In this paper, we analyse the various meanings of probability and its different applications, and we focus especially on the classical, the frequentist, and the subjectivist view. We describe the different problems of how probability can be measured in each of the approaches, and how each of them can be well justified by a mathematical theory. We analyse the foundations of probability, where the scientific analysis of the theory that allows for a frequentist interpretation leads to unsolvable problems. Kolmogorov’s axiomatic theory does not suffice to establish statistical inference without further definitions and principles. Finally, we show how statistical inference essentially determines the meaning of probability and a shift emerges from purely objectivist views to a complementary conception of probability with frequentist and subjectivist constituents. For didactical purpose, the result of the present analyses explains basic problems of teaching, originating from a biased focus on frequentist aspects of probability. It also indicates a high priority for the design of suitable learning paths to a complementary conception of probability. In the applications, modellers use information in a pragmatic way processing this information regardless of its connotation into formal mathematical models, which are always thought as essentially wrong but useful.

Mathematical statistics is a branch of mathematics has extensive application of interval estimation and hypothesis testing, which are two important problems of statistical inference. As two important statistical inference methods, interval estimation and hypothesis testing problem is more and more widely used in the field of economic management, finance and insurance, scientific research, engineering technology, the science of decision functions are recognized by more and more people. Can go further to establish mutual influence and communication between the interval estimation and hypothesis testing, can use the theory to explain the problem of interval estimation of parameter hypothesis test, this is an important problem to improve the statistical inference theory. Therefore, the basis on the internal relations between the interval estimation and hypothesis test for deep research, explain the problem of hypothesis testing and interval estimation from the point of view, discusses the difference and connection between the two.

Acid treatment is one of the most studied methods of stimulation of inflow in carbonate reservoirs. Nevertheless, enterprises are faced with the problem of reducing the planned production rates of wells after such events, which is due to geological and technological reasons. Taking them into account when planning impact and predicting effectiveness is possible by analyzing actual production materials using mathematical statistics methods. In this paper, using the example of a oil field in the southern part of Perm region, the main factors that influence the efficiency of acid treatments are identified, a number of multidimensional models are obtained that take into account their mutual influence and allow determining the result of a geological and technical measure.

Current mathematical models of economics practically do not take into account the human factor when making management decisions and applying them to practice. Therefore, the creation of a mathematical theory of general human psychology, the dialectical development of human society and macroeconomics are becoming particularly relevant at present. This paper describes the main results of the mathematical modeling of psychological behavior, so-called digital twins, which are psychological analogs of people. Theorems explaining the dangers of artificial intelligence for people from the mentality point of view are formulated. We propose general models of dialectical development of the virtual world for digital twins, human society and macroeconomics.

The leading directions of issues of assessing the feasibility of economic projects in agriculture are determined. The main orientations of the scientific analysis carried out are displayed, the meaning of which is to combine, within the framework of an agreed individual approach, certain methods for assessing the feasibility and economic indicator of productivity of modern calculations and schemes with mathematical models and official approaches investigated within the framework of the highly functional IDEF0 modeling capability.
