Review question / Objective: What is the effect of intralymphatic, subcutaneous and sublingual immunotherapy for pollen-induced allergic rhinitis. Condition being studied: Immunotherapy is the classic treatment for allergic rhinitis. Intralymphatic immunotherapy is a new type of treatment. Currently, no studies have compared subcutaneous, sublingual and intralymphatic sublingual immunotherapy. At present, there is no review to compare the efficacy of intralymphatic, subcutaneous and sublingual immunotherapy for pollen-induced allergic rhinitis.

Review question / Objective: P (patient population) = Type 2 diabetes patients with high CV risk or established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease; I (intervention) = Received drugs: GLP1-RA; C (control group) = Compared to a control group that received a placebo; O (outcome) = Outcomes of interest included primary CV outcomes (MACE, CV death, MI, and Stroke). Condition being studied: To explore whether the heterogeneity associated with the primary outcomes benefits can be attributed to the metabolic improvements associated with GLP1-RA. The plan is to use HBA1c, weight, and SBP reduction as moderators attempting to explain any variance between the true and observed effect size.

Extended Investigation on the connection of TP73 G4C14-A4T14 Polymorphism with different Cancer Types – An Updated Meta-analysis with 56 Case-control Studies

Review question / Objective: TP73 G4C14-A4T14 variant has been suspected of elevating the risk of cancer for many years. The available evidence was unsatisfactory and could not provide a reliable conclusion. Therefore, we performed this meta-analysis to re-evaluate the previous findings and illustrate the actual role of TP73 G4C14-A4T14 variant on cancer development. Effectiveness and Safety of Electroacupuncture for Depression: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Review question / Objective: Is electroacupuncture a safe therapy for the treatment of depression? Is electroacupuncture effective for the treatment of depression, as compared with sham control, or conventional drugs？ Condition being studied: Depression is a mood disorder that causes sufferers to feel sadness, decreased interest, guilt, self-blame, loss of energy, and experience sleep disorders such as insomnia. People suffering from depression even feel they have no way out and have suicidal thoughts. In the United States, the prevalence of a major depressive disorder is 16.2%1-3. The 2010 Global Burden of Disease Study identified major depression as the second leading cause of disability worldwide and a leading cause of the burden of suicide and ischaemic heart disease. At present, depression patients are mainly treated with antidepressants, but the efficacy is extremely unstable. Studies have shown that acupuncture can help improve symptoms in patients with depression, but these clinical studies have not been systematically evaluated, and further confirmation is needed to confirm the efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating depression.

Polymorphisms and premature ovarian insufficiency and failure: A comprehensive meta-analysis update, subgroup, ranking, and network analysis

Review question / Objective: Early identification of women potentially who develop POI and POF is essential for early screening and treatment to improve clinical outcomes. We aim to conduct a comprehensive meta-analysis update, subgroup, ranking and network analysis for all available genetic polymorphism and associated with the POI and POF risk. E-fulfillment across product type: a review of literature (2000–2020)

Purpose This paper aims to review the literature on “E-fulfillment” with respect to marketing and operations issues in the current dynamic and complex e-tailing environment and thereby generate significant insights. Design/methodology/approach This paper is based on a systematic literature review on e-fulfillment focusing on marketing and operations issues therein. This systematic literature review consists of a critical review on e-fulfillment under planning (review question initialisation), searching (literature search), screening (literature evaluation), extraction and synthesis and reporting phases to conceptualise e-fulfillment. A total of 122 research articles have been reviewed to explore e-fulfillment and to develop key constructs and propositions. Findings This review provides the following three outcomes. First, the varied-fulfillment definitions have been critically reviewed, leading to synthesis, and thereby, an e-fulfillment definition is provided. Further, the variations for e-fulfillment across product types, which have been identified as a key variable for e-fulfillment, have been explored. Second, authors find five e-fulfillment components at the marketing and operations interface: website quality, customisation strategy, distribution strategy, last mile delivery and return management. Continuing with the e-fulfillment interface with marketing, the linkages between e-fulfillment and select post-purchase consumer behaviours measures across different product types have been reviewed. The paper thus with a focus on synthesising e-fulfillment literature from a process perspective emphasises the consumer behaviour metric for measuring e-fulfillment performance. Practical implications This study would help academicians, researchers, e-tailers and practitioners to understand e-fulfillment from a process perspective. For the researcher, it presents areas for future research by giving possible research directions in this emerging area. This study also brings out the impact of e-fulfillment according to product type on the post-purchase consumer behaviour measures, which will help e-tailers to link e-fulfillment to consumer behaviour metrics. Originality/value The paper classifies the fragmented literature to develop constructs and propositions for e-fulfillment. This is the first kind of study on e-fulfillment process and its impact on select post-purchase consumer behaviour measures across product types.

Incidences of Adverse Reactions in BNT162b2: A Meta-analysis

Review question / Objective: This study searched PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase Electronics, and other databases to collect healthy adults aged 16 and older, subjects with no previous history of COVID-19 infection, A randomized controlled trial of Pfizer's vaccine BNT162b2 versus placebo. Using RevMan5.4 software, meta-analysis was conducted to compare the effects of injection of BNT162b2 and placebo on the incidence of adverse reactions in healthy adults over 16 years of age. Main indexes include total incidence of adverse reactions, the incidence of local adverse reactions at the injection site (including red hot accessories), the incidence of systemic adverse reactions, including fever, headache, rash, urticaria, joint pain, muscle pain, gastrointestinal tract reaction, fatigue, cough, etc.), death rate, so as to provide a reference for clinical practice. Information sources: The following electronic databases will be searched from January 2020 to November 2021: PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase Electronics. In addition, reference lists of the included studies were manually searched to identify additional relevant studies.

Shaoyao Gancao Decoction for limb dysfunction after fractures around the knee: A protocol for systematic review

Review question / Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of SGD on patients with limb dysfunction from the perspectives of pain, limb edema, stiffness, as well as physical dysfunction. Study designs to be included: This review only includes the intervention measures of SGD, including trials comparing SGD with standard treatment and/ or placebo. Trials of SGD combined with other therapies will be included.
