As people pay more and more attention to innovative talents, cultivating students' innovative ability has become the main starting point and ultimate goal of talent training in major universities. China needs a large number of innovative talents to realize the great national rejuvenation and to build the motherland's important reserve talent pool. Therefore, the effective cultivation of innovative ability is of great significance to the realization of the national talent training strategic goal. Aircraft-related majors are an important part of the national aerospace and aerospace majors, and training a group of innovative aerospace professionals is an important measure that the party and the country cannot ignore. This article takes how to train a group of innovative talents as a research starting point, and discusses the construction of aircraft-related professional courses and teaching strategies for the cultivation of innovative talents.

To meet the growing demand of livestock for high-quality feed, and the population for food, an important reserve is the triticale culture, which combines the high potential of wheat productivity with the high adaptive properties of rye. The article presents the results of competitive variety testing of co-prototypes.

Wild relatives of fruit plants are an important reserve for introducing certain properties and traits into cultivated plants that significantly expand the range and facilitate the possibility of their use, since many wild species are sources of useful properties and traits that are poorly expressed or absent in cultivated species and varieties. One of these types is undoubtedly the Maaka.

Arid and desert landscapes are characterised as boom-bust systems, and sometimes its fauna can remain cryptic or hidden. This short paper reports the results of baseline monitoring of the terrestrial fauna in the Bush Heritage Pullen Pullen reserve in south-west Queensland, most notable for the presence of the night parrot Pezoporus occidentalis. We conducted two fauna surveys over 22 sites representing Spinifex grasslands, and Mitchell and Chenopod grassland habitats in 2018 and 2019, using pitfall, funnel and Elliott traps, and active searching. A total of eight mammal and 28 reptile species comprising 730 records were documented, as well as eight additional incidental species. Frequently recorded species were Ctentous lateralis, Ctenotus pantherinus, Gehyra versicolor, Tachyglossus aculeatus, Sminthopsis macroura, Pseudomys desertor. Fourteen of the species recorded were highly variable in abundance from one survey to the next. The fauna of the Spinifex grasslands, and Mitchell and Chenopod grassland sites was compositionally very different, and the extent of ground cover or Triodia in the surrounding landscape predicted the abundance of some mammals (i.e. Pseudomys desertor) and reptiles ( Delma nasuta, Ctenotus pulchellus, Cyclodomorphus melanops). These data provide a baseline for future monitoring on this important reserve, and an opportunity to enhance or increase the survey scope via additional sites and a future more adaptive management and question-driven approach.

The article discusses the mechanism of personnel management. It is proved that personnel management is a sphere of theoretical and practical knowledge focused on the effective use of human resources of the company. The system of labor motivation as a key block of personal management is considered, modern tendencies of diversification of forms of motivation of the personnel are described. Personnel management as the most important reserve of competitiveness of the company is investigated. The system of personnel management through a variety of specialized methodological approaches is characterized: since the methodological platform of personal management is constantly evolving, in so far as labor collectives are faced with the task of adapting tools to the needs and requirements of competitive enterprises and organizations in the social and labor sphere.

In modern conditions, an important reserve for increasing yields and crops is the selection of varieties adapted to the environment. At the same time, there is an increasing need for varieties capable of maximizing the potential for productivity and quality. The purpose of the study is to analyze the ecological plasticity of pea and spring rapeseed varieties to increase the productivity of agrophytocenoses in the Trans-Urals. The studies revealed that in order to increase the productivity of pea and spring rapeseed agrophytocenoses in the conditions of Trans-Urals, high-yield pea varieties Thomas, Aksaisky leafless 55, Zauralsky 3 and Sibur shall be cultivated with a yield of 20.8-24.7 c/ha; spring rapeseed – Avangard, Atlant, Ozorno, 55 Region with the yield of 19.3-22.8 c/ha. High-intensity pea varieties include Aksaisky leafless 55, Zauralsky 3, Ulyanovets and Flagman 12 with the plasticity index of 1.1-1.2, spring rapeseed – Novik, Ermak, Altair and Mirakel with the plasticity index of 1.1-1.5 and stability equal to 3.5-10.5. The varieties that are poorly responsive to changing external conditions, but with high stable yields include Vatan, Samarius and Sibur pea varieties, spring rapeseed – Ratnik, Pramen, Smilla, Avangard, Atlant and Ozorno varieties.

ABSTRACT Haplic Vertisols and Typic Quartzipsamments are among the main classes of soils used for melon production in the Brazilian semiarid region. Potassium (K) is the nutrient most extracted by yellow melon fruits and, for this reason, high doses of potassium fertilizers are often applied to these soils. This study aimed to evaluate potassium fractions in soils of the Brazilian semiarid region, during the cultivation cycle of fertigated yellow melon. Two experiments were carried out with two types of soil (Haplic Vertisol and Typic Quartzipsamment). For the Vertisol, a 7 x 2 [seven evaluation periods and two soil layers (0-20 cm and 20-40 cm)] factorial arrangement was established, with four replications, totaling 56 experimental units. For the Quartzipsamment, a 9 x 2 [nine collection times and two soil layers (0-20 cm and 20-40 cm)] factorial arrangement was used, with four replications, totaling 72 experimental units. The non-exchangeable K fraction was dominant in both soils, mainly in the 0-20 cm layer, and represents an important reserve of this nutrient for melon cultivation, especially in Haplic Vertisols. The decrease in the concentrations of the soluble and exchangeable forms and the increase in the non-exchangeable form indicated an increase in the fixation of this nutrient, by fixation in the Vertisol and leaching in the Quartzipsamment, at the end of the melon cycle, when the amount of K accumulated by the plant was lower.

Subject Efforts in South-east Asia to reduce reliance on the dollar. Significance The ten ASEAN members and three East Asian states are exploring ways to create buffers against financial volatility. They are considering including the renminbi in their currency swaps. Impacts Integration of production lines will aid acceptance of the renminbi in the ASEAN region. Within a renminbi zone, movements in the renminbi’s value would affect ASEAN currencies. The dollar, regarded as more secure, will remain the most important reserve currency in South-east Asia.
