In order to study the role of information technology in the promotion of agricultural development and information in today's social and economic development of the most important strategic impact, on the basis of modern management, this paper investigates and studies the existing agricultural machinery management information system through the application of grey theory, information system engineering, information system utility, and other theories. The results show that a new agricultural machinery equipment management information system is developed through PHP and Mysql databases, and the system data is summarized and analyzed to obtain agricultural machinery management information. Through the experiment, the authors found that ordinary users can inquire about agricultural policies and science and technology through the internet and can also inquire about the scientific and technological schemes of various agricultural development processes.

The basis of any analysis is done by the elements that are processed in an information system: data, information, knowledge, wisdom, highlighting the characteristics and differences between them. A higher level of organization and information processing involve analysis of information systems and management information system. There is a strong relationship between business architecture and software architecture, taking into account their interdependence and their parallel evolution in the business. SCADA, as technology for supervising and controlling industrial processes is presented through its characteristics and how it has contributed to the reorganization of the electricity system. The main objective of the chapter is to understand that the information processed in the REB cannot be treated chaotically, but should be treated properly, within a management information system, that allows processing of a huge volume of data in real time.

This paper designs a meet the requirements of equipment management information system, to realize the scientific management of instruments and equipments. Based on RFID technology, database technology, information processing and transmission technology, we aimed to systemize the management over the equipment. Test results show that the system design is reasonable, stable and reliable, this system realizes information exchange between the electronic tag and the database through the serial port and the corresponding submodule, and is easy to use, powerful and comprehensive in security measures. Conclusion: This system greatly improved the efficiency of the management in equipments, enabled the information management of equipments more accurate and standardized.

Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Keywords: information system, data processing, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam proses pengolahan data balai pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang masih belum ada. Semua masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net 2012. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengolahan data pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat.
