This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine and analyze how educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline influence the performance of teachers at Frater Makassar Senior High School. The independent variables in this study are educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline while the dependent variable is teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers of SMA Frater Makassar consisting of ASN status teachers, permanent foundation teachers, contract teachers, and apprentice teachers as many as 41 teachers, while the sample used saturated sample techniques, namely the entire population was used as the research sample. Research data obtained by using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used was validity test, reliability test and spearman rank correlation test. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis (average score, standard deviation, variance and percentage), classical assumption test (normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) multiple regression test, t-test, f-test and determination coefficient delta test (ΔR2). The results showed that educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline simultaneously affect teacher performance, the amount of influence given is 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is explained or influenced by other variables not selected in this study.

This study aims to determine the use of the market as a learning resource and how to design LKS teaching materials. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman where the technique has four steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification of data. The results showed that economic activities in the Cilimus traditional market which can be used as a learning resource in Economics in the chapter material on Balance and Market Structure are: 1) Merchandise distribution activities, 2) merchandise storage, 3) presentation of merchandise Buying and selling transactions and the results of the validation of the design of environmentally based student worksheets show that this is feasible to be developed with some suggestions after validating material experts and media experts.

This study aims to determine; 1) The efforts made by students in developing entrepreneurial potential; 2) The effect of knitting training on the entrepreneurial potential of UNIWARA Students; 3) The results achieved by students with knitting training. This research is a qualitative and data collection technique using interviews. Knitting training plays an important role for students, one of which is to develop skills and explore potential in depth. The results of this training make students enthusiastic about participating in knitting training, because the benefits of this activity can be implemented by creating a knitting product that makes a profit if the product can be sold successfully. The effect of knitting training to develop students' entrepreneurial potential, namely: 1) Increasing the potential for student creativity; 2) Being able to know the potential that exists within oneself; 3) The results of knitting training can be implemented in the community; 4) Creating a work of knitting results; 5) Generate a profit side for works that are successfully sold; 6) Changing the mind set about job opportunities. Based on the results of the research, the researcher gave several recommendations as follows: 1) For students, it is hoped that they will continue to seek experiences at a young age with all the things that can be used. develop creativity. 2) For the next researcher it is suggested to look at other factors that influence entrepreneurial interest such as personality or environment. Alternatively, analyze the factors of interest in knitting training.

This research was conducted to answer doubts over the competence of students in the field of auditing at D4 Public Financial Accounting Study Program, Bengkalis State Polytechnic. This study aims to compare learning outcomes and student competencies and learning business performance in the audit course for one semester. All students who have taken the audit course become the population as well as the sample in the study to ensure that the results obtained in the study will represent the whole student without exception. Based on the SPSS output on the Mann Whitney nonparametric statistical difference test, the sig result is 34.8%. The sig number of 34.8% is certainly greater than the alpha value of 5%. Thus, it is clear that based on the evaluation of the learning outcomes of the audit course between class A and class B students of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Public Financial Accounting Study Program, there is no difference. This proves that the teaching methods that have been applied in the lecture process have improved students 'skills and knowledge in the field of audit, both in class A and in class B. A good lecture process or knowledge transfer even though it is in a different class will have an impact on increasing the knowledge and competence of students in auditing the financial statements of a company

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran yang selama ini dilaksanakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kegiatan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru terhadap peningkatan kegiatan belajar siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA dan MA di kabupaten Jombang yang berstatus negeri dan swasta. Responden penelitian berjumlah 300 siswa kelas XI yang belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, yang ditentukan secara acak dan proporsional sesuai dengan jumlah populasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Analisis data deskriptif menggunakan analisis persentase dan menghitung mean hasil persepsi siswa yang diperoleh dari angket. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru mampu meningkatkan kegiatan belajar siswa. Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru dalam bentuk melalui pengembangan pendidikan karakter, menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan, pembelajaran yang kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi pelajaran ekonomi dengan kehidupan nyata siswa, memanfaatkan berbagai sumber belajar terutama sumber belajar dari lingkungan sekitar siswa, memanfaatkan benda yang ada disekitar siswa untuk dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran ekonomi mampu membuat kegiatan belajar siswa menjadi semakin lebih baik.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa jurusan manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 241 responden yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja yang telah memprogramkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi UKI Toraja.Kata kunci: Pendidikan kewirausahaan, penggunaan media sosial, minat berwirausaha, UKI toraja.

