Introduction. Such variables as number of employees in marketing of organisation, value of marketing expenses, cost on innovation, the number of marketing staff, the share of marketing efforts which is undertaken in cooperation with the city council and different non-profit organizations, the marketing costs, the level of satisfaction of marketers, level of marketing potential, level of innovation potential are considered in this research. They are marketing factors that can affect the level of social impact of Ukrainian providers of urban public transport services. Purpose. The article aims to obtain the adequate econometric model which can demonstrate the relationship between marketing factors, innovation development and the non-economic effect of business entities which provide the urban public transport services. Method (methodology). The results of evaluation of social effect of Ukrainian providers of urban public transport services are evaluated on the basis of mathematical multifactor model. They are presented in the article. Results. The adequate econometric model has been worked out in this research. This model shows the relationship between controllable marketing factors and social effect has been presented in the article. We have determined the controllable marketing factors. They are number of employees and volunteers in marketing, the average monthly wage of employees in marketing, satisfaction of volunteers, total current assets of an organization, and the level of marketing potential. The model can be used to predict the level of social (ecological) impact of providers of urban public transport services in the Ukrainian society.

Abstract In this article the authors present the methodology adopted and the results obtained in the first stage of the research encompassing focus group interviews (FGI) about the needs of public transport users in a selected city (Poznań). The elicitation and assessment of the requirements were carried out for three groups of people with disabilities using public transport in the city of Poznań: blind and partially sighted people, deaf and hearing-impaired people, as well as people with locomotor dysfunctions. A study carried out on the basis of a scenario especially designed for the FGI purpose has made it possible to identify barriers for people with disabilities and, consequently, to formulate their pre-trip,on-trip and post-trip requirements when it comes to urban public transport services. The results will be used to construct a questionnaire to be used further on in the project.

The paper presents the possibility, necessity, ideology and essence of the entropy method of estimating the orderliness of the transportation process in relation to urban public transport. Examples of numerical definition of the relative entropy of the transportation process on typical public transport routes are given. The paper shows that the level of orderliness of the transportation process, identified by relative entropy, is determined by the specifics of the spatial location of public transport routes in terms of the urban area and mainly depends on the quality of users of public transport services.

Flood disaster in the urban area can have an impact on the transport of people, goods, and animals. It will certainly result in the disruption of public transportation activities because the road and utilities are probably cannot be passed by vehicles. The objective of the research is to contribute to the analytical basis related to urban public transport services resilience evaluation during the flood. The simulation model is based on the assumption that the primary objective of an urban public transport service during a flood disaster is to continue serving passengers on a predefined service corridor. An example of the application and analysis of this simulation model, simulated for three floods condition, i.e. the first is a high flood prediction that may occur in Padang city (based on The Padang City Development Planning document) and two floods that hit in the year 2016 and 2017. These simulations showed that urban public transport service in Padang city is relatively vulnerable to flood disaster. Lesson learned here have implication for urban public transport services. An interesting outcome of this simulation model has obtained the deviation of urban public transport service route during the flood. There are many parameters that affect the resilience of urban public transport services in the face of floods, and these parameters could be a topic for future research

Based on the results due to the standards of tire Directorate General of Land Transportation Ministry of Transportation the city transportation in Singaraja still have good performance. While the result analysis of Importance Pe1formance Analysis (IPA) showed that 15 factor indicators, three factors indecated has a good perfomiance vehicle that is hygiene, driver peiformance and the route, seven factors indicated not important perfonnance and less priority by the transport users such as the walking time to the destination, no need moving vehicle, easily get in and get out the vehicle, additional facilities (music, etc.) and travel cost. This paper introduces the concept of benchmarking - the systematic approach that provides to performance assessment and identification of best practice - as a powerful tool for the development of performance, quality, sustainability and economic efficiency of transport services. It summarizes the results and findings of a study conducted to benchmark the performances of selected Slovak urban public transport enterprises. The study was effectuated in close cooperation with the involved passenger transport authorities and transport operators who delivered the necessary data. Based on indicators elaborated in various EU projects a new method of benchmarking applicable in conditions of public passengers services provision was proposed as well as a set of benchmarking indicators, which are enabling the implementation of a comparative study. Pilot benchmarking application was focused on identification of areas with potential of improvement by means of implementation of developed method. Final part of the paper contains recommendations for creation of a functional benchmarking system in a field of public transport services and details the steps that are necessary for the possible extension of benchmarking application to other areas of public passenger transport.

Introduction. The results of the research of the social and economic preconditions and perspectives for the services market development of Ternopil city public transport are presented in this article. The population dynamics, migration level, wage level, household composition, household expenditure structure etc. are investigated here. The perspective of transport services monetization in view of the amount spent on the provision of urban public transport in Ternopil is analysed. Purpose. The article aims to identify social and economic preconditions and directions of development of the market of urban public transport services on the example of Ternopil region. Method (methodology). The results of evaluation of quality of urban public transport services which are carried out on the basis of personal interview and statistical review are presented in the article. Results. The survey has investigated the slow dynamics of social and economic indicators of development of Ternopil region through the prism of transport services consumption. The innovative state of urban transport in Ternopil city has been determined as satisfactory one. It has been proved that the monetization of transport services in Ternopil region does not have sufficient financial resources. It has been substantiated that strategic vectors of urban public transport should be based on the creative implementation of European experience and a harmonious combination of economic, environmental and social aspects.
