Currently, considering global trends and challenges, as well as the UN sustainable development goals and the ESG plan, the development of geopolymer binders for the production of geopolymer concrete has become an urgent area of construction science. This study aimed to reveal the influence of the component composition and recipe dosage on the characteristics of fine-grained geopolymer concrete with the use of stone flour. Eleven compositions of geopolymer fine-grained concrete were made from which samples of the mixture were obtained for testing at the beginning and end of setting and models in the form of beams and cubes for testing the compressive strength tensile strength in bending. It was found that the considered types of stone flour can be successfully used as an additive in the manufacture of geopolymer concrete. An analysis of the setting time measurements showed that stone flour could accelerate the hardening of the geopolymer composite. It was found that the addition of stone waste significantly improves the compressive strength of geopolymers in comparison with a geopolymer composite containing only quartz sand. The maximum compressive strength of 52.2 MPa and the tensile strength in bending of 6.7 MPa provide the introduction of potassium feldspar in an amount of 15% of the binder mass. Microstructural analysis of the geopolymer composite was carried out, confirming the effectiveness of the recipe techniques implemented in this study.

The storage of methane-hydrogen mixtures (MHM) in existing underground gas storage facilities (UGS) is a prerequisite for the development of a "carbonneutral" strategy of the Russian Federation. The use of technologies for storage and delivery of MHM in industrial volumes should be ensured by experimental research, the creation of a regulatory framework and the introduction of modern methods for maintaining the operational reliability of the existing Unified Gas Transportation System (UGSS). The need for scientific and project work is determined by the peculiarities of the storage of MHM and the assessment of the likelihood of negative technogenic and mechanical consequences during the operation of the equipment. The materials provide the main risk models of the processes that arise in the case of hybrid storage of MHM. The use of cluster technology for storage and transportation of MHM is proposed, and the need to ensure constant monitoring of the component composition of gas as part of the implementation of an integrated automated flow technology is shown. The aim of the work was to obtain essential oil from the leaves and flowers of the genus Hawthorn Crataegus monogyna L. and study its component composition to justify the possibility of expanding the use of this herbal drugs in medicine. Materials and methods. The leaves and flowers of Сrataegus monogyna L., which were used to obtain essential oil, were harvested in the western region of Ukraine in 2019. The quantitative content of essential oil in the herbal drugs was determined by hydrodistillation. By used chromato-mass spectrometry method determined the component composition of essential oil of leaves and flowers of Сrataegus monogyna L. The obtained spectra were compared with the library of mass spectra NIST05 and WILEY 2007 with a total number of spectra over 470000 in combination with programs for identification AMDIS and NIST.Results. The essential oil of leaves and flowers of Сrataegus monogyna L. was obtained and its quantitative content was determined, which was 0.15±0.02 % for flowers and 0.11±0.03 % for leaves. By used chromato-mass spectrometric method in the essential oil of flowers of Сrataegus monogyna L. revealed 37 compounds, leaves – 33. In the essential oil of flowers found monoterpenoids, the content of which was 0.44 % of the total, triterpenoids 7.17 %, aromatic compounds 12.61 %. In the essential oil of leaves were found monoterpenoids 37.8 %, aromatic compounds 10.25 %, norterpenoids 3.62 %, sesquiterpenoids 4.02 %, diterpenoids 2.17 %, triterpenoids 5.08 %.Conclusions. Due to the defined component composition of the essential oil of flowers and leaves of Сrataegus monogyna L., we consider its use to create drugs of external action for the treatment of skin diseases of various etiologies caused by staphylococcal and fungal microflora.

Introduction. Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common joint disease that affects more than 10 % of the world's population. More than 600 000 people are diagnosed for the first time each year, but these data do not reflect the true prevalence of the disease, since not all patients seek help from hospitals [1, 2].Aim. Pharmaceutical development of the composition and technology of a gel based on meloxicam, a purine derivative and an immunomodulating component for the treatment of OA with pharmacological substantiation of the content of active substances.Materials and methods. A combination of three active pharmaceutical substances was studied: a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – meloxicam, a purine derivative and an original immunomodulator M. Sodium alginate, natrozole and xanthan gum were considered as gelling agents. Were identified two technological modes of obtaining a gel base. The concentrations of active substances were selected based on the results of preclinical studies. OA was modeled by the combined administration of 0.1 ml of a mixture of Freund's complete adjuvant with a 10 % talc suspension in isotonic sodium chloride solution in a ratio of 1 : 10 into the hock (tarsus) joint cavity. The criteria for choosing the optimal composition of the gel were the size of the damaged joint, exercise tolerance and the histological picture in comparison with intact and control animals. For quantitative data, sample mean values (M) and standard deviations (SD) were calculated. The results corresponded to the laws of normal distribution, statistical processing was carried out using one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) using the GraphPad Prism 8.0.2 software, USA at the level of statistical significance of differences p < 0,05 и p < 0,001.Results and discussion. The composition was developed and the technology of the topical dosage form based on sodium alginate was proposed. Preclinical data indicate that the highest efficacy is achieved when using a formulation containing 3 % purine derivative, 5 % immunomodulator M and 0.5 % meloxicam. The developed composition for the effectiveness of suppressing the symptoms of OA showed results that exceeded the reference drug.Conclusion. An original combined agent for the treatment of OA has been developed. Due to the selected component composition, with greater efficiency, it was possible to reduce the dosage of meloxicam to 0.5 %, and the use of sodium alginate as a gelling agent contributed to the prolongation of the action of the gel and the subsequent reduction in the number of applications.

The article discusses a unified analytical algorithm for identification of component composition of winemaking products, established in the new national standard GOST R 59570-2021 «Winemaking products. Identification of component in terms of determination of the origin of ethanol and other compounds of physical-chemical composition». The standard provides modern scientific data on winemaking products, as well as data on natural, agrotechnical and technological factors that can impact the component composition of products to interpret the results of analytical evaluations. The article provides practical examples of use of analytical methods established in the standard for the study of winemaking products produced in Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia and foreign countries.

The problem of accumulation of obsolete silt deposits at aeration stations is relevant for the whole territory of Ukraine. This can lead to environmental hazards. Therefore, the task of processing silt deposits with the creation of granules based on them with the addition of peat and buckwheat husks. Van Bamelen's tensometric (static) method was used to determine the equilibrium humidity of the experimental samples depending on the relative humidity . As a result of researches kinetic curves of adsorption over obsolete silt deposits, peat, buckwheat husk and the three-component composition created on their basis are received. Kinetic adsorption curves indicate a slow process. The adsorption curves of the three-component composition have the character of curves of obsolete sludge, which have a non-uniform character. The obtained equilibrium humidity does not exceed the standard humidity for fuel pellets. The adsorption isotrams of the three-component composition and its components are determined, from which the equations of experimental and linearized isotrams are obtained. The analysis of experimental isotherms allows to relate them relatively to the isotherms of adsorption IV, which are observed in inorganic oxides and in other porous bodies. For the first time, the adsorption properties of three-component compositions based on peat, sludge and buckwheat husk were studied. The obtained equilibrium humidity of the compositions does not exceed the standard humidity for fuel pellets (is 20%) and is 6 - 7%. Therefore, they can be used for combustion in biomass boilers. The resulting ash can be used for the production of bricks, cement and other building materials. During storage of composite granules in order to prevent loss of their technological properties, it is recommended to maintain humidity at the level of 60 - 70%.

An express analysis of the ecological state of the soil during construction works is proposed. The algorithm is considered, which is the first approximation for describing the quality of the soil mixture, serving to build a system of operational recognition of the component composition of the soil mixture and the percentage of its main components. It is based on the analysis of the forced acoustic emission signal in the frequency domain to obtain the Fourier spectrum. From the general spectrum of the signal, consisting of a set of basic and higher (timbre) harmonics, subspectrs of significant basic harmonics corresponding to certain elements of the soil mixture are distinguished. To isolate the sub-spectra, a sequence of modal harmonics is used. The composition of the set of modal harmonics determines the qualitative composition of the soil in the first approximation.

The aim of this work is to study the component composition and intravarietal polymorphism of storage proteins of three soft and one hard varieties of spring wheat and their relationship with a complex of economically valuable traits. The studies were carried out in 2018–2020 by the department of genetics and immunity at the institute, in the conditions of the southeast of the Central Black Earth Region. In the course of the work, the identification of gliadin biotypes was carried out by electrophoresis in 6.5% polyacrylamide gel, the results of which revealed that the genome of the studied varieties contains: Chernozemnouralskaya 2 (5 biotypes), Voronezh 18 (5 biotypes), Voronezh 20 (4 biotypes) and a solid variety Voronezhskaya 13 (1 biotype). The selected biotypes were propagated for 3 years, analyzed and evaluated according to the indicators of the structural analysis of the elements of productivity and quality. Based on this, their economic and biological characteristics were given. It was found that biotypes 3 and 4 of the Chernozemnouralskaya variety 2, biotypes 1 and 2 of the Voronezhskaya 18 variety, biotypes 1 and 2 of the Voronezhskaya 20 variety proved to be the most productive relative to the standard during the study period. As for the quality indicators, as a result of the research the difference in quality of gliadin biotypes was revealed, which is important to take into account in breeding work to increase genetic diversity when creating high-quality varieties. The ones with the best quality were: biotype 1 of the Chernozemnouralskaya variety 2, biotypes 2 and 3 of the Voronezhskaya 18 variety. The best biotypes, distinguished by a complex of economically valuable traits, which differ from the initial variety, can be used in further breeding work for the accelerated creation of highly productive and high-quality spring wheat varieties.