Abstrack. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions about the Kahoot application as a learning evaluation medium. The approach to this research is descriptive quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were students of the 5th semester of the Social Studies education program who took the Monetary Economic Theory course involving 83 students. The results showed that the use of Kahoot as a learning evaluation media received a positive response from students. This is because Kahoot is easy to use, has an attractive appearance, and is transparent in displaying scores. Thus, students are increasingly motivated to learn in order to achieve the highest score Keywords: Kahoot, Motivation, Learning Evaluation Media Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa mengenai aplikasi Kahoot sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini   adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa prodi pendidikan IPS semester 5 yang mengikuti mata kuliah Teori Ekonomi Moneter dengan melibatkan 83 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kahoot sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran mendapatkan respon yang positif dari mahasiswa. Hal ini disebabkan karena Kahoot mudah digunakan, memiliki tampilan yang menarik, serta transparan dalam menampilkan skor. Sehingga, mahasiswa semakin termotivasi untuk belajar agar meraih skor tertinggi Kata Kunci: Kahoot, Motivasi, Media Evaluasi Pembelajaran

This study aims to explain the correlation between tutor performance and the level of student satisfaction in the webinar tutorial (Tuweb). This study uses two approaches, namely quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique was simple random sampling of 40 people. The regression coefficient value is 0.144, this means that if the tutor's performance has increased by one unit, the level of student satisfaction in the UPBJJ-UT Makassar webinar (Tuweb) tutorial in Wajo Regency increases by 0.144 units. The determination coefficient test (KD) or the R2 test is 0.598 or 59.8%, which means that the effect of tutor performance on student satisfaction on webinar tutorials (Tuweb) is 59.8%. The results of the analysis and processing of research data show that there is a positive and significant influence between tutor performance on student satisfaction in the PGSD UPBJJ-UT Makassar webinar tutorial in Wajo Regency. This means that it is very supportive of the learning conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic, which really requires all sectors and fields, especially in the field of education, which demands to continue to innovate to promote online or online learning systems

Media Pembelajaran online saat ini memang sangat bermanfaat , melihat perkembangan teknologi sangat pesat. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk untuk pembelajaran berupa media pmbelajaran online untuk matakuliah Strategi Belajar dan Mengajar Akuntansi dengan nama produk “Hi, Learning Models” yang akan diunggah pada suatu platform pembelajaran. Produk yang dihasilkan sudah melalui proses validasi sehingga dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada matakuliah Strategi Belajar dan Mengajar Akuntansi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan. Tahapan yang digunakan meliputi (a) analisis situasi awal, (b) pengembangan rancangan “Hi, Learning Models”, (c) membuat produk, (d) uji validitas, (e) revisi I Media Pembelajaran online Hi, Learning Models, (f) Uji coba lapangan terbatas (g) revisi II Media Pembelajaran online Hi, Learning Models II, (h) produk akhir. Validasi media pembelajaran online dilakukan oleh dua subyek yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada dosen akuntansi khususnya, untuk memanfaatkan media pembelajaran online dalam proses pembelajarannya melihat bahwa saat ini teknologi sangat berpengaruh pada seluruh aspek kehidupan, khususnya pembelajaran. Di sisi lain, harapan peneliti bahwa nantinya akan dikembangkan pula media pembelajaran online dengan bentuk lain dan untuk matakuliah juga materi lainnya.

The aims of this study to determine the direct and indirect effect of independent learning on critical thinking skills with learning motivation as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. This type of research is ex-post facto, with the sampling process using simple random sampling. The method of analysis used the normality test, linearity test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, path analysis, and descriptive analysis. The results showed that independent learning has a positive and significant direvt effect on learning motivation by 78,3 %. Learning motivation has a positive and significant direct effect on critical thinking skills by 61%. Learning independence has a positive and significant effect directly on the ability to think critically by 28,9%. Learning independence has a positive and significant indirect effect on critical thinking skills with learning motivation as an intervening variable of 47,8%. This shows that the good independent learning of students and good motivation to learn, it is able to improve the critical thinking skills of good students.
