In the era of globalized demands readiness state or area to be able to compete. This study dug condition flagship cluster in Central Java that is industrial metal casting in Klaten Regency. Methods of analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis (R/C Ratio; Analytical Hierarcy Process). Using primary data as well as secondary data collected from selected samples or related institutions. Those results found: (1) the actors cast metal Small medium enterprises (SME) efforts largely have joined in a group/cluster (2). Based on the analysis of the feasibility of the effort, all the effort in the area of the cluster of decent run because it has a value of R/C ratio is more than 1 (one) (3). Furthermore, the population of the research consisted of students who had been officially registered at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education conducted by Private Universities in West Java Province. A proportional cluster random technique was used to select the sample. In terms of data sources, there were two types: primary and secondary data. To analyze the data, an analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was occupied. The result of the research had indicated that marketing and individual environment association and the customer value had shown unsatisfactory outcome. According to verification research, marketing and individual environment association had significantly contributed to the customer value, both in partial and simultaneous measurements.

The sampling technique in this research used a non-random sampling with proportional sampling. Simultaneously, the statistical method used to test the hypotheses in this study is a multivariate Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be known partially that 1) Work environment has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, 2) Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, 3) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. 4) Work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment, 5) Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on organizational commitment, 6) Work environment has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs through organizational commitment, and 7) Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs through organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to know the application of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) in training and commitment organization of midwives in Public Health Centers (PHC) of Banyumas, Central Java. The sample of the study was 243 midwives who had minimum D3 midwifery education level, work a minimum of 1 year and above 22 years old. The data obtained used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used SEM AMOS. The fit model is shown by good and significant goodness of fit. The results show that training’s indicators consisting of the training environment, training-award relationships and training methods can explain the construct of training while commitment organization’s indicators consisting of commitment afective, commitment normative and commitment continuence can explain the construct of commitment organization. The training construct has also a significant positive effect on commitment organization.