The study of the component composition of phenolic and terpenoid compounds of the angioprotective herbal composition was carried out. Alcohol extraction of the angioprotective herbal composition was studied by MC-HPLC-UV method. The analysis used solutions of commercial samples of reference substances manufactured by Sigma-Aldrich (USA), Chem-Fages, Extrasynthese, Lione (France), Beijing (China). Seven phenolic compounds have been identified: quercetin, isoramnetin, rutin, isoquercitrin, narcissin, isoramnetin-3-O-glucoside, phenolcarboxylic acid 5-O-caffeylquinic. The total content of flavonoids is 11.64 mg/g, phenolcarboxylic acid – 2.30 mg/g. Among the isolated flavonoids rutin (3.35±0.06 mg/g), isoquercitrin (3.14±0.06 mg/g), narcissin (4.15±0.09 mg/g), phenolcarboxylic acid – 5-O-caffeylquinic (2.30±0.05 mg/g) prevail. The essential oil was obtained by hydrodistillation; analysis was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry on an Agilent Technologies (6890N) instrument with a quadrupole mass spectrometer. The identified components were performed by comparing the linear retention indices and total mass spectra of the compounds with the data from the Nist 11 library and commercial samples. In the herbal composition of the essential oil, 21 components have been identified, the main of which are salicylic aldehyde (in the total amount is 58.30%), methyl salicylate (16.17%). The triterpene saponins of the angioprotective herbal composition are represented by calendulosides A and B, escin. The amount of triterpene saponins is 1.08±0.05%. The results of the quantitative analysis were processed statistically, the data are presented as the mean and ± standard deviation, SD.

Постановка задачи. В статье приведен анализ взглядов исследователей на определение фразеологического потенциала отдельных лексических единиц с позиций словного и несловного подходов. Цель исследования - рассмотреть семантику компонентов фразеологических единиц на поверхностном и глубинном уровнях. Статья раскрывает содержание следующих понятий: компонент ФЕ, словный подход, внесловный подход. Результаты исследования. Чтобы стать компонентом ФЕ, лексеме необходимо пройти через определенные изменения: деактуализация, метафоризация, лексико-грамматическая трансформация. Эти преобразования проявляются не только в ослаблении связности и проницаемости значений у компонента ФЕ, но и служат основой для возникновения новых значений. Компонентный состав определяет степень идиоматичности всего фразеологического оборота. Рассмотренные в статье противоположные теоретические позиции относительно природы компонента ФЕ (словный и несловный подходы) определяют: ведущая или малозаметная роль в построении значения оборота зависит от словной и внесловной природы самих компонентов ФЕ. Полученные выводы. Понимание природы компонента ФЕ имеет двойственную сущность. С одной стороны, внесловность компонента ФЕ отделяет его от обычного слова, лишая некоторых самостоятельных признаков. С другой стороны, словный характер компонента ФЕ можно выявить даже при высокой степени семантической целостности оборота. Однако анализ словной и несловной природы компонентов ФЕ в большинстве случаев не раскрывает прямого, опосредованного влияния семантики свободного значения лексемы на семантику фразеологизма в целом. Statement of the problem. The article provides an analysis of the views of researchers on determining the phraseological potential of individual lexical units from the standpoint of verbal and non-verbal approaches. The purpose of the study is to consider the semantics of components of phraseological units (PU) at surface and deep levels. The article discloses the content of the following concepts: the PU component, the intra- and extra-word nature of the component. Results. To become a component of PU, lexeme must go through certain changes: deactualization, metaphorization, lexico-grammatical transformation. These transformations appear not only in the weakening of the connectivity and permeability of the values of the PU component, but also serve as the basis for the emergence of new meanings. The component composition determines the degree of idiomaticity of the entire phraseological unit. The opposite theoretical positions considered in the article regarding the nature of the PU component (intra- and extra-word nature approaches) determine: the leading or stealthy role in constructing the value of the phraseologism depends on the intra- and extra-word nature of the PU components. Conclusion. Understanding the nature of the PU component has a dual essence. On the one hand, the extra-word nature of the PU component separates it from the usual word, depriving it of some independent features. On the other hand, the intra-word character of the PU component can be revealed even with a high degree of semantic integrity of the phraseologism. However, the analysis of the intra- and extra-word nature of the components of PU in most cases does not reveal the direct, but indirect effect of the semantics of the free meaning of the lexeme on the semantics of phraseologism as a whole.
