Abstract: The purpose of purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitability, and leverage on firm value in mining companies. This study used secondary data from financial reports, annual reports, and other related information of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchage (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The research method used is the explanatory method. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period, which were 41 companies with total sample 30 companies that matches the criteria. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that only Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of director has a positive and significant effect on the firm value, meanwhile profitability variable measured by Return On Asset (ROA), leverage variable measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of commissioner independent not significantly impact on the firm value in mining companies.

This study aims to determine the effect of the complexity of company operations, company age, and auditor's opinion on the timeliness of audit reports on mining companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression models through SPSS version 22 software. This study uses secondary data, namely annual reports published on the website www.idx.co.id or published through the company's official website. The population of this research is all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling. Based on predetermined criteria, 30 companies were obtained as samples and 90 observations. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence of the complexity of the company's operations, company age, and the auditor's opinion on the timeliness of the audit report. This research is expected to contribute thoughts, information, and benefits to related stakeholders. For public accountants, this research can be used as a reference that can be used in carrying out their audit service practices, especially in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of audit implementation through managing factors that can affect the timeliness of submitting audit reports so that audit completion can be improved and accelerated. publication of audited financial reports. For investors, these useful concepts of thought and understanding can be used as a reference in reading and analyzing information in making decisions, especially  in matters relating to audited financial reports.

The research is aimed to analyze the effect of company size, profitability, tax, and good corporate governance on the company’s decision to transfer pricing. The dependent variable in this study is transfer pricing which is proxied by the value of the related party transaction sale. The independent variables in this study are company size, profitability, tax, and KAP quality. This research used secondary data on financial reports or annual reports on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. Determination of the sample employed purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were 22 companies with 88 data. The results in this study found that (1) company size had a positive effect on transfer pricing, (2) profitability had no effect on transfer pricing, (3) tax had no effect on transfer pricing, and (4) KAP quality had no effect on transfer pricing.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

Do Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Profitability of LQ45 Listed Companies. This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on profitability of LQ45 listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analyzed were secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability report. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate: (1) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies; (2) Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not have a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies. This research provides empirical evidence that implementation of GCG could influence profitability, while the implementation of CSR does not influence profitability. High firm value will increase the prosperity of shareholders. The higher the stock price, the higher the firm value could be. Generally investors will hand over its management to the professionals to achieve the company’s goal which is to increase the firm values. This study aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor on firm values. The analyzed data is secondary data, taken from financial statements and annual reports of companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2015. The sample selection determined by using purposive sampling technique, 48 companies were acquired. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The results showed that institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor have positive effects on firm values.

The research objective was to determine the effect of good corporate governance which is proxied by managerial and institutional ownership and the effect of profitability in predicting firm value (Tobin Q) in the manufacturing industry in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The study involved 11 companies that were collected based on purposive sampling. Data in the form of company financial reports are obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data processing using Eviesw10 software with the results of the variable good corporate governance, especially managerial ownership, has a significant positive effect on firm value, while institutional ownership does not have a significant effect. Furthermore, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. The results of this study can be used as an example of a mechanism for suppressing agency conflict and as a reference in conducting studies on the creation of corporate value. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governanceyang diproksi dengan kepemilikan manajerial dan institusionalserta efek profitabilitas dalam mempredikasikan nilai perusahaan (Tobin Q) pada industri manufaktur sektor barang konsumsi terdaftardi Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Penelitian melibatkan 11 perusahaan yang dikumpulkan berdasarkan purposive sampling. Data berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan diperoleh melalui situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengolahan data menggunakan software Eviesw10 dengan hasil variabel good corporate governancekhususnya kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh signifikan positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sebaliknya kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selanjutnya profitabilitas berpengaruhi secara positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu contoh mekanisme menekan konflik keagenan serta sebagai referensi dalam melakukan kajian terhadap penciptaan nilai perusahaan.

Objective - Financial distress is referred to as a condition in which a company's operations result in insufficient funds to meet its obligations (insolvency). The success or failure of a company greatly depends on the corporate governance of the company. This study aims to identify the relationship between the existence of good corporate governance and the probability of financial distress. Methodology/Technique - This study used secondary data obtained from annual reports from 2009 to 2014. The data is gathered from consumer goods manufacturing companies, that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample includes 10 companies. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regressions. Findings - The results of the study show that institutional ownership and managerial ownership adversely affect the possibility of financial distress. On the other hand, the proportion of commissioners and the number of board of directors have a positive effect on the probability of financial distress. Novelty - This study found that institutional ownership (IO) has an inverse effect on the financial distress of a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance as measured by the variables of the board of commissioners, the proportion of independent members of the board of commissioners, the number of board of commissioners and audit committee meeting on the profitability of the company as measured by return on equity (ROE). The population used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2016. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method and obtained 48 samples. This study uses secondary data from annual reports obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013-2016. The method of analysis used to analyze data is multiple regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in this study, it is evident that (1) the size of the board of commissioners has a positive effect on the profitability of the company. (2) the proportion of independent members of the board of commissioners positively affects the profitability of the company. (3) the board of commissioners meeting positively affect the profitability of the company. (4) audit committee negatively affect the profitability of the company.

Abstract: This research aims to analyse the effect of tax and tunnelling incentive to transfer pricing with good corporate governance as a moderating variable. This research focuses on all mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period from 2014-2018 by using the purposive sampling technique to determine the sample. There are 90 data observations used as the sample and analysed by using logistic regression and moderation regression analysis, with the help of the SPSS 20 program. The research result shows that tax has a positive effect on the decision of transfer pricing; tunnelling incentive does not have an effect on the decision of transfer pricing. Good corporate governance moderates the effect of tax to transfer pricing, meanwhile good corporate governance does not moderate the effect of tunnelling incentive to the decision of transfer pricing. Keywords: Good corporate governance; Tax; Transfer pricing; Tunnelling incentive Determinan Keputusan Transfer Pricing pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek IndonesiaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pajak dan tunnelling incentive terhadap transfer pricing dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 90 observasi data yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik dan analisis regresi moderasi dengan bantuan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan transfer pricing, tunneling incentive tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan transfer pricing, good corporate governance memoderasi pengaruh pajak terhadap transfer pricing, sedangkan good corporate governance tidak memoderasi pengaruh tunnelling incentive terhadap keputusan transfer pricing.Kata kunci: Good corporate governance; Pajak, Transfer pricing, Tunnelling incentive

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (X1), profitability (X2) simultaneously and partially on firm value in plantation sub-sector companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. Determining the sample of companies using purposive sampling technique by considering companies that are listed and no listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and have financial statements from 2015-2019, so the total sample is 7 companies in the plantation sub-sector. Sources data of research are from audited company annual reports and from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and ICMD (Indonesia Capital Market Directory). The result of the study shows that the capital structure and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure partially has no significant effect on firm value in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
