The modern tasks of fishing, as a process of carrying out fishing activities to achieve effective and rational use of biological resources in solving the problems of food security of the country, are complex in nature. The study of modern fishing and fishery systems and processes requires a new object-oriented framework for their formation and functioning. Such an unconditional advantage is possessed by the methodology of the systems approach, which makes it possible to classify and design newly created systems of the highest level, to study and establish their system characteristics, connections and requirements for subsequent modeling, to investigate intersystem connections and their interaction. Fishing activity in the fishing zone is formed by the systemic interaction of the raw material base of fishing, technical means for the extraction of aquatic biological resources, fishing technology, creating a new biotechnological system "fishing" with new qualifications in structure and content. The main stages of research and design were the process of identifying production processes of extraction carried out in the fishing zone with the designation of boundaries, composition of elements, establishing links with the environment, correlated with the aim of improving the quality of fishing; the process of the formation of the compositional structure and functions of the system - the production area, the properties of its elements that affect the system efficiency. System design of a biotechnological system - a fishing zone was carried out in stages with the designation of the composition of its classes (components) and sets of objects that formed the component composition of the system under study with an embedded fishing process, and the establishment of structural and functional dependencies and relationships. The designed model of the system is interconnected with its component composition through the imposition of three components established between the corresponding objects and sets: biological, technical and technological, as well as the establishment of inter-component structural and functional dependence and communication, linking all three components of the system with each other into a single mechanism and giving the entire system integrity in achieving a single goal.

According to pharmacological data, natural alkaloids have better therapeutic quality and longer duration. If the raw material is full and sufficient, or if the plant culture is successful, some alkaloid is certainly more convenient and economically more profitable to obtain from natural plant raw materials. In this connection, work to identify and complete information on the phytochemical composition of valuable technical plants in the flora of Kazakhstan, in the light of recent advances in biochemistry and bioorganic chemistry, is of practical interest. In the article, to determine the main regularities of changes in the quantitative content and qualitative composition of ephedrine alkaloids from environmental factors, bioecological features were studied and populations with high and low content of the component composition of ephedrine alkaloids in E. Equisetina species in the Dzungarian Alatau were identified. Also, was established the full spectrum of ephedrine alkaloids in vegetative shoots of the studied. The practical significance of the results is the basis for using the raw material base of the species E. Equisetina of the genus Ephedra L. in the domestic pharmaceutical industry.

The use of local natural and technogenic raw materialsallows expansion of the raw material base for producing the building materials and reduction of production cost. Creation of low energy-intensive technologies for producing the building materials is a priority for the construction industry. The chemical and mineralogical composition of industrial wastes makes it possible to use them for producing the low-clinker or clinker-free composite binders. Secondary resources can be used as an active mineral additive that would allow to reduce the cement consumption. The properties of cellular concrete depend on the formed cement matrix structure, the strength of the inter-pore partitions. Quality can be managed by directional formation of the mechanical framework. Providing the necessary granulometric composition of the cellular concrete components is decisive for the mechanical framework formation. The inter-pore partition structure in the cellular concrete is a developed silicate matrix formed by hydration products and a siliceous component. Therefore, when designing this structure, an analogy with ordinary dense concrete is quite possible. The basic principle for designing the concrete composition consists in creating a dense packaging of the constituent components.

Abstract Metallurgical slag is one of the most common industrial wastes. Many of these wastes are not stable over time, by reacting with water and air, continuously generating emissions of heavy metals. Metallurgical slag processing is necessary for at least two reasons: reducing pollutant emissions and broadening the raw material base. The recovery of these slags is very difficult because they are the result of metallurgical processes that aimed to fix metals considered impurities in chemical matrices as stable as possible. This paper presents the initial research on the behavior of metallurgical slags against different leaching technologies.
