Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) techniques are particularly suitable for Energy and Environment (E&E) decisions due to multiple criteria nature of these types of problems and they have been widely applied in this area. Main points that can be taken into consideration when examining the MCDA literature related to E&E are the selection of appropriate method, selection of criteria to be used and the widely distributed application areas. The motivation behind this study is designing such a Decision Support System (DSS) that enables the energy decision makers to perform analysis using different methods of MCDA and different criteria from various application areas and test the applicability of the system through an application in Turkish Energy Sector. The system includes several methods of MCDA and common parameters from previous studies in order to provide different approaches of evaluating decision problems. With this feature, the system stands on the intersection of MCDA and E&E fields. Moreover, an application of MCDA in Turkish Energy Sector has been performed to test the applicability of the system and some conclusions about electricity distribution in Turkey are put forth.

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making accurate decisions and on target. Many problems can be solved by using the DSS, which one is the selection of restaurants in Badung Region. There are several methods that can be used in building a DSS include Weighted Product (WP). WP is a method that the most widely used in solving problems with multiple criteria, such as DSS for selection of restaurants in Badung Region. This research uses the WP method for selection of restaurants in Badung Region. In determining the best choice of restaurants, there are several criterias that will use on taken the decisions, there are the quality of food, price, service, atmosphere, and distance. The value of each of these criteria derived from the reviews or ratings of other users, so these values are dynamic. User can freely set the value of the weight of each criterion to be compared in order to obtain the best results. The end result of this research is built a system that can help users to compare several restaurants that the results will be sorted from the best based on the results of the comparison weight that has been entere.

This paper introduces the architecture and the deployment of a Cloud based decision support system (DSS). The DSS the authors proposed is deployed on a platform Cloud (CloudBees) and managed by the OpenStack infrastructure. The DSS is built on the Cloud Computing architecture with three layers and includes the multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) method PROMETHEE II as well as the procedure of negotiation Hare in order to help the decision makers to select the best urban project. The Cloud based DSS reduces the deployment and processing time, ameliorates the communication and the cooperation between the decision makers, facilitates the accessibility and decrease the cost. The Cloud based multiple criteria DSS the authors designed and implemented has significant advantages. It reduces the deployment and processing time, ameliorates the communication and the cooperation between the decision makers, facilitates the accessibility, and decrease the cost.

Wastewater reclamation and reuse is being viewed increasingly as a sustainable approach to integrated water resources management in many countries including Australia. The technical feasibility of reclamation and reuse has been demonstrated by a number of successful projects. The current state-of-the art of reclamation technologies can produce water of any desired quality (including potable quality). However, the increasing number of efficient treatment processes has made the selection of an optimum treatment train a difficult task for planners and decision-makers. A decision support system (DSS) can be particularly useful in wastewater reclamation and reuse as it can provide assistance in the evaluation and selection of treatment alternatives for a given reuse application before exhaustive simulation or pilot studies are conducted. This paper highlights the ongoing research on the development of a computer based DSS named MOSTWATAR(©) (which stands for Model for Optimum Selection of Technologies for WAstewater Treatment And Reuse). MOSTWATAR(©) has a database of the performance characteristics and costs of commonly used reclamation technologies and an optimization module based on genetic algorithms to generate and optimize treatment trains. It also contains detailed reuse guidelines applicable in the various Australian States. This model is intended to assist planners and decision-makers in the techno-economic assessment of reclamation technologies and aid in the selection of the best 5 treatment trains for a given end use and location, wastewater characteristics, and flow rate. This paper describes salient features of the MOSTWATAR(©) package and demonstrates its application to a case study. The results from user-generated options are presented and it is shown that this model can be a very useful tool for selecting the best treatment trains for wastewater reclamation and reuse.

a b s t r a c tOne method of decision support system is the method of profile matching, this study builds a decision support system in the selection of outstanding employees at the Bank Indonesia Regional Office of Aceh Province which is expected to assist decision makers in deciding the best alternatives in the selection of outstanding employees. By using profile matching that can process and compare the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so it can know the difference of competence (also called gap), the smaller the resulting gap the greater the value of value which means have the opportunity greater to be recommended as an outstanding employee. Decision Support System (DSS) can take into account all the criteria that support decision-making to help speed up and simplify the decision-making process. The results of this study will generate a ranking ranking of employees and this application can assist decision makers (decission maker) in choosing an alternative employee who excel. The head of the environment is an extension of the head of the village head in assisting or providing services to the community both in the administration of administration in the village and to other problems. It is natural for a kepling to be appreciated for their performance during their special tenure in the kecamatan field area. Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. And to do the ranking or determine an exemplary set using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method, this method provides decision making that takes decisions based on ranking or the highest value. Keywords: Head of Medan Area Subdistrict, SPK, Centroid Rank Order, Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS).

SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head. Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor
