Due to continuously increasing dynamics and interdisciplinary networking, factory planning projects indeed meet their content-related goals but fail to achieve the cost and timescale targets. In response to these challenges, the Aachen Factory Planning Methodology has been developed at the WZL of RWTH Aachen University. This article will present three specific methods: maturity level management, factory standards, and heuristics.

Generally, House estimation record addresses the summarized esteem changes of private housing. While at a single-family house cost desire, it needs more exact procedure reliant on the spot, house type, size, structure year, close by improvements, and some various parts which could impact house demand and deftly. With limited dataset and data incorporates, a sensible and composite data pre-taking care of, creative component planning methodology is assessed in this paper. People are careful when they are endeavouring to buy another house with their money related plans and market strategies. The objective of the paper is to measure the sensible house costs for non-house holders reliant on their financial courses of action and their desires. By analysing the earlier item, entry ranges and besides alerts enhancements, guessed costs will be evaluated. The paper includes expectations utilizing diverse Regression procedures like Ridge, LASSO, Random Forest, SVM (support-vector machine), KNN (k-nearest neighbours), Ada Boost Regression, Stacking (decision tree, lasso and random forest), Decision Tree. House estimation figure on an instructive file has been done by using all the recently referenced systems to find the best among them. The reason of this paper is to help the vendor with assessing the selling cost of a house perfectly and to assist people with foreseeing the time slap to store up a house. A part of the related segments that influence the cost were furthermore taken into examinations, for instance, states of being, thought, area and territory, etc.

Introduction. The current state of the energy service market in Ukraine is underdeveloped, which encourages the implementation of certain methods of its development. In order to improve the cost-effective climate in the market there is the use of certain tools that are characterized by appropriate principles and methods. Objective. Determination of the economic potential of the energy efficiency market and the development of a strategy for its development. Method (methodology): During the research, the main methods were: analysis and synthesis, used in assessing the real state of the market; planning methodology used as a set of theoretical conclusions, general patterns, scientific principles of plan development, their justification and description in accordance with modern requirements of the energy service market. Results. The general provisions of the formation of the strategy of the development of energy service have been defined. The expediency of the implementation of such a strategy has been substantiated and the further development of the market has been shown. The obtained research results can be used for further scientific development and assessment of the level of the effectiveness of the strategy.

One of the constraints experienced in the implementation of the project company is discrepancy between the schedule of the project implementation plan withthe state of the field, causing a delay in its completion, so the effect on the cost of theproject increased. This research was conducted by taking data time shedule of PT.Dimensi Arsitektur Indonesia has undertaken the maintenance and painting of TuguPahlawan Surabaya. From these data it can be calculated by using the critical pathCPM (Crithical Path Method) and software programs. On the use of CPM (CrithicalPath Method) stages of completion which is preparing an action plan, arrange network, determine the forward and backward calculation, determining the spare time ofcalculation. The project which is the object of the study authors is the maintenance andpainting of Tugu Pahlawan Surabaya that has been done by PT. ArchitecturalDimensions Indonesia. PT. Architectural Dimensions Indonesia is a consulting servicescompany serving residential, lanscaping and interior but also engaged in the drainageand road sector. In the drafting of planning time and costs during the company onlyrelied on the experience of work done on the previous project. From the planning thathas been done by the company, then do research to find out whether the plans made thecompany so far has been optimal. The research method using descriptive researchwhere data collected by the researchers by means of direct observation of companiesand interviews, then from the data obtained researchers performed data processing andanalysis, so as to obtain an overview of the planning time and costs that may beconsidered by companies as well as can be to be completed by the company. Based onthe results of research and calculations by network planning using CPM (crithical pathmethod), it can be concluded that the planning time and cost network planning to use itby using critical path method CPM appropriate to be applied in the company at thetime of planning and project cost, because it optimizes the time and cost of the project.More efficient project time 6 days or by 9.67% and the cost of the project is alsoefficient Rp 17,709,597.6 or equal to 9.67%.Keywords: Project Scheduling, CPM, Optimization

IBM PC compatible computers are widely used in microscopy for applications ranging from control to image acquisition and analysis. The choice of IBM-PC based systems over competing computer platforms can be based on technical merit alone or on a number of factors relating to economics, availability of peripherals, management dictum, or simple personal preference.IBM-PC got a strong “head start” by first dominating clerical, document processing and financial applications. The use of these computers spilled into the laboratory where the DOS based IBM-PC replaced mini-computers. Compared to minicomputer, the PC provided a more for cost-effective platform for applications in numerical analysis, engineering and design, instrument control, image acquisition and image processing. In addition, the sitewide use of a common PC platform could reduce the cost of training and support services relative to cases where many different computer platforms were used. This could be especially true for the microscopists who must use computers in both the laboratory and the office.

The imaging performance of the light optical lens systems has reached such a degree of perfection that nowadays numerical apertures of about 1 can be utilized. Compared to this state of development the objective lenses of electron microscopes are rather poor allowing at most usable apertures somewhat smaller than 10-2 . This severe shortcoming is due to the unavoidable axial chromatic and spherical aberration of rotationally symmetric electron lenses employed so far in all electron microscopes. The resolution of such electron microscopes can only be improved by increasing the accelerating voltage which shortens the electron wave length. Unfortunately, this procedure is rather ineffective because the achievable gain in resolution is only proportional to λ1/4 for a fixed magnetic field strength determined by the magnetic saturation of the pole pieces. Moreover, increasing the acceleration voltage results in deleterious knock-on processes and in extreme difficulties to stabilize the high voltage. Last not least the cost increase exponentially with voltage.
