicinal products with different prices; in most cas-es, if the secondary packaging is violated, the pharmacy customers are not given instructions (a copy of the in-structions) on the use of the dispensed drug. A standard operational procedure "Order of realization of medicines without a prescription" was developed on the basis of received data.

A multicenter study was conducted on the basis of medi-cal organizations in the Ivanovsk and Vladimir regions in order to study the quality of the information field of doc-tors of different specialities and assess its impact on the effectiveness of medical decisions. 400 cases of care were studied and a survey of 400 doctors was conducted. The study showed that the narrowing of the professional in-formation field of most doctors (78,0%) and the low dy-namics of its expansion. The low quality of the infor-mation field of doctors is noteworthy - its limitation is mainly regulatory sources and low innovation compo-nent. This makes it necessary, in the context of the in-creasing volume of information flows, the training of in-formation assistants of doctors - "information managers."

Antiphospholipid syndrome is a systemic autoimmune disease, the main part of pathogenesis of which is induc-tion of an inflammatory and procoagulant state in cells, thrombosis of venous and/or arterial vessels and, as a consequence, pregnancy complications. [4] Despite the long-term study of this pathology, the mechanism of its development is still not fully understood, what makes it more difficult to diagnose, prevent and treat this disease and to assess the risks of its complications.

Despite nearly a century of research on diseases affecting the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), masticatory muscles and associated structures, this problem still remains open. Pain syndrome caused by TMJ diseases ranks first in terms of prevalence among non-odontogenic pain syn-dromes in the maxillofacial region and leads to a signifi-cant deterioration in the quality of life of patients. The high prevalence of these diseases in female patients and the presence of a number of factors of a somatic, psycho-logical and social nature, contributing to such a high prevalence, indicate the need for more close attention of researchers to these aspects, which can become a way to develop new effective methods for the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ diseases in this category of patients. A review of scientific literature was carried out in order to identify topical scientific issues related to the study, di-agnosis and treatment of TMJ diseases.

Abstract. The purpose of the research is to determine the frequency of infection occurrence and use it for forecasting. According to the dates of human pathologies, the frequency of diseases (PZ) of 2400 parents and children, men and women was determined. To improve the accuracy of determining the PZ, astronomical units were used to record the time of occurrence of pathologies: 4 phases of the moon, 4 components of the moon's declination, and a day. The hereditary periodicity of diseases (NPD) was revealed, which is shown in graphic and digital forms. The refinery is used for predicting the time of probable acute infectious diseases and their complications. The goal of forecasting is to take timely preventive measures. 7 forecasting methods have been developed, 2 computer programs have been created that use different coordinate systems, and more than 1,600 computer forecasts have been made. With an error of + 1-4 days, 50% - 62% of diseases of children, women and men who were ill on average 3 times a year and more often are predicted. In 2014 registered application for invention No. 2014116101 "Method for simultaneous prediction of the time of probable acute infectious diseases of a person and the optimal date of vaccination". Rospatent's conclusion: ".. the invention can be implemented, but its practical applicability has not been confirmed." The implementation of the invention can be carried out in the period of the pandemic coronavirus. The conclusion about the "impracticability of forecasting" hinders the practical applicability of the invention and predicting the time of probable covid-19 diseases.

Laboratory rats' basic behavioral characteristics were studied in the experimental "Open field" test. A rat renal carcinoma cell line RA was used to model tumor growth. Free radical processes were assessed in normal condi-tions of organism and with tumor progression. Correla-tions were revealed between the levels of behavioral ac-tivity, the intensity of tumor growth, and free radical pro-cesses. The obtained data will serve as the basis for the development of risk management systems for the oncology and development of oncopathology in the population.

In the Russian Federation, in connection with the impend-ing threat of the spread of the epidemic, in order to pre-vent the spread of a new coronavirus infection, it was decided to introduce a self-isolation regime. Obviously, changes in the lifestyle in a certain way affected the diet of the population. The article analyzes the change in the nutrition of students of higher medical educational insti-tutions in this period. The authors developed and con-ducted a survey of young people and found that the stu-dents' nutrition is quite diverse. However, with a decrease in physical activity, the caloric content of the diet in-creased, which can lead to an increase in body weight, an increase in glucose and cholesterol levels. These factors, combined with stress caused by drastic changes in life-style, are predictors of chronic disease.

The aim of this work is an analysis of the funda-mental structure, functions and self-preservation attitude and manifestations in the behavior of the population under conditions of a threat to health and survival. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the cognitive, emotionally-evaluative, and stimulating components of the self-preservation attitudes of adolescents and youth. The results of the study make it possible to assess risks and develop preventive measures for correcting the social orientation towards main-taining health among individuals and social groups.

The article deals with the problem of diagnosing obesity in patients with end-stage renal failure receiving treat-ment with programmed hemodialysis. The aim of the work was to study the indicators of the information content of various methods for diagnosing obesity among dialysis patients. The objective of the study was to compare the sensitivity and specificity of such methods for diagnosing obesity as BMI, OT / OB index, BAI, electronic caliperom-etry, bioimpedance measurement. The possibility of prac-tical application of the study is to optimize the approach to methods of diagnosing obesity in dialysis patients.

The data analyzed in this article relate to each region and each city. Cardiovascular diseases have been identi-fied as the main non-communicable cause of death not only in Crimea, but also in all regions of the Russian Federation. According to who, about 17.5 million people die from cardiovascular diseases every year, which is 31% of all deaths in the world. Many diseases of the heart and blood vessels can be prevented through a vari-ety of non-specific prevention measures. The purpose of this work is to study the most common as-pects of prevention of cardiovascular diseases in the Re-public of Crimea and the Russian Federation. Tasks: Study the statistics of cardiovascular diseases and find out the most common ones. Identify the most common causes of cardiovascular dis-eases. Learn about the risk factors that lead to CVD complica-tions. Consider prophylactic measures to prevent diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
