High firm value will increase the prosperity of shareholders. The higher the stock price, the higher the firm value could be. Generally investors will hand over its management to the professionals to achieve the company’s goal which is to increase the firm values. This study aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor on firm values. The analyzed data is secondary data, taken from financial statements and annual reports of companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2015. The sample selection determined by using purposive sampling technique, 48 companies were acquired. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The results showed that institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor have positive effects on firm values.

The existence of competition requires companies to make various efforts to maintain the existence of the company and increase company value. The company value is indicated by the company's stock price. The purpose of this research is to prove empirically the effect of profitability, leverage and institutional ownership on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is secondary data in the form of financial statement data and annual reports of companies belonging to the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2018, totaling 138 companies. Data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that profitability, leverage and institutional ownership had a significant effect on dividend policy. The variables of profitability, leverage and dividend policy are proven to have a significant effect on firm value, while institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. The dividend policy variable is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, but it is not able to moderate the effect of leverage and institutional ownership on firm value.

This study aims to show the effect of institutional ownership, audit committee size, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value with financial performance as the intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data sources in company annual reports. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 74 companies. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results showed that financial performance had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Institutional ownership and size of the audit committee do not affect financial performance. Meanwhile, CSR has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Institutional ownership and the size of the audit committee have a positive and significant effect on firm value. At the same time, CSR does not affect the company's value. Institutional ownership does not affect firm value through financial performance. At the same time, the size of the audit committee and CSR affects the company's value through financial performance. This study can reference company management and investors in developing companies and investing.

This research aims to examine the association between derivatives instruments and firm value. This research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression models and panel data. The sample employed in this research is non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from financial statements, stock price information, and annual reports from 2012 to 2017. The sample selection using a purposive sampling method with the number of samples amounted to 246 firm-year. The result of this study suggests that a derivatives instrument is not associated with firm value. Investors in Indonesia do not consider ownership of derivative instruments by companies whether those are harmful of not for the investment impact. Also, derivatives do not have an official market in Indonesia as well as investors also do not understand the purpose of derivative ownership by companies.

<p>This is an event study aims to determine the influence of political connections to firm value as measured by cumulative abnormal return on non-financial sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used secondary data in the form of stock price and annual financial statement obtained the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, Indonesian Capital Market Directory, and other relevant sources. In sampling technique, purposive sampling method is used where 272 non-financial sector companies are selected. The data is examined by using multiple linear regression to measure the influence of political connections on firm value. The findings of this study revealed that political connections have an effect on firm value as measured by cumulative abnormal return on non-financial sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.</p>

This study examined the ownership structure's effect on the firms' value of quoted manufacturing firms (consumer goods) in Nigeria for 2010-2018. The total numbers of quoted consumer goods firms in the Nigeria stock exchange as of 31st December 2018 were twenty-one (21). A judgmental sampling technique was used to sample nineteen (19) consumer goods firms for the study. The study sought to examine whether ownership structure proxy by managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, foreign Ownership, and ownership concentration affect firms' values of quoted consumer goods in Nigeria. Data were collected from secondary sources through the annual reports and accounts of sampled consumer goods firms in Nigeria. The study adopted a panel regression technique as a tool of analysis. The result showed a negative effect of managerial ownership on firm value. While institutional Ownership, foreign Ownership, and Ownership concentration all positively affect the firm value of consumer goods firms in Nigeria. Therefore, the study recommends that the numbers of shares held by management should be reduced to increase the firm value of the listed consumer goods companies in Nigeria.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover and Debt to Equity on Return on Asset Practice in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling method in which sample selection was based on certain criteria. The study population used was 64, the research sample of 24 companies. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that Current Ratio do not affect the Return on Asset, Inventory Turnover do not affect the Return on Asset and Debt to Equity do not affect the Return on Asset.

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the relationship between institutional ownership and company value which is moderated by corporate social responsibility (CSR). The population in this study were 48 property and real estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, with the number of samples used was 35 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports obtained from the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The testing in this study was conducted with moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results show that institutional ownership has no effect on corporate value and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has not been able to moderate the moderation between institutional ownership and firm value.

Abstract— This research aims to examine the association between tax aggressiveness and the level of earnings informativeness. This study examines whether tax aggressiveness is being responded to by the market. This study's methodology is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression models and panel data. The sample employed in this study is trading sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from financial statements, stock price information, and annual reports from 2017 to 2019. The sample selection using a purposive sampling method with the number of samples amounted to 48 firm-year. This study suggests that tax aggressiveness is negatively associated with the level of earnings informativeness. Abstract: The purpose of purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitability, and leverage on firm value in mining companies. This study used secondary data from financial reports, annual reports, and other related information of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchage (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The research method used is the explanatory method. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period, which were 41 companies with total sample 30 companies that matches the criteria. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that only Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of director has a positive and significant effect on the firm value, meanwhile profitability variable measured by Return On Asset (ROA), leverage variable measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of commissioner independent not significantly impact on the firm value in mining companies.

The purpose of the study was to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of enterprise risk management (ERM) disclosure on firm value with the role of age and firm size as moderating. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the annual reports of insurance companies and financial institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2019 period. The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that ERM disclosure has a significant negative effect on the firm value of financing and insurance institutions. Firm age weakens the effect of ERM disclosure on firm value with a quasi moderator type of moderation. Firm size is not proven to moderate the effect of ERM disclosure on firm value and is a moderating predictor.
