Review question / Objective: This study will provide new evidence for the effect of integrated neuromuscular training on the recovery of joint injury. Information sources: According to the PICOS principle, the third and fourth authors of this paper searched PsycINFO, Science direct, PubMed, Eric, Willey, China Knowledge Network (CNKI) Academic Journal Online Publishing General Library and China Knowledge Network (CNKI) excellent doctoral thesis full-text database by computer to collect relevant research on the impact of INT on joint injury repair. The time limit of injury retrieval is from the establishment of the database to December 2021.

The Impact

AbstractThe association between subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) has been shown in many studies. These findings are still controversial, however. It is unclear whether the co-incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism and polycystic ovary syndrome will affect the severity of metabolism. Therefore, we performed this meta-analysis to investigate the association. A comprehensive search strategy was developed to obtain all relevant studies published in PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, and Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database (CNKI) up to 31 December 2020. We adopted the standardized mean difference (SMD) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) for evaluation, and sensitivity analysis was performed. Publication bias was analyzed and represented by a funnel plot, and funnel plot symmetry was assessed with Egger’s test. Twenty-seven studies with 4821 participants (1300 PCOS patients with SCH, 3521 PCOS patients without SCH) were included in the present meta-analysis,among which 71.31% chinese patients out of the total. The results showed that PCOS patients with SCH had higher levels of HOMA-IR, TG, TC, LDL, FBG, FCP, PRL and lower levels of HDL, LH and T. It also recognized the limitation of the lack of a consistent definition of hypothyroidism in the 27 studies included. The results of this study indicated that SCH may aggravate lipid and glucose metabolism in patients with PCOS.

Exclusion criteria: 1) The participants were not diagnosed with AD; 2) Non-musical intervention;3) Non-RCTs; 4) No specific values for outcome variables; 5) Articles lacking original data; 6) Repeat published reports; 7) Full text could not be obtained.

Abstract Background Pulmonary surfactants(PS) combined with the intratracheal instillation of budesonide to prevent bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) have been report previously. However, the safety of the use of PS combined with budesonide is still unknown and remains to be clarified. Methods PubMed, the CochraneLibrary, EMBASE, the China Knowledge Network and the Wanfang database were searched for relevant studies. Searches were performed from December 2018, and data from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were collected. Primary outcome measures were BPD incidence, BPD-related mortality. Secondary outcomes were BPD-related complications. The Cochrane risk assessment tool was used for the evaluation of bias. RevMan5. 3software was employed for meta-analysis. An Egger's test was used for publication bias assessments. Results A total of 720 subjects were enrolled from 6 RCTs, including 352 in the experimental group and 368 in the observation group. A meta-analysis showed that the incidence of BPD [RR=0. 42, 95% CI (0. 37, 0. 89), P < 0.001] and BPD-related mortality [RR = 0.54, 95% CI (0.38, 0.89), P<0.05] significantly differed between the groups. Differences were also observed for intraventricular hemorrhage, infection/sepsis, retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), and patent ductus arteriosus. There were no significant differences in the incidence of PDA, neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), hyperglycemia, or hypertension (P > 0.05). Conclusion The intratracheal instillation of pulmonary surfactants with budesonide can reduce the incidence of BPD and BPD-related mortality, with no increased risk of short-term complications. However, considering both sample size and study bias, the safety and efficacy of this treatment plan requires clarification in large-samples, and multi-center clinical RCTs. In addition, the impact of long-term complications such as neurodevelopmental disorders requires further assessment.

The Impact

Psycholinguistic research into metaphor processing is burdened with empirical problems as experiments provide diverging evidence on the impact of conventionality, familiarity and aptness, and with conceptual issues as the interpretation and operationalization of the three concepts mentioned, as well as the related predictions which can be drawn from theories of metaphor processing, are controversial in the literature. This paper uses tools of statistical meta-analysis in order to bring us closer to the solution of these problems and reveal future lines of research.

The impact and effectiveness of policies to support collaboration for Research & Development (R&D) and Innovation is critical to determining the success of regional economic development. (O’Kane, 2008) The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the level of success of the Innovation Vouchers Program operated by Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) from 2009 to 2013 and address if attitudinal views towards innovation development should play in a role in future policy design in peripheral EU regions.
