В эпоху глобализации, информационных технологий и стремительного развития науки и практики единственным способом постоянного и действенного присутствия на мировой арене является повышение качества образования, образовательных программ и учебных планов. В данной статье рассмотрены различные планы курса «Компаративистика» в разных направлениях в Иране с целью улучшения плана «Компаративистика (русско-персидская)». Сравнение этих учебных планов помогает нам получить четкое представление об этом предмете, особенно о русско-персидском сравнительном литературоведении в Иране. In the era of globalization, information technology and the rapid development of science and practice, the only way to have a permanent and effective presence on the world stage is to improve the quality of education and educational programs and curricula. This article discusses the different course plans «Comparative studies» in different directions in Iran in order to raise the levels of the plan «Comparative studies (Russian-Persian)». Comparing these curricula helps us get a clear picture of the situation of this subject, especially about Russian-Persian comparative literary studies in Iran.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

Information technology today is very much needed by every society, especially during the current pandemic. The development of information technology which is increasingly rapid in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided anymore its impact on the world of education. Global demands call upon the world of education to always and constantly adapt technological developments to the steps in improving the quality of education, especially adjusting its use for the world of education, especially in the learning process. There are many learning media technologies in the form of platforms that are used in every educational institution, at the school level to streamline the learning process carried out, such as classrooms, google forms, quizizz and zoom. PLSP Group of the Indonesian Education University, Purwakarta Campus, endeavors to solve problems through extension programs and instructional media training for teachers. The goal is that the skills of teachers in making teaching materials using learning media based on information technology and the internet can be improved.

In view of globalization, the internationalization of basic education has become a world trend. It is an important strategic tool for each country to actively deal with the challenges of globalization, and it is also the main way to improve the quality of education around the world. The development of the internationalization of basic education requires the active participation of all countries around the world, in which it will have an impact and influence on the educational development, educational concept, and teaching management of all countries. However, only by conforming to the historical and inevitable trend of the internationalization of education, understanding the actual situation of the country’s economic development, social development, and educational context, studying and implementing development strategies, as well as integrating healthy internationalization into the educational practice, then the internationalization of education can develop further so as to promote the rapid development of the whole world’s education cause.

<p class="Titleofthepaper">In the 21st century education becomes more important to ensure students have the life skills and careers, learning and skills Databank as well as expertise in information technology and the media. Information technology is developing rapidly in a wide range of areas, including administrative services office. Records management is one of the activities of the Office of administrative services in a wide range of new. Vocational schools are required to generate human resources have the skills to use information technology. Electronic archive of educational practice to become one of the basic competencies taught in vocational schools in Office administration skills. Competencies expected to produce human resource who are competent and ready to compete in a globalized world. This method is used in this research is descriptive in the tests. The quality of education of a country can be seen from the data of the human development index (HDI) liquid size comparison of life expectancy, literacy, education and reduce the standard of living for all countries around the world. HDI data results in the year 2015 shows that Indonesia is number 35 with 70.1 rating from 41 countries around the world. This shows that the quality of education in Indonesia is still low compared with other countries.</p>

This article reveals the problem of the formation of a modern style of thinking, a logical culture among students in STEM education. The modern educational system is aimed at orienting the student to incentives and assessments received from the outside, from society. In the conditions of rapidly developing information technology, it became possible to more clearly demonstrate many “real experiments” in real time using the knowledge gained in the lessons. In particular, we analyzed the effectiveness of using the STEM condition in physics lessons. We examined the benefits of STEM technology. A study of two identical lessons was carried out in which we prove that the new approach improves the interest and cognition of students. The use of STEM technologies in physics classes shows an improvement in the quality of education, as well as attracting students to the world of science.

The article deals with the world rating of Ukrainian educational sphere according to The Global Competitiveness Report and UNESCO Science Report. It shows comparative indices of Ukraine in contrast to the other countries of these world ratings according to the “Quality of primary education”, “Penetration of primary education”, “Penetration of secondary education”, “Quality of secondary education”, “Quality of education in Sciences”, “Quality of school management”, “School access to the internet” and others.
