This study investigated the impact of drivers of e-government, particularly social CRM, citizen trust, and quality of electronic services, on citizen satisfaction with e-government services in the Jordanian environment. In addition to measuring the impact of social CRM on citizen trust and service quality respectively and its impact on citizen satisfaction. A convenience sample was used to achieve the study purpose consisting of 386 questionnaires collected online. The resulting data was analyzed using PLS.2 software. The study findings reveal that social CRM has a significant impact on citizen trust and quality of electronic services, and furthermore that citizen trust and quality of electronic services have significant impacts on citizen satisfaction with e-government services. The study found no direct relationship between the use of social CRM and citizen-government satisfaction but showed a significant indirect impact via customer trust and service quality.

In order to compete, survive, and grow the company is required to provide a good quality services to meet the needs and desires of its customers. Companies must be able to maintain a good reputation in the eyes of its customers. A good quality services will tend to give more satisfaction to the customers who use the services of the company. With emphasis on good service it will build a long-term profitable relationships with customers while also achieving customer loyalty. Therefore, this study is aiming to determine the importance of the impact of service quality, trust and customer satisfaction at PT Mega Manunggal Tbk Property in an effort to improve customer loyalty which will affect the company's survival. A questionnaire distribution method chosen in this study is to collect primary data. Completed questionnaires designed and distributed or disseminated to all customers. SPSS for windows has been used to process the primary data.Thefindings showed that there is a significant relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, meaning that if the quality of service increases, customer loyalty will also increase.There is a significant influence between customer trust and customerloyalty,meaning that if the customer trust increases, customer loyalty will also increase.

Advances in information technology and the widespread use of the internet have changed the method of service delivery. Banks now provide their services through electronic banking (e-banking) channels. Personal computers and cell phones are media where customers can use e-banking services, with the terms “online banking”, “internet banking” and “electronic banking” being used interchangeably. BRImo is the latest application from BRI Mobile that combines the functions of mobile banking, internet banking, and electronic money or Tbank into one application with a more complete and attractive transaction menu, only by using a cellphone they can make transactions without having to go to the BRI office to reduce mobility and the spread of the Covid-19 virus in a pandemic situation. In the period from 2018 to 2020, there was an increase in BRImo application users from 384,412 people to 827,759. but not comparable to the large number of deposit customers of Bank BRI Medan Region, in 2020 only 14.43% of the 5,735,381 customers of Bank BRI Medan Region who use BRImo with an average transaction of 122 times per customer per year. Phenomenon which often happens to BRI Bank customers to the BRImo application, either directly or indirectly, such as the quality of digital services provided to customers who have not been satisfied by customers so that it has an impact on customers' decisions not to return to transactions using BRImo and the impact of these problems will decrease the number of transactions and a decrease in fee-based income in the online banking digital service application sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of BRImo's digital service quality on customer loyalty through customer trust and satisfaction in the Covid-19 situation at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Branch Office. The population of this study is customer savings deposits, not corporate customers (group accounts), with the criteria of a sample of customers who use the BRImo application more than once with a total sample of 400 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling; data analysis is carried out through PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study indicate that the quality of BRImo's digital services directly has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer trust and satisfaction. The aim of the study was to know the impact of service quality of E-Government (EG) on citizen satisfaction (CS). The aim was also to know the mediating roles of Perceived Usefulness of E-Government (PUEG). This study was conducted in Thailand. Out of the total 298 respondents of this research, 124 respondents were male, and 174 respondents were females, which means that majority of the respondents were females. Out of the total 298 respondents of this research, 23 of the respondents had completed their graduation, 143 respondents had completed their post-graduation, 122 respondents had completed their masters and ten respondents had other degrees. It has shown that how the perceived usefulness has helped the E-Government in different ways to be a part of the innovation and bringing new variations to the system. This can only be seen in effectiveness and cooperation of the general public which is a must for any system to run properly. The mediating role has added value and content to Citizenship and user satisfaction to the system. The ongoing processes of E-Government has gained vital interest of the general public which are ready to invest in self grooming so that they can be a part of online system introduced by the state.

PurposeThis study examines the effect of multidimensional constructs on citizen loyalty to e-government services. More specifically, it examines the effects of service quality, trust and satisfaction on loyalty to these services.Design/methodology/approachThe data were collected via a questionnaire that was completed by 780 foundation-year students in government universities in Saudi Arabia. The students who participated in the study had used a unified system provided by the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia for university admission. The data were analysed using structural equation modelling.FindingsThe key findings revealed that the factors service quality, trust in government, trust in e-government services and citizen satisfaction play a significant role in developing citizen loyalty to e-government services. Trust in government has the strongest direct effect on citizen loyalty to e-government services, and service quality has the strongest total effect on citizen loyalty. In contrast, citizen satisfaction has the least significant influence on citizen loyalty to e-government services.Originality/valueThis study proposes a new model for citizen loyalty to e-government services that combines the service quality model and trust theory. In addition, this study is among the first to categorise trust into three factors – trust in government, trust in e-government and disposition to trust – and integrate them into a model. Furthermore, the study reveals the roles of satisfaction and service quality in developing citizen loyalty. The findings of this study fill a gap in knowledge on citizen trust in, satisfaction with and loyalty to e-government services.

Success of any health facility can be directly correlated with the perceived satisfaction of outpatients and inpatients availing treatment at these facilities. Therefore, patient satisfaction is a commonly used measure to assess the quality of services at various health facilities. The present article attempts to analyse the impact of service quality on inpatient satisfaction across all the district hospitals (DHs) of Haryana. Among other things, the article extracted eight factors, namely treatment services (TSs), food services (FSs), laboratory services (LSs), wards services (WSs), admission services (ASs), infrastructural services (ISs), medicine services (MSs) and nursing services (NSs) through exploratory factor analysis. Further, TSs were found to be the most important to predict the satisfaction of inpatients of DHs of Haryana followed by FSs, LSs, ISs, WSs, NSs, ASs and MSs. The article suggests the areas that require interventions to bring about overall course-correction and improve the overall quality of health services in the State and also contributes towards the existing literature on understanding service quality dynamics and measuring patients’ satisfaction for health care.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact and the electronic service quality of the national zakat management information system (SIMBA) on the national zakat collection. This paper uses a multiple regression analysis in its explorative attempt to illustrate the impact of SIMBA implementation on the national zakat collection. It shows that SIMBA is positive and significantly impact the national zakat collection as well as the human development index that is used as a proxy for the human resource management quality of zakat institutions in the respective city. Nonetheless, the population is negative and significant to the zakat collection as endemic poverty and reluctance to pay zakat are indicated as the reasons. Moreover, this study has succeeded in adapting and conducting e-service quality survey to zakat information system realm. All the tests prove that the instrument in this study has a high degree of reliability and validity. The results show that some of the demographic factors significantly impact the perceived performance of SIMBA. Multiple regression analysis that is conducted in this study shows that e-service quality dimension is positive and significant towards SIMBA’ overall quality, perceived value, and loyalty intention. This study contributes to the zakat management system literature, especially in the impact of the national zakat information system, which is pivotal in enhancing zakat collection and poverty alleviation program funded by zakat.

ABSTRAKLoyalitas pelanggan merupakan hal yang harus diutamakan perusahaan jasa dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Tanpa adanya pelanggan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan maka sustainbility perusahaan tersebut akan terancam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak orientasi pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada salon muslimah di Kota Kediri. Apakah dalam mencapai loyalitas pelanggan harus melalui kepuasan pelanggan atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode SEM PLS. Pengujiannya dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dengan kategori responden yaitu pelanggan yang telah merasakan produk salon muslimah di Kota Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya efek moderasi kepuasan pelanggan dalam hubungan orientasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa orientasi dan kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh salon muslimah di Kota Kediri bisa dikategorikan baik sehingga membuat para pelanggannya menjadi loyal.Kata Kunci: Loyalitas Pelanggan, Orientasi Pelayanan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Salon Muslimah. ABSTRACTCustomer loyalty is something that must be prioritized by service companies in running their business. Without customers who are loyal to the company, the company's sustainability will be threatened. This study aims to examine the impact of service orientation and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Muslimah salons in Kediri. Whether to achieve customer loyalty must go through customer satisfaction or not. This study uses a quantitative approach with the SEM PLS method. The test was carried out using the SmartPLS 3.0 application with the respondent category, namely customers who have experienced Muslim salon products in Kediri. The results showed that there was a moderating effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between orientation and service quality on customer loyalty. This indicates that the orientation and quality of service carried out by muslimah salons in Kediri City can be categorized as good so that it makes its customers loyal.Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Service Orientation, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Muslimah Salon.

Introduction: Prompting devices for chest compressions have been advocated as a means of improving CPR quality in previous AHA guidelines. Studies have shown overall CPR quality improves with the use of these devices. Hypothesis: This study compared the impact of prompting devices on providers with varying levels of experience and proficiency. Methods: A convenience sample of 53 subjects with varying degrees of CPR experience, ranging from zero to frequent opportunities to perform CPR, were enrolled. Using a skills recording CPR manikin, data on each subject’s chest compression performance was obtained. All subjects performed an initial one-minute cycle of continuous chest compressions with no prompting device. After a brief rest, subjects were randomized to use one of two CPR prompting devices (Philips MRX with Q-CPR or Laerdal Medical CPRmeter). An additional one minute of CPR was conducted with the first device. Subjects were then crossed over to use the other prompting device after another brief rest. Results: Across the entire group, nearly all parameters significantly improved with the prompting devices, confirming previous studies on the efficacy of CPR prompting devices. However, when subjects’ results were examined by breaking the group into three performance levels (high, medium and low) based on the Overall CPR Score generated by the manikin software, there were differences in performance. Paired t -tests were conducted on the low and high performance groups. The low-level group significantly improved across 7 of 8 variables with both devices. The high-level group had only minor changes from baseline (both positive and negative) in most variables, but had significant or near significant decrease in proficiency in one variable - percent correctly released compressions ( p = 0.011 for Philips device; p = 0.052 for the Laerdal device). Conclusions: CPR prompting devices improve the overall quality of chest compressions. Individuals with existing high performance CPR skills could be distracted by the device, reducing the quality of compressions compared to using no device. When a CPR prompting device is introduced into a health care system, all providers, especially high performers, require practice with the device in order to acclimate to its use.
